If you need the electrical done, you should call and wait for Dustin. He is professional, calm, kind and easy to work with. I was in a hurry and went with another company but things didnt work out. Dustin will take his time and do the best he can to help you out. BE PATIENT AND WAIT FOR DUSTIN!!

Started wit Nate the sales gentleman. He was very friend and courteous and explain everything to us of what we needed to get the work done, and gave the options to choose.Carlos and Eddie were amazing. They came on time and started working on installing our central AC. They were very professional and we couldnt be more happier.After they were done, they clean everything up, and put it back the way it was.The guys who came to clean our ductless were very efficient and professional. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends and families.We will be using this company to maintain our AC and furnish from now on.

We just had G&S install a gas furnace, water heater, and central air in our home.To get our business, this company told us that they were only 3 weeks out for installation and all other companies were 4-6 weeks. The prices were similar, so we chose this company.After signing the paperwork and setting up the financing, we get a call about scheduling a few days later. They tell us theyre 6 weeks out and that the salesperson has been reprimanded. I highly doubt it. We were very frustrated, but with similar prices and wait times we didnt think it was worth switching to another company. Not to mention the paper work with the financing. So we just bear with it as it is the busiest time of the year for this industry.The day before the installation we are called and told that they dont have the water heater we ordered. They do have one that is the exact same in all ways (even cost), but a different brand name. Same warranty. Were very frustrated once again because they had to have known about this for a lot longer than the day before our installation.If I could I would give them 0 stars, but their installation crew was great. Very professional and timely. Answered all of our questions. This is why Im fine with giving this review 1 star.Ive called them and told them that I want to be compensated for the initial lie of their waiting period and complete lack of customer service with regards to our water heater. Have not heard back.tldr - Deceptive sales tactics and poor customer service. Great install crew. Go pay any other company to do what you need.

Have had this company have to come out 6 different times to fix mistakes they have made. Have spent hours and hours waiting for people to come. Now today they cometo fix the problem and It is still not fixed. They dont seem to have any interest in making this better or helping us. Actually just told us to turn ofthe A/C until next week! There is a reason we had them install. I have kids who get sick when its that hot outside, not to mention elderly dogs. The money we spent and they cant even fix a problem? The same problem for the past 3 soon to be 4 visits. They dont seem to care. We are losing money not being at work to wait for them.

We appreciate the excellent service we always receive from G&S. Theyve helped us with electrical, plumbing, and heating repairs and we wouldnt consider hiring anyone else. This repair was no different. Ryan arrived on-time and worked efficiently, quickly diagnosing that the heat pump issue was a minor problem with the reversing valve. Years ago we had situations where other other contractors would point us towards major work and costs when the actual issue was minor. Over priced, but service is generally fast and friendly. I called in first time because when I changed to a Nest thermostat, my heating system is not working, I was told that my Nest unit is broken(they say it happens all the time with Nest). So I contacted Nest and got my replacement thermostat, heating still not working. I called G&S again, they came in and told me that my unit is actually not compatible with Nest, that they misdiagnosed the first time. So I need to switch back to my old thermostat unit, I did the work, they pointed out a wiring error I made there and wanting to charged me TWICE. Good otherwise.

We had multiple bids to install a Mitsubishi ductless heater in our home. GS was the most professional, best reviewed and had a great rating from the Better Business Bureau. They also gave us the best bid for a better unit than the other two companies. The gave us a PUD discounts since they are a contracted PUD installer. The other companies gave us a higher price and then negotiated down 10% when we didnt respond right away. GS gave us the best bid from the start. GS arranged all of the permits needed for the work (one of the companies suggested we did not need a permit and asked if we had our own electrician to do the work). They have their own liscenced electricians and installers which were very professional and friendly. They did a fantastic job and we could not be happier with our new heating unit. It actaully exceeds our expectations. GS is the company you want to go with for ductless heat pumps!

