The Bryant HVAC technician, Gary, did a great job! He is very knowledgeable and explained issues about my system with me, and even took pictures to show me what shape my system is in. He also gave me professional advice and recommendations for the future of my system. I feel good knowing that I am set for the winter.

Called Bryant when our AC stopped working. They charged $888 to replace a blower motor on our AC that was less than ten years old and should have been under warranty. AC stopped working correctly less than 3 weeks later. Technician found a clogged line and tried to charge $85 to unclog it even though we had just purchased the gold membership for $249 that should have covered the service. Got a second opinion and was told that the AC likely shut down due to partially clogged line and that we likely had a working motor that did not need to be replaced to begin with. This company settled a class action law suit due to up selling and dishonest business practices in 2017, doesnt seem like they have changed their ways.

While it will always, always suck to have to replace an AC unit, they made it far more pleasant. The installer was professional and (though I was concerned while he was working) he didnt leave a mess in my hallway! They picked up after themselves, and they were also very timely. We realized at the start of the heat waves that our AC didnt work, they were out within a couple days to fix it! and.. then replace it, because. Life be like that when you get a foreclosed house.They also called to make sure everything was going well with it 3 months after the install (that was actually today, and it reminded me they deserve a good review), and reminded me theyre 24/7 if there are any issues.

I was given a 3 hour window and you arrived at the very beginning of the time slot and did a great job. AC unit went out and within 24hrs Bracket sent a technician “Jon” to my house. This 18 year old unit had bitten the dust and it was time to replace with a new unit. Our technician gave us a list of units gave us pros and cons of which unit would be best for us. We ordered a unit and within an hour we had two installers “Jason and Randall” putting in our new unit. Our installers were very polite and finished the install in about 3 and a half hours. We had a glitch with our thermostat called and they immediately sent out another Technician “Charlie” again very polite and he replaced the thermostat with a new thermostat.

Called to schedule a tune up and confirm the system was running ok. However, unless I had a repair call, they couldnt schedule until 6 weeks out. Shared concern the system seemed louder than usual and they were able to schedule 3 days out. Professional and on-time. Good work.

Called needing quick service from strange smell coming from our furnace. Service tech arrived 3 hours later, and upon inspection, and finding no gas leak, was generous enough to turn an emergency service into a regular maintenance and save us some $$$. Super friendly technician, very informative and will be calling to service our AC next. Highly recommended.

I am paying 5000.00 for a unit /furnace . I was rushed into it and its not even a high efficiency furnace. I recently paid 65. 00 to have the air conditioning checked and cleaned. My house still stayed at 74 degrees with the air running all the time. My air conditioning would not turn off. I decided to get a second opinion sure enough there is so much that is not right. The house is very humid and its the air conditioning doing that. The second opinion said I am paying 5000.00 for a unit thats worth only 2500.00. The second opinion is trying to see why the air is so humid when the air conditioning is running. I am so frustrated. Paying way too much and it did not sound right at the time but I was told my furnace was going to be shut off. All a scheme to get me to pay way too much. The guy that did the inspection does not even work at Bryant any longer. That says a lot to me. I cant trust Bryant and longer. If I could do it all over again I would go with someone else.Update :its all my fault because I did not tell the guy to check my duct work.. I am the professional now? Wow. I would think it would be the person putting in the furnace or the person checking the air to check the duct work. No one did but for more money Bryant will do it for you. This was the result of the phone conversation. The response from the owner does not answer the question why the blower is blowing warm air and why its not pulling air from my returns. Remember its a 5000.00 unit thats not doing its job.I contacted the finance company to see what can be done. They declined. I am waiting to see what was provided by. Bryant heating and cooling. Next will be BBB and Carrier the manufacturer.Update 8/17/2021:Bryant heating and cooling sent a guy we will call Mark. Mark did what I thought someone would do to find out what the problem was. He measured air flow and temperatures. There is a problem. The duct work on the second floor attic. Once again I did hear the 5000.00 furnace I am paying for was garbage and should have never been installed. Mark said he could do better and would give me money back for this garbage. I requested Mark provide me a quote to upgrade the furnace to high efficiency. I really though Mark had my interest at heart. I got 3 quotes. Base, medium and high end prices (I have picture and emails). Sounded reasonable until I had to add this price on top of what I owed for current furnace. If I agreed the base price would be 12,900.00, medium would be 16,000.00 and high end well I wont even put go there. WOW. I feel bryant was trying to take advantage of me. I will NEVER do business with bryant heating and cooling again. I feel taken advantage of and not a true customer of theirs. I got a second and third opinion. Each came back half price from bryants prices for the medium high efficiency. You will be taken advantage of if you use bryant heating and cooling. They will respond they were going to take care of my duct work for free, if I changed my review (I have proof). This has been very stressful and has taken a toll on my finances. Still paying for the garbage but moving on to get the real service I needed from a different company.

