Chris came over to do the service maintenance on the central AC unit we had installed last year. He called 30-40 minutes before arriving to let us know his ETA and when he arrived he followed social distance guidelines and wore a mask (which I really appreciate). He was thorough, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I cannot recommend CM Heating enough! With the annual wildfires and heat waves, the AC unit and air scrubber we got is the best investment we have ever made into our home.

CM Heating was professional from the get go. Always on time, very communicative and great problem solvers. Our house is big and an interesting layout which made installing our ductless heat pumps a riddle. And they did such a great job problem solving and making it work. I would 100% recommend them. From their sales guy to their installers to their electricians, all of them were great.

These guys came out with a crew of 3 installers and an electrician. They were very professional and did my ductless heat pump install very quickly. The whole system looks very clean on my home and they were great about explaining how the system works, expectations etc.. a bit more than I wanted to spend on a system but my energy savings will make up for that in the long run.

Spencer and the rest of the CM Heating installation team were very professional. They gladly answered questions and explained how things worked. During the course of the day, I could hear the team members laughing with each other, which I took as a sign of employees comfortable working together. At the end of the day, Spencer even made a quick modification to help prevent damage to the unit near where the car door opens. The post-installation electrical and mechanical inspections have been completed. The mechanical inspector said he has never seen a problem with CM Heatings work.

I needed my A/C unit disconnected so we could have a concrete patio installed because the brick patio had settled and the rain water was pooling against the house and making its way into the garage. I got an immediate appointment and quote to do the work on Monday for Wednesday after being told by the company that installed our system we would have to wait until the spring. I received texts letting me know when the tech would be arriving. The tech - Andrew - was awesome! Got it all done with a smile and even gave me some advice for caring for my A/C unit. Payment was reasonable and super easy too. Needless to say, this will now be my HVAC company. Thank you for taking care of me so quickly so that we can get the concrete poured! You rock!

We had a new furnace installed replacing the homes original furnace that was over 20yrs old. Spencer and his crew arrived very promptly, was very friendly and professional. The install only took 3 1/2 hours.As this is the first time Ive replaced a furnace, I wasnt aware the duct test would be performed right away and the install team would have to come into the home. This was in no way Spencers fault, rather something I believe the customer service representative should have mentioned when scheduling the install.

CM Heating installed a heat pump for me to help combat the ever rising temperatures here in WA. They arrived on time at 8AM for the install and did not leave until past 6PM the same day, when they were sure everything was working properly. They encountered a minor electrical issue during the install and were able to diagnose the problem and have an electrician out to replace one of my breakers, despite it being a last minute issue late in the day. I am now cool and comfortable and would recommend them to anyone!

Go to Anderson Fireplace and Spas!! CM Heating wanted to charge me over $1000 to replace a valve. Then said you shouldnt even bother. The glass is all foggy, and its 5 years old. These things arent meant to last that much longer. Id just replace it all together. Andersons came out, replaced that valve, added a new and easier switch, AND cleaned the foggy glass on that 1st visit. Probably only took them an hour, and it was only $650! Im floored this place has such good reviews. Save your money and go to Andersons!

This was the third repairman (maybe fourth - lost track) to fix our “gurgling” sound on our AC unit. Fixed it in record time as it turned out to be a simple issue of gravity.Many thanks for the fix, the absolute positive nature and demeanor which personified his pleasantness. Very nice gentleman AND HE WAS VACCINATED.A huge concern to us seniors and very surprised it isn’t a business decision to have all employees that deal with the many customers daily vaccinated.Nonetheless - it’s fixed and it was a pleasant experience.

Justin Dreager came to our home when our ductless heat pump/ac had stopped working. Justin spent hours assessing the issue and did so with complete professionalism, obvious experience and knowledge of the product and in an amazingly kind and helpful way. He was here for quite some time and actually helped me with some random household items that I was physically incapable of managing. We still need one more visit from CM to complete the job and I only want Justin!

Justin was fantastic! Our AC unit needed a special tool to open and do work on. He and CM looked all over for this tool which is no longer made! Justin took his time to think through a solution and MacGyvered a way to open the unit!!! These guys are amazing. I was using another company for annual heat pump system maintenance and assumed all was good, until the 2021 summer heat wave hit and my AC stopped working and started leaking at the furnace. My normal company was booked out so I took a flyer on CM Heating and man, what a difference. Turns out the other guys were not maintaining the system very well at all. Rafael was very upfront and honest, showing me everything he found and explaining why/how it got that way. The AC system is humming now, and CM Heating is my new go-to for annual maintenance.

From the initial quote right through the install, CM Heating was fantastic. Weve got a brand new A/C system to cool our home just in time for the hot summer weather. I did my research when I was looking to install AC in my home and decided to go with CM heating and have been really happy with my decision. That was 2 years ago. Since then they have come out to do my annual maintenance for my AC and furnace and they have continually exceeded my expectations for how kind, thoughtful and thorough on every visit. My most recent tech Rafael double checked everything made some great catches/recommendations and even offered to change a light bulb in my attic since he was up there.Every tech that has come out has been kind to me, my family and even my dogs. Their communication at every level is on point and even the people working the phones and the back office have been kind and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Edit: I was having an issue with humidity and they were able to get a tech out to me within a couple of hours. Adam did a great job of investigating and educating me on the various factors involved and help me find a solution for my concerns. Brandon arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace.Due to the age of the unit it made sense to look at replacement options rather than repair. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and communicated our options clearly and patiently answered the many questions we had. He was able to get us set up with a quality replacement unit and it is being installed in the morning! CM replaced our water heater 2 years ago and it was also a great experience. The Crew at CM heating were outstanding to work with. It truly felt as if working with a family run business. Everyone had smiles and a great attitude through the entire process of diagnosing problems, setting up appointments, and installation of a new furnace.Taylor (the installer) and his partner (very sorry I forgot his name, great guy fun to talk with) did an amazing job with the install job. They completed very quick! They were more than happy to show me all the completed work (its obvious they take pride in their outstanding craftsmanship) and walk me through the preventive maintenance processes. They truly went above and beyond.CM will continue to be our first call!

MICHAEL Pompeo did an excellent presentation and answered all my questions. But the bottom line was that Handy Heating, a small local business that has served my needs for the last 30+ years, bid a much lower price.

We had cm heating install our heat pump almost 2 years ago. And today one head when down. Even though it was a weekend they still had someone come out and fix it. Im impressed at how fast their 24 hour service is. Even more so on someone the hottest days this summer so far. Young Chai got here and fixed everything in under 40 minutes and had us going again