Best bang for the buck on a new heat pump. New unit to replace a pump that was 39 years old. The new unit is incredibly quiet and warm. Install happened over two days. Two cosmetic issues were fixed with no hassle two weeks after install. I highly recommend.

G&S installed a generator for me 2 years ago and I was impressed with their work. Due to a furnace failure I had to call for service on a Saturday and I called G&S. Ryan, the technician who came out, was prompt, polite, professional and competent. He did the work efficiently and thoroughly. Hopefully I wont have a furnace or heat pump problem for a long time, but when I do Ill call G&S again.

We first use G&S last summer on a major remodel to install a heating and cooling system. Their professionalism really stood out to us. This Summer I had a Mitsubishi Ductless installed by the very capable team at G & S Heating. It was more than my wife and I could have hoped for! We have AC in every room and the temperature is always perfect. The team did the work in just two days all 3 units in a 3-story home. Izaak was the lead install, Joey and Adan helped keep the project moving. Every time they went to the next step, they would tell me and show me what they were thinking and how it would look before making it final. The whole process the 3 of them were kind to my dogs and made my wife feel comfortable while they worked. The Electricians showed up half way through the first day and knocked the work out with professionalism and speed. Pat, Johnny, and Tyler were able to put everything together and clean up the garage better than it was before came in no time at all. The whole time Johnny would double check his notes and my preference before having the guys continue working and even gave suggestions for the cleanest look.All in all, the guys and the office staff were communicative, easy to work, and I felt that they were looking to make sure I understood the performance of the equipment and how to use my new Heat pump. I give these guys 5 Stars every day of the week.Follow up over the last few months of operation and I have no problems with the equipment. I recently contracted G & S Heating for a generator installation. My experience from first contact to completed installation was excellent. Chris, the Electrical Manager, provided a bid on time which was competitive, answered all of my questions (there were quite a few), a walked me through the permitting process.Dustin and Johnny came out the following week to perform the installation. The workmanship was clean and professional. Both Johnny and Dustin took great care with our property leaving the installation area debris free, vacuumed, and cleaned. Best of all, both were affable, professional, and courteous. They made me feel very comfortable from the get go.Yesterday we fired up the generator and all worked as planned. Every single step of the process to install ductless heat in my home has been phenomenal. Everybody that Ive talked with, whether in person or over the phone, has been friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Excellent doesnt go far enough! Oh. MY!! The crew and support staff for my heat pump install were fantastic! I have a 1970s split level in S. Everett with an original furnace. I should say, HAD! Now I have a whisper quiet, state of the art heat pump with heating/cooling and a Smart thermostat. Complex project they handled with ease: They moved the original furnace location from under the stairs to the garage, freeing up an entire closet and added a return. Friendly, clean, timely and quick! Took only 2 days! Also, the best price of the 3 firms I considered. They worked hard to qualify me for the PUD rebate...I could go on. Support staff was awesome. I needed guidance on the code to move the furnace to the garage, did I have to create a room? Staff member connected me to the City of Everett planning. Thanks everyone! As I am looking at companies to get a heat pump installed, I had an appointment scheduled nearly 2 weeks in advance with G&S.On the day of the appointment I get a phone call inquiring if I wanted a virtual appointment since that’s what the technician can do. Virtual appointment to do an estimate on a 3000 sq ft house? To even consider that I would give them my business would be a joke.I am certainly taking my money and recommendations in a different direction.

Found an issue that could have been unsafe with wiring and was able to repair while installing thermostat. No sticker shock when the work was complete! G & S Heating and Cooling came out to perform maintenance on our gas furnace and AC units. The Tech took the time to explain what he was doing and what steps I can do to keep everything running properly and to extend the life of the equipment and filters. He also pointed out that the equipment is 25 years old and we should start budgeting for replacements in the near future. Didnt want to hear that, but I know hes right. I will be calling them in the near future to get an estimate on replacing our dilapidated stuff.

