Ken has been our go-to heating repair guy for many years. This last time we called at 5:30pm, he called back at 6:00pm and said hed be by between 9am and 11am the next morning. Ken shows up at 9am, furnace is repaired by 9:30. Wow. Its hard to find that kind of customer care these days. Got HVAC issues? Call Ken. Youll be glad you did.

I called Monday morning, he came out Tuesday to take a peek and it was fixed Wednesday morning. Super quick, friendly service and pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend!

The man that came to my house was courteous and friendly. He even let my over friendly dog to jump on him without being annoyed. I have a very old furnace, but he said he was surprised at how well it worked and that it wasnt ral noisy. He told me it was still in good shape, just needed a tune-up. I like that he was honest. Because if he had told me I needed a new furnace I would have got one. I appreciate his honesty!

I had a very good experience with All-Ways Heating - my older furnace konked out and Ken, the owner came out that day. After doing a diagnostic, he told me that although he could do the repair, he wasnt sure if it was worth it to do, being as my furnace wasnt in very good shape as its about 30 yrs old, and the repair + parts was going to be $500 or more.He said that he couldnt guarantee the repair owing to the age and condition of my furnace. Asked him what would it take to replace furnace with a new gas furnace. He gave me a couple recommendations of services to call because he is just a repair shop.I totally appreciate that instead of doing a costly repair that might not last to make a buck, he was upfront about the whole thing, and just charged me for basic service call, as I can fortunately afford a new system.

I called All-Ways Heating after being stood up by a company who was recommended on NextDoor. Ken showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, put the new parts in and was gone. Quick, efficient & affordable!! I would totally recommend him to anyone having furnace troubles!!

These guys are great. The furnace tech was on time, respectful and knew his stuff. He got right to work, did a good job and provided me some helpful tips that I really appreciated.

Ken arrived during the time slot I chose and got to work. Did the tune-up of my furnace in about 1/2 hour. It did appear he actually inspected the furnace, etc. Would recommend.

Terrible,,, arrived late, then would not give an estimate of the cost to put a transformer in furnace. So he quit. Then i re called him to find out why he was angry. He thought i was going to stiff him. I explained i have never stiffed anyone ever. He said he was going to stiff me. beware!!! I still will pay him his $119 fee to give his angry opinion because i wake on a bad day too.

Came on time. Got right to the issue. Had a solution at a reasonable cost. Friendly. Just what I wanted, my furnace is humming.

Great experience with Ken from All Ways heating. He came out the same day I called and determined the gas furnace quit because flame sensor was dirty, but the reason it was dirty was because the condensation collector was leaking. Even though my furnace was out of warranty he was able to get the replacement parts at no charge because the leak was a known problem. He didnt just fix the symptom, he fixed the problem. Thanks Ken.

Very honest ethical guy, he wont leave you hanging but stays with it until the Job is done, Very knowledgeable pro HVAC guy, answered my questions without a blink! Ive known Ken, the owner of All-Ways Heating, since 2011 when I started helping with promoting his business online. Since then Ive done web work for him on and off through the years. Like most guys I know in the home services field, he is a no BS kind of guy, straight to the point. My impression from our working with each other is that he is honest in his dealing with his customers and me, and a man of his word. He always contacts me when he says he will, and while hes never worked on my furnace, he seems very knowledgeable about the HVAC profession. So I have no doubt hes a great choice for anyone who needs their furnace repaired in the Everett and Snohomish areas.
