Incredibly disgusted by the lack of support and overall apathy from my insurance carrier. One...of our many policies with Allstate was meant to insure us from a loss on our rental property. We suffered some storm damage to the roof which in turn caused internal damage. We made some emergency temporary repairs to minimize any further damage. Asked for an assessment and received a virtual review from someone in a cubicle. We received an insulting and ridiculous proposed remedy by the cubicle professional.We are considering dropping every policy and finding a more customer oriented organization.