The work was fantastic and done in the agreed time frame and they even went the extra step to do additional clean up afterwards that was not required. G&S installed my Heat Pump and it has worked well since installed. Rating would be higher but due to the Referral process where the person that provided the referral would get $100 never happened and every time mentioned, the person would refer to another person that never seems to follow up. The $100 referral refund sounds good in the sales pitch and if thats truly important to you, shop some other place, otherwise enjoy the G&S service and installation.

An excellent experience from start to finish. William explained everything clearly during the heat pump estimate process and was careful around my dog, who tends to be underfoot. The pre-install visit let us know exactly how to prepare the areas. On the day of the install I had a call 10 minutes before they arrived, and the team did an excellent job. Everything was explained to me and the system is working well.

Ive had several different representatives of G&S at my home over the past year, for different reasons, and each has been courteous and professional, and, as far as I can tell, knowledgeable. I can only give four stars because of a situation last February that may or may not have resulted in damage to my heat pump, but the repair process for the pump has been exemplary. There was a time when I was wondering if Id continue my maintenance contract with G&S, but no more. Ill be with them until I have a reason not to be. High-quality service.

It is a local company have been in Everett for a long time. Services contracted by Costco and which means this company is trustful and reliable. The whole process took 3 days. First day, a sale rep came and did the measurement and estimate for a quote. Took him an hour, very detailed. Second day, another technician came and did a complete home measurement again to ensure the installation went smooth. The last day, 4 technicians came and finished the job in less than 8 hours. Friendly staffs and quality workmanship. Very satisfied.

This is the second job ive had G&S do at my house. Both involved adding circuits. I love the new heater in my (no longer) chilly downstairs bathroom! I plan to add additional heating in my downstairs area and will have G&S out to do that as well. Thank you!

Our home was built in 1994. Wonderful family home, but no air conditioning. We hired G&S Heating to add air conditioning to the house and their attention to detail was fantastic including adding a return on the 2nd floor to help with air circulation. We also replaced the original furnace in our home and added a generator since we live in a rural location and have power outages at the same time. Customer service was superior and pricing was competitive in the marketplace. I encourage anyone considering the purchase of a furnace, air conditioner, or generator to include G&S in the bid process for the project.

Have a brand new control pad & he also wasnt real familiar with it but we worked issues out and finally got the unit set up with WIFI so I can review on my phone when away from home. They called to ask to deposit 100% the cost to install Lennox AC (about 8000.00 dollars). There are no companies asks to pay the full cost before installation. Greenwood company came to install Lennox AC for my brother house, my brother paid the full cost after this company completed their job. If I am not happy the way they install or dont know when they will come to install...., how I can get my money back?...

One afternoon when leaving our local Costco we noticed a booth advertising Lennox air conditioning for the home. After the last 4 years of record summer heat, we decided to begin the process of investigating this solution. The appointment for the estimate went well with the entire process carefully explained and all of our questions answered. So, we decided to pull the trigger and buy the system.To our delight, company had an opening for the installation a week ahead of the original date and things only got better from there.On the day of the install, Isaac and his crew arrived on time and enforce. At one point there were 6 people and three trucks, all tightly coordinated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and fast. In a little over 6 hours the system was completely installed and thoroughly cleaned up. Overall, we could not be happier with this decision and highly recommend this company for anyone considering whole house A/C. Replacing 13 fans and 2 portable air conditioners is an elegant solution.

This is such a wonderful company. They were able to get us a new furnace installed one day after I met with them. The installers were polite and quick. This company is worth every penny. we are very happy with our choice.

Awesome service. Had the AC installed by them and needed new attic entrance for it as the existing one is too narrow. The whole process was smooth and the resulting new entrance looks like it was built originally with the house and not afterwards, with matching aesthetic and all.Also very responsive when we had trouble with the AC (one time at my fault). They have a gentleman came shortly after we call and cleaned up the water buildup.In all, very happy with the AC and their after sales service.

