My visit today was UNNERVING, COMFORTABLE with good COMMUNICATION!The STAFF was wonderful they explained everything to me. They gave me a break down of my expenses & gave me all of my options.My DENTIST was gentle with no discomfort.Coming from someone who DREADS going to the dentist.I am pleased to say I FOUND THE RIGHT DENTAL CARE FOR ME!!!!!

I dont recommend coming here unless you want a bad experience. Whats the point of appointments if you have to sit in the lobby for 1-2 hours? They try to sell you on a bunch of different products and services so they can bill the insurance and make you pay out of pocket for the portion the insurance company wont cover. Also did a bad job at cleaning. Thanks for wasting my time.

Jennifer was my dental assistant today and provided great service. She conducted my x-rays with no pain or discomfort, which is usually my least favorite part of coming to the dentist. I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is nice and accommodating. Always willing to answer any questions and work with you. It’s always nice to start the appointment off on a good foot and Jennifer definitely did that for me on this visit.

The whole staff up here was great! Wonderful customer service! And Jennifer was very professional but also will keep a smile on your face! Recommend this place 10 out of 10 for sure! Tania was awesome, she was very helpful and had answers for all the question we had!

Very bad experience! First of all they wanted to cancel my appointment few hours before the time, i had to go an hour earlier to avoid canceling my appointment. A girl works there at the front desk and she’s responsible for the services cost and insurances Her name is DULSE she’s totally unfriendly and have a bad attitude! I’m not sure what was the reason she acts this way! The dentist tools looked worn out and no private room for the dentist exam. They look at you as a deal not as a patient, After the exam they will offer you a package to fix your teeth but not taking anything else in their consideration but the money, how you gonna pay. I had a swollen wisdom tooth, the soonest appointment for a surgeon was in a month! A whole month to wait with a painful swollen tooth!

Dr. White and Jennifer were great. I’m not a fan of dentist but they made me feel safe as they demonstrated professionalism, experience and expertise.

Alejandra is always helpful whenever I visit and is very knowledgeable. Her and Dr. White took the time to explain and answer any questions that I had about my cleaning and future needs. 😊

I recently came here for a cleaning and cavity filling with Dr. White and Wafaa. It was a nice and painless process. I am happy with the procedure I received.Edit: it has been very difficult to schedule a follow up with this location as I am never able to reach them on call or on the customer care. It always rings and no one picks up. My scheduled appointments randomly get changed without asking me if I’m free at that time. It is very frustrating as I work on a shift and schedule my work around appointments like this and last minute changes don’t work for me.

Booked appointment at various locations and after reaching the clinic and waiting for 1 hour they cancel the appointment saying doctor not available. Pathetic experience.

Manipulative, greedy company. They put braces on me four years ago and refused to take them out when I asked them too, despite spending an accumulated amount of $5,000 over a monthly basis in that 4 year time period. Furthermore, I never got my braces tightened nor looked at. $5,000 of wasted money is definitely enough to cover the removal of my braces.I had no choice but to remove the wire and bands myself. The ceramic blocks on my teeth have since cracked, scarred and bruised my inner lips. I wake up in pain every day, and sometimes opt out of talking in order to avoid the discomfort which makes working and eating very difficult.They are very difficult to get a hold of. You have to call a national customer service line in order to be transferred to the specific Brident office. Every time I try to schedule an appointment with them they either “lose connection” or tell me that it will cost me $1,000 to get them removed. I’m very seriously considering filing a lawsuit against Brident. This has got to end.

Not only do they treat me like I am special they also treat others the same way. You see that while you are waiting to go in. They offer many payment plans to help you afford to get the treatments you need. Very professional staff. They are a busy office but well staffed and always take care of their customers. Everyone hates to go to the dentist but they make it a good experience for you. Been going to the Euless location based on people I know who go to the Halton City location and speak highly of it. I would imagine all of their locations would be equally good based upon their business culture.

My dental assistant was Jennifer and she was amazing. The staff made me feel comfortable and put me at ease because I get very nervous when going to dentist.

Horrible company, awful staff and all they care about is money. They have no clue on how to treat their patients, especially the receptionists who all, except one, have nasty attitudes.

After waiting for over an hour, they would not clean my daughter’s teeth because she has braces from somewhere else. I told them when I made an appointment that she had braces. Inconvenient and crazy. We have used similar dentists on our managed care dental plan that do not have this policy. I get the feeling that they just did not want to deal with us today. Sad.

They booked an appointment for Friday morning at 9 am. Reach 30 minutes early at 8.30 am at their office just to give enough time for paper work. No body arrived until 8.57 am and I get a call asking to come at 10 am. I asked the reason on the rescheduling and the representative told me that on Friday they don’t open until 10 am. What kind of service is this? They don’t even know their own office hours? This is very not fair as I lost an hour of my Friday morning and was in terrible tooth pain.

