Dan came out on a Sunday. Called quickly and arrived within an hour. Went through and fixed everything. Very personable and answered all our questions. Went as far as to schedule a maintenance agreement after the outstanding service provided.

The tech arrived quickly and was incredibly professional. He put on cloth boot covers each time he came into the house, so as to keep it clean. He was fast and did not try to up-sell any products. Honest company, great work, and fairly priced.

Please keep up the quality service and stay upfront with your cost. Our furnace went out sometime over Friday and Saturday. Noticed it the most on Sunday morning with the outside Temp in the teens(Burr). Called for service with GR Freeman, they were quick to respond even on a Sunday. He nicely explained the added fees for Sunday after-hours service. They were upfront with all added extra cost. He did not have the part he needed but, went above and beyond to retrieved it off a new unit at the shop so we had heat and a fully functioning Furnace in three hours. He cleaned and did all maintenance needed on the unit. I am very satisfied with the quality of customer service provided. The prices were a little steep to replace a part that was covered under warranty thus a loss of one star. I expected some of the increased price due to the convenience of 24/7 customer care. Thanks for keeping us out of the cold. I was happy to start a maintenance contract to get 15% of my bill. I am also happy to know they will bring the same customer service back in the summer time to check and clean my HVAC. I am willing to pay the steep bill and I will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

This company is so easy to work with. They always answer the phone, they are on time and dependable. They bring everything they need with them, and their people are experienced HVAC workers. When they leave, I am never concerned about the quality of their work. Freeman has been helping us recently with a remodel, and even though the work has presented challenges at times, they are always tenacious and positive.

The receptionist got me scheduled for a unit inspection within two days of my call despite my busy schedule. Dan was courteous, efficient, and explained things perfectly when he inspected my HVAC. When we decided to replace our old unit, they answered all of our questions and gave us several options. When the crew came to install the new unit, they were friendly, professional, and timely. They put in a new furnace and air conditioner and we are extremely pleased with our utility bill. We had Coleman furnace and Coleman Air conditioner put in that are 95+ efficient.Know if you purchase the 10 year parts and labor insurance, doesnt necessarily mean everything is covered. We had to call them to fix a drain that wasnt draining and effected the furnace working properly on Sunday and were charged $109.00 dollars for the call.
