Best insurance in tri-state ate there when you need them

I worked with Genny to close on my first out of state property. She was able to give me one of the best rates out there for rental property insurance. She is very responsive and very professional. She will take care of you. Its been a pleasure working with her and will continue to work with her with my future investments.

We have used Genny for years and could not be happier! She is very responsive and easy to work with. Every time we have had to make a claim, Genny has made it a breeze and Shelter has treated us fairly. We have even had other insurance brokers tell us they could not beat Shelter for the price and value. Could not recommend more highly!

Genny has been my agent ever for several years.Shes fine to work with. She seems knowledgeable and willing go to work to get me a reasonable deal on insurance in a fairly efficient manner. But the one criticism I have is that shes not that accessible. I know agents are busy and not necessarily sitting in their offices 9-5 every day. But I would be very surprised if ever I called Genny and actually reached her immediately, or even the same day for that matter. Almost any time I need her, I leave a phone message and it might be a couple of days before I hear back. That tries my patience a little. But I do recommend her in every other aspect.

I was looking for a new insurance company after the company I have been with for 8 YEARS raised my rates, when I contacted them their explanation was rates in my zip code went up and “good luck finding a better rate”. As you can imagine I was highly upset with the way I was treated!! I contacted several agencies before calling Genny Caudill at Shelter and getting a quote, which actually came in less expensive then the company I was with at the time. Genny was very knowledgeable about the coverages I needed, she was very professional and took extra time to explain some things that I was unaware of. I have never had anyone(insurance agent) take the time to answer my questions and not make me feel stupid for asking!! Needless to ask I want with Genny and would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!!
