As any powerstroke owner knows when it shuts off on you it aint gonna be an easy or cheap fix, the guys at NorCal were awesome to deal with and were very upfront with what they thought the best course of action was gonna be to fix my truck, Ive been on the auto repair industry for 10yrs and never got the feeling of dishonesty at any point. Prices are fair and reasonable especially for diesel work, they told me about some other issues as well that I took care of with no hard well to have it done and was able work in another repair while they had it tore down, they even repaired some ipr wiring that had been routed wrong at some point and most definitely was ready to cause a no start issue in the near future. I would have no problem returning and doing business with these gentleman for any issue that arises, I was referred by another one of their customers who spoke extremely high of them and I plan to do the same!Thanks again fellas for the amazing work!

Service fast and easy!

I dont normally write reviews but again and again these guys impress me. I have been taking my truck to them for over a year now and every experience has been good. I love my Ford and since taking it to them I feel confident that the work is going to be very high quality and I am going to be treated fairly with the price. I highly recommend NorCal if youre looking for a mechanic that knows their stuff and wont stear you wrong!!!!!

Really disappointed with this company, we took the truck to them and they ended up supposedly diagnosing it for a day and saying they could not figure anything out and could not get the engine light to come on and said if we wanted them to continue trying to figure it out it would be another diagnostic fee, they then call back after having it a couple more days and say they cannot find anything wrong with it. We pick it up and try to drive it back home to Redding and it only makes it 6 miles dies on the side of the highway and will not start back up. We call them again to tell them it broke down on us after picking it up from them and it is sitting on the side of the road and all they say is if you can somehow get it to them they can charge us again and they can try diagnosing it again for a third try. More like a con game than helping a customer, be careful spending your hard earned money here.

Helpful, friendly and they know what theyre doing.

After going in for a hot not start diagnosic they couldnt figure it out and then charged me $150 and told me anymore furthur work would be $3600. Then i get in my truck to take it home. Doesnt start. After numerous attempts finally get it to start and it barely runs. They say its normal. I say okay and continue home. On my way home it starts skipping and shooting white smoke from the tail pipe. Barely got it home and is now sitting with a for sale sign