Technician was very knowledgeable in the service field. He explained how to make certain heating corrections and how to ensure that the furnace works at 100% and ways of making the front room with vaulted ceilings warmer. Thank you for your service and information.

Dustin and Chris came and replaced a chandelier. Everything from the quotation process to the on-site visit was super easy and the guys were great, professional, quick, and less than the competitors. Will definitely use again for all my electrical needs! (Editing- the heating and cooling side has some issues. I wish I could rate separately)

We’ve owned our house for 5 years and have counted on G&S for all of our electrical work which includes a major kitchen remodel, a whole house backup generator, and a few service calls beyond my own skills. They are timely courteous and reasonably priced. Mostly we can count on good work. Our newest neighbor got his whole house generator from them based on our recommendations.

I would highly recommend using G & S for all of your needs. I have used them in the past to install a new furnace and water heater on different occasions. They were able to come out the same day. Which really impressed me. Had them back today to install some ceiling fans, change out a GFI and install smoke detectors. Our heating system was 40+ yrs old and quit. They installed a new heat pump system quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this company and the people in it.

Ryan was a very competent tech and very methodically went through several troubleshooting steps. Even when the tests were pointing to a major issue, he still didnt feel like it was my problem. And fortunately one last test showed it was a simple communication wire that was bad. My brand new Mr. Slim Mini Split started working immediately once he replaced the comm wire.

G& S went above and beyond expectations when our heater was out!! I couldn’t recommend them more highly! They were professional, friendly, prompt and didn’t in any way buckle and dine- in fact, they went out of their way at no extra charge!!!

G&S wired and installed a new outdoor sconce light, an outlet up high for plugging in outdoor hanging lights and an outlet for a fountain motor. I am very pleased with their work and their price. They came up with a less expensive way to route the wiring to our fountain by tacking it to our retaining wall, which some companies thought wasnt code but it passed the permit inspection!

I wanted to take this moment to really thank Dustin and Johnny for coming out to do electrical work at my newly purchased house. What can I say, they have just left my house and I am so delighted by their punctuality, professionalism, their customer service and the whole value they bring to being in my house, I must say it felt like, close friends were working on my house helping me out. The house was built in 1990 so it comes with its fair share of Electrical issues. Both Dustin and Johnny were cool and professional about working out the best possible way to address the electrical fittings and above all knew what they were doing! yes a major thing! some people may say but G & S are slightly expensive than others, that might just be the case but I believe one must look at the overall value that one gets - which is excellent. Whenever I have rung G & S, I have encountered amazing customer service and people on the phone really taking the time to help you. This is an amazing company, The people who came out to help from HVAC - Josh to Chris Zimardo (Who did my electrical estimate) all have been truly amazing people and one can tell they love working for G &S. I have more projects to complete (well they never finish really do they!) - and I can say G & S will be my go to company for all my HVAC and Electrical projects. We had an excellent experience with G&S Heating.They were gracious enough to stick us in the day after Christmas (very responsive) because our heater finally kicked the bucket a few days before Christmas. They bent over backwards to get us fit into their busy winter schedule and gave us an excellent deal on our thermostat.Weve been astounded at the overall improvement of our house heating with the equipment they suggested and successfully installed. We noticed almost immediately a much more even heating throughout our home.The only feedback I have is they didnt communicate ahead of time the arrival time for the measurement appointment or the installation appointment. Although, we gave them slack on this since our appointment was set in under a week during their busy season.From Nate on sales and final details to Jon and Jason the installers, they were professional, clean and respectful.Weve had a fair amount of house work done most recently, so weve seen a spectrum of, in particular, cleanliness.We will suggest them to everyone we know whos looking.

G&S did a great job and was so easy to work with. They made sure to check in throughout the whole installation to make sure that things were going ok and that I was happy with what was happening.