BAD SERVICE!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. First of all I was on hold for 2 hours just to see if they would be able to do treatment on me today or just a consult. Since I do live 47 mins away I did not want to go just for a consult if I had already sent in all my X-rays and paper work. I was in pain and wanted the work done. After calling and calling no answer so I decided to drive up there 47 mins away. When I am 4 mins away they decide to answer (Dulce). Very rude customer service she has no clue what is going on nor where my patient info or x-rays are at. I walk in to talk to Dr. everyone is rude and not trying to help!!! The office manager is there arguing with another patient in the lobby in front of everyone. They call the cops on the other patient and then call the cops on me. There is plenty of people working there why was I on hold for 2 hours. Very unprofessional to not answer the phone!!! Will not recommend this office to anyone!!! Dulce, Tonya and Jennifer are not so professional!!! Dont waist your time or money!!! Only giving them a one star because I have to give them a star. If it was up to me I wouldnt give them no star.

A cracked tooth and my regular dentist being out for the day, brought me to Brident in need of an immediate tooth extraction and bone graft. They were able to fit me in to their schedule and I was thankful. The staff are all very kind, and seemed to perform their jobs well. The actual procedure in the chair was slightly traumatic, very uncomfortable, and the pain following the procedure was severe. I dont know if that was due to my individual circumstances, or the competency of the dentists. Regardless though, I dont plan on returning. If ever my regular dentist isnt available again, I will go elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had work performed a few weeks ago and it was absolutely horrible work. My teeth are currently bleeding and Ive had issues and infections since my appointment. The teeth that they “fixed” are all worse than BEFORE they touched them. I cancelled all of my services and still have yet to receive a $400+ dollar refund for work not performed AFTER 3-4 weeks!!! It took 3 days of taking off work and going into the office for the manager to even be present to even request a refund to begin with.

Dr White knew I had a fear of the needles so he shook my cheek so I wouldn’t feel the needle when it went in. First time it hasn’t been painful

They charge you for all the visits first and make you wait for every visit even after scheduling appointments. They recommend to reschedule appointments if we don’t want to wait. But once you are back again next time, they will make you wait. This process repeats forever.. It doesn’t matter how good the doctor or staff is, if you can’t maintain time commitment, God help you..

If could give them 0 stars, I would. Scheduled an appointment for a Saturday at noon. Called 2 hours prior to confirm and found out they didn’t schedule it. Needed to reschedule for another day. They keep on giving the public a horrible service and they don’t even care.

Please do not go to this office. Read!!If I had the opportunity of rating 0, that’s what I would have done.I had my cleaning at this office with the dentist named Jayswan on 12/04/2020. I wanted to also get my braces on but their price was higher, over $6000. I found a different orthodontist where I only had to pay $32000. since I have hmo insurance,My orthodontist needed them to fill out a referral form, they have been sending out the form and calling them but they have never responded. I had a cleaning follow up(periodontal maintenance) scheduled with them on 03/05/21. I,myself went there but they first refused to do the cleaning stating that I had to go get my brace off at my orthodontist office before they can do the cleaning. This was so sad but they also refused to fill out the referral form. They only refunded me $37 out of $1009 that I already paid for the cleaning. My orthodontist’s office called while I was there to have them fill out the form but the lady that was on the phone with them stated that their dentist will not fill out the form, The dentist Jayswan.Meaning they only want money in their office, you could die in front of them and they wouldn’t care.Am so disappointed and I would make sure I post a review for the dentist as well. This is awful. I will never refer anyone to brident dental ever!!

Customer Service is horrible. Very unprofessional. In February was told to come between 3:30 and 4:00. I showed up at 3:40 to find out they did not want to see me and had to reschedule an appointment for June! Yes, June! Appointments are months apart resulting in paying monthly for a treatment you are not getting. Also, my appointment was at 3:00. It is 3:30 and I’m still waiting to be called. Too expensive for so little. Will never recommend Brident to anyone.

Worst dental place. They are quick to take your money but won’t do anything else. I’ve had braces for almost a year now and still no difference in my teeth. Was quoted only a year, haven’t broken a bracket or anything. They are absolutely TERRIBLE.

I love this office! I travel often for work and never really know what my schedule will be. The staff goes over and beyond to accommodate me! The customer service is A-1 from the receptionist, x-ray techs, hygienist to the dentist!! Way to go!!

This office has no respect for anyone’s time. Waited 2 and half hours for a cleaning. Only kept waiting because of time I had already invested and the fact that I took time off work. Staff is not very nice when you try to ask how much longer it will take. Defeats the purpose of an appointment.

Front desk professionalism is 0. Cleanliness is 2. A Kayla left a voicemail which was hard to understand; not sure she was speaking English. I called to cancel my appt & the rep, Kayla, sighed loudly which of course was intentional but I found comical. Long story short, I went with a different dentist with high ratings, professional & well mannered staff.

