Went shopping for new insurance company in hopes of saving $$$. I responded to a solicitation from Jay Reitman agency. This wonderful lady named Brina gave me quotes on auto and homeowner policies that will save me over $700 this coming policy year. Straight up, Brina is a jewel! Smart and knowledgeable and willing to go that extra mile to meet your needs.

Due dates and payment amounts were changed mid-cycle for insurance. Three payments were consolidated into two and the date was moved up 2-3 weeks. I have worked with three individuals. On March 18th, the young lady I worked with understood my frustrations and tried to help. My 4/19 encounter left a different young lady saying “I don’t know” to every question I asked and could not help, but she was supposed to be a specialist in the billing department. On 4/20 the rep was VERY snarky and constantly spoke over everything I said stating changes I made, which I was instructed to do by their office to FIX the issues I was having.I can understand not knowing and answer and trying to fix, but if I have no electronic or paper notice of changes, the job of customer service is to help FIX a problem and bring Options forward instead of telling a customer to get over it.Do not recommend. Be careful or you’ll get someone else’s information about their insurance policy. Better yett they will be you for someone else’s. Yes, I have gone through this ever since Jay Rietman took over my service.

Office staff are friendly and very easy to deal with. Mandy in the office went above and beyond today and actually scheduled my windshield repair appointment for me after starting our repair claim. It was greatly appreciated. We won’t go anywhere else but here!