Jon came for a annual check on the furnace and showed me exactly what was wrong and made sure I saw and understood everything and my options I had. We opted for a new furnace and the men were there the very next day. All the men that did the installation were extremely professional and polite. Richard just left my home after taking a look at our AC system, which quit working a few days ago. They were at my house within an hour of calling (coming from Evansville to Owensboro) and Richard was INSANELY kind and knowledgeable. Although they came out very quickly and the repair man was polite, they tried to charge me $709.00 for a part that another company came out and fixed just as quickly and just as polite for $162..... although the people working for Bryant are nice their prices are absolutely outrageous... I will never call them for help again!

It was extremely hot today. My AC fan quit in the middle of the night. I called Bryant they sent Mark out he found the problem (the fan motor). He left to take another call and purchased the part. He returned later and installed the motor. My unit works great. Thanks Mark. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Nice guy. I would highly recommend Bryant and Mark😊

Nice enough to change the filter for me! But I wish he had not left the dirty hand print and the gouge in my woodwork from his dropping his drill. Easy enough to clean, I will need to touch up some paint. In all, I am fairly pleased with the service. He informed me that the furnace is on its last leg and I need insulation in the attic. A few weeks ago their tech named Richard came out and performed a spring maintenance check and, again, did a great job. ***Update***The company contacted me after the review and issued a refund for the service along with a free future check up. I raised to 3 stars for the damage control.***Below is the original review:SCAM ALERT!!! I wish i could rate negative stars for the fact that i was almost scammed by this company!Like any average person who has no idea about HVAC, I went on Google to find a contractor that has the most and highest reviews. After reading the reviews, Bryant seems to be perfect fit and reliable when i called them for my AC that had stopped working.After the technician came over, he cleaned the filter and checked around the inside unit as well as the compressor. I was then told that 1. the blower unit is going bad and needs replacement, 2. I need 2 lbs of R22 Refrigerant, 3. The compressor need to be cleaned. The quote totaled over $1,100 for service listed below: 1. $649 for replacement of old universal Blower motor. 2. $394 for 2 lbs of R22 Refrigerant($197 per lb). 3. $65 for cleaning the compressor. I had no reason to doubt the quote as i dont know this category. So I expressed the idea that i need to consult my home warranty company for coverage first and then call them back for this, and the technician somehow got the unit back on running and told me that the unit would stop again if i dont keep it running on low setting.Not too long after the technician left, i was told by my home warranty company that they would not cover that much for such services and like the technician warned me, my AC stopped again. So i had to call a different contractor for second opinion, the first question i asked was how much of 1 lb R22 Refrigerant cost? I was told $45 per lb!!!!! Instantly i knew i was scammed by Bryant Heating and Cooling. After the other contractor checked up my AC, I was even more FURIOUS when they told me that my Blower Unit is FINE and I DO NOT need any additional refrigerant at this time, all i need is a new capacitor which cost very minimal and cleaning for compressor which was included in their service call. As they replaced capacitor and cleaning, my AC back on running perfectly.Overall I spent 10 TIMES less than what i would spend with Bryant Heating and Cooling to get my AC back on running. I get it big company may have higher overhead, but it is UNETHICAL to fool your customer into believing they need something that they actually dont. Before i wrote this review, I actually waited few days just to make sure AC still good to go and it is still up and running. SHAME ON YOU BRYANT HEATING AND COOLING!

Bryant (Louisville KY another AWESOME Branch) installed my Brand New A/C Compressor, did a magnificent job. Richard N. got me hooked up on an A/C Compressor Unit selection. I had 2 other heating and cooling company’s sent techs out to look at my AC unit. Both sent techs that were perfectly fine with cleaning the unit but had no clue what was actually wrong with it. I called Bryant and they sent a tech that actually knows about AC units. He had me up and running in an hour even though it was not an easy diagnoses. My heat pump went out over a weekend, and they had someone come out a couple of hours after I called and did a temporary fix until they could get me a new system. During installation, the team was very friendly. I originally had a nest thermostat that was not compatible with the new system. The thermostat they originally brought was not smart, but came the very next day to install one for me. They did this at no additional cost. Anytime I have any HVAC problems, they are the ones I will call!

I had a tech from Bryant come out on Wednesday (Leanne) she did not take the time she should have to find out the root cause of my problem with my air conditioning. She also made rude comments implying we couldn’t afford to get it fixed. After we contacted Bryant about what she had said they sent another tech out today named Mark .. Mark did amazing.. he took the time to find the cause and fixed it! New thermostats was all we needed! So yes the first tech did not do her job but Bryant made it right in the end. Our AC unit quit blowing cold air on a Sunday. I was able to make an appointment that evening for Monday, which was Memorial Day. The window was 9am to noon, and I got the call right after 9. He checked it out and advised us what needed done, and went into detail regarding what likely happened to cause the issue. Quick, professional, excellent. Will use again!

The tech that was sent to the house to do the fall inspection of the furnace did a get job. They have done a great job for us in the past too. When our kids were born in 2015 and 2018, our furnace had no heat both years they were born. And they were able to come to our house that night and get the heat working again. They did a great job both times and we had heat they night for our kids. We would call them for any work we need for our furnace and a/c unit.

Technician was great but he didn’t have any replacement filters with him. Last year we were left with many to replace. This year he couldn’t turn it back on and I had to run out to store to buy them and put it in before we could run it again.Other than that, he was all good but if that’s your policy, I’ll call the other one next year.
