I just read a review that said they dont answer the phone. They answer my calls & Ive had two claims w/ tons of questions. Plus, the lady that runs the office (Kim?) bought my kids lunch one day. They take care of me.

The Lady named Kim is who keep it very professional and is always there when Im needing to make a payment or help with something. The new lady is very rude she hardly ever answers the phone. I have called one day littarly like 4 times and I got hung up on. I went to acceptance to see what the deal was the new lady was locking the door to leave at 1:00 pm. I had to go to the other location which when I went I saw Kim there which that isnt her regular location but she was helping the other location. I had many problems with the new lady on the Covert location. I wish they would get someone else that likes to do their job and be polite to people. Is like when the lady is at the office shes always on her cell phone stop from helping customer just to answer her cellphone. She always seem to have a attitude with people. Kim shes respectfully and takes care of her customer I always choose to speak to her because I cant stand for someone to get rude with me. The boss needs to do something about the new lady Im sorry but thats not how you treat people.

Awful company. Had to get an sr22 they outsourced from another company. I paid the initial cost then paid 2 months in advance. My policy was cancelled because I didnt have a valid license (I have a permit) they knew this when I signed up for the thing. They couldnt give me any answers as to why. I was sent a check for 25 dollars but I paid 35 for the month they were refunding.