I do not recommend Brident Dental. They have the worst customer service and communication between dentist, orthodontist and receptionist. My daughter had been getting treated for braces for over 4 years. They never would get her appointments right between orthodontist and general. Half the time they would schedule her for general instead of orthodontist and she would not be seen. They always looked at her as if she made the mistake. Never apologized for their mistakes, for setting her for the wrong appointment. They have promised this would never happen again and again I am dealing with the same issues. This is the worst dental experience my daughter and I have had to deal with. Also their work for orthodontist is not consistent, we had to deal with two different orthodontist and the work they have done is not looking good.

Not a fan. Subpar COVID precautions- most places have a limit in their waiting room or have you wait in car til ready...not this place..removing chairs just means all the people waiting except 3 have to stand. Wanted me to sign docs stating I was given information that was not provided, and docs waiving my right to litigation against malpractice? Hard pass.Went in for routine check up with great insurance... got x-rays and suddenly they want over 2k - almost $200 for a cleaning alone and Im like huh? My cleanings are covered though? Well this is a deeper cleaning..so Im looking at the breakdown and they want almost $40 for oral hygiene instructions...what?! It costs $40 to tell me how to brush and swish?! Lol no. I left without anything beyond x-rays.

Worst visit ever today. Will not be going back, not sure what happened...,this use to be a nice place. Waited hours before I was seen appointment time was 12:30. Very frustrating, also concerned about the safety with employees when taking X-rays and pictures to Dentist going from typing on tablet to my mouth. Temperatures were randomly taken not everyone had theirs taken. Not really sure what was up with that. She did ask to take mines. I pray that I’m ok concerning the COVID-19 after leaving this place✨

My experience here was great with the help of the whole team at Brident Dental. Especially Brianna B. there who works at the front desk and helped me with all the information I needed to know financially and she was super nice and had great eyelashes :P ! She knows what shes talking about and the Dr. there who worked on me wasnt harsh on my teeth at all. Being at the dentist is usually a scary and impatient experience for me but not with this particular office :D!

Horrible customer service line. Set me up for an appointment on Wednesday at 4:45 and come to find out, “the surgeon isn’t in after lunch” that day. They set me up for another appointment on Thursday at 3:45, AND TURNS OUT THEYRE CLOSED THURSDAYS!!! Seriously in pain and extremely irritated. Horrrible horrible horrible dentistry chain

I just had my braces put on 7 days ago. At this location. On Saturday, day 5, my wires started to come out. I called and spoke to a rep at a call center and she stated this location is closed until October 16th. Interestingly enough, the office didn’t contact the patients to let us know. Even though brident has many locations, one fun fact is that for braces, you can only receive treatment at the location who put your braces on. So even though I pass about 5-6 different locations on a daily, I have to wait 2 FULL WEEKS to have an appointment to have my wires fixed. I found this out on Saturday while speaking to customer service. This wasn’t disclosed of course on the day I had my braces put on. Customer service is HORRIBLE as well. One of the people I spoke with told me if I couldn’t wait until the 16th, I should go to my nearest emergency room. As if orthodontists work at the ER. I would never refer ANYONE to Brident.The reviews are accurate. And to think I have 23 months to go with treatment. I will be definitely filing a grievance with my insurance company. Take your business elsewhere.Update: 4/11/21Updating my review to 3 stars. Not 5 stars due to having to wait an hour even though I had an appointment scheduled on yesterday. I don’t understand their scheduling system because even with an appointment, you still have to wait an hour. And are not updated throughout the wait either. But, I would like to update due to the service and finally starting to see results with ortho treatment. The dentist is extremely awesome. She has been amazing throughout my treatment process. Especially with the dental issues I came in with. The orthodontist has been great as well. I started treatment in September, and initially there was another orthodontist there. And during my first adjustment, there was a different orthodontist. But for the last few months, the same dr has been there. She’s really nice as well. And I’m finally starting to see progress with my orthodontic treatment and haven’t had any issues with hardware coming out etc. I’m hoping I can update to 5 stars before the end of my treatment. I’ve learned to stay away from the customer service center and only communicate with the office. And hopefully, the appointment scheduling will get a little better in terms of having to wait as a walk in even though you have an appointment scheduled.

This place is a scam. My husband and I came here for a check up. The doctor diagnosed him with several things that werent mandatory to be taken care of, then tried to force us to finance the $4500 that they diagnosed. We ended up getting no work done for him. Then I went in the week after and I have had great teeth, no complaints from any dentist ever, and they diagnosed me with 1000 dollars worth of treatment. We will not be back. Also, my husband waited an hour and a half after his appointment time, and my appointment time was at 3:00 and was not seen by anyone until 4:45, then they told me they wouldnt even be doing any treatment that day because it was too late and they were going to close. Do not go here. Unprofessional and expensive.

Brianna, front desk, was very welcoming and helpful during the check in process. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable during my first visit here! Yessi, was very nice and did a great job during my teeth cleaning!

Staff are fine but overall experience is horrible. First off every appointment you wait close to an hour or more sitting in the chair just waiting to get the appointment started. Second and worst of all the scheduling is horrendous. Everyone is obviously not on the same page and you are on a constant loop of coming back just to be told that the doctor is on lunch, “the orthodontist will be here by next week”, or just that they can’t see you in until a month from now. And these are for simple things like getting spacers put back in. Once I had to get my retainer replaced and I had to schedule an appointment to get a new mold which is over $300 (no they don’t keep the same mold for situations like this, shocker) and I got the new mold and was told to come back the next day and they should be ready. Ok, sounds good but no, I should have known better. I come back just to be told that I have to come back next week because the orthodontist will not be here till then. Alright, it’s kind of inconvenient but what else did I expect from this place. I come then just to be told AGAIN that the orthodontist sent the mold to the lab and I have to come back to get them in 3 weeks! You realize the place is terrible once it’s already too late to leave since you already made the payment for the braces. They trap you with the first appointment to see if you need braces. It is relatively quick and the manager answers all questions, don’t fall for this trap. Just pay extra for a better orthodontist if you have to. Coming here is not worth your time.

This place is a scam as they try to make you pay for the most expensive solution. I went there to glue a cap that came off and they refused to do it because their only solution is 5000 implant. Real dentists look after their patients and not try to empty their pockets. Another dentist was able to fix for $65 Dollars and his solution was rock solid.Never going back here again as they screwed up my teeth the first time I went there.

Went here 6 months ago and will never be going back. The doc said I needed a deep cleaning. Since I trust the doctor to have my best interest in mind I said okay. After spending $250 extra for a deep cleaning I got home and noticed my teeth still had plaque on them. Their “deep cleaning” was far worse than any dentists normal cleaning. Fast forward to today I visited a different dentist who spent a good hour cleaning my teeth, showing and explaining xrays and gum gaps. Looking back at Brident, they just wanted me in and out and didnt care about my teeth or health. They also tried to pressure me into spending $1000 on a preventative maintainance topical oral medication that the new dentist said was not necessary. My girlfriends experience here was even worse. They said they needed to pull her wisdom teeth, took her payment but never followed up to schedule an extraction. I told her to see my new Dentist and they said she needed to see a surgeon for potential complications. The surgeon said her two of her wisdom teeth were so close to a nerve that any small mistake in surgery could have long term nerve damage and her bottom wisdom teeth were so large that after extraction she would need to go in a 6 week no chew diet because chewing could fracture her jaw. Meanwhile Brident was just going to pull them out and send her home.

Had a great experience at this location. Jacqueline who took my X-rays was fantastic. I’ve decided to make this office my main dentist.

The staff up front is great. Very nice. My problem is Ive had to go in to get a temp crown replaced 4times now. And out of those 4time the dentist do it once. Ive never been in a dental office where dentist do the teeth cleaning and the assistants to molds and crowns. I had the worse cleaning there ever and I get my teeth cleaned every 6months. I dont feel like I can go anywhere else Cause Im in the process of getting my implant and they are the only ones Ive found with in house financing.

This practice team has poor customer relations . I am so shocked at how the staff particularly the finance team drpp the phone on their customers. Whoever the owner is, i will advise you to do a random check on the telephone conversation between your finance team and your customers.Word of mouth is one of the best ways to market your business but your team are sending your customers away with bad attitude .

The staff at Brident in Euless is the greatest. They really make you feel like you are at home. Brianna is always super nice and extremely sweet. She will always greet you with a smile and goes above and beyond to make sure that all of your needs are met. Brident in Euless is surely my dentist of choice!

If you have an appointment at 11AM expect them to start on you 2 hours later and thats not an exaggeration. Ive seen tools being used without prior cleaning and then theyre just laid in the tables and reused.like i said just go somewhere else

I was charged for something a year after my appointment. Bill was sent to the wrong address, so I obviously never got it. It was sent to Collection because I did not pay the bill I never received. I found out about this through Credit Karma, when it notified me that my Credit Score had dropped by like 100 points! Through all this time Brident kept sending me text to my phone telling me to go for my next appointment, but could not tell me I had unpaid charges. All they care about is getting you in and charging you more money. I was planning to go there soon but after this incident I would never go there.

Brianna is such a professional individual with a lot of knowledge in her position. She is very helpful and always makes sure that every visit to the dentist goes very smooth and her quality of work is top notch. I totally recommend this place.

They advised they dont accept my insurance the day of the appointment! Do you know how hard it is to get an appointment on Friday for Friday?!?
