They are very nice, however was not notified that my 3 year old son could not have me back with him and was going to be put in a jacket until they literally had a syringe full of medicine ready to sedate him, explaining five thousand others things to me and having me sign paperwork. Definitely will not be coming back.

Everyone there is very friendly and warm. Office is rather small and our dated. However, I was extremely impressed with how welcoming they were BUT, my child has major nerves about the dentist.. she was having to have some pulled and crowns.. well they didn’t inform me until the day of that I was NOT allowed back with her while sedated AND restrained. I called another office and another office and all said, yes of course we let you back. I left immediately. The dentist is traumatic enough.. so restraints under sedation with no parent there was a huge NO for me. We will be going to smiles of pediatric in beford. Much nicer place all around.

I can see why this family dentistry is well rated. The care, time, and service administered for the patient is excellent. The workers have created a trustworthy safe space to get dental procedures done without stress and hassle. There can be a wait at times as well as limited seating, but that can be expected most places. The overall experience is something to be commended.

Truly an amazing dentist office, didn’t feel pressured to decide what will work best for me financially, which I have experienced at other dental offices. I truly enjoy the staff and my dentist was amazing, feels like I just joined a new family! Thank you Bear Creek Dentistry for being an awesome part of the HEB community.

Making the appointment was easyThey were able to see me the same week I called. Small waiting room, probably can only seat less than 10 people. Waiting time to get xrays were short less than 10 minutes. Wait time to see dentist was 20 minutes after getting xrays..then had to wait another 20 mins to get cleaning and filling done. I am not a fan of all the waiting. Once the dentist was actually in the room and doing the work, the dentist was quick, efficient, and slightly comforting to my child as this was the first time my child had been to the dentist. And the exams rooms are somewhat small and looked dated. The office on the whole is rather small office. I have been to other dentists office in shopping malls that are more spacious.Front desk Staff was not warm or friendly, which I thought they would be being that they see kids and pride themselves on being kid friendly.I like the late hours on Wendesdays but the waiting time to see the dentist was at least 40 minutes after the appointment time. Appointment time was 530pm and we did not leave until after 7pm.Update: I got a call requesting to reschedule my kids appointment. I have attempted to call this office for 3 days and each time the line rings and rings and then disconnects. This has happened on multiple days at different times of the day. How do you not have a messaging service? How do you leave messages requesting to reschedule but then dont answer the phone.

It was great was nervous havent been in a long while but they made me feel comfortable.

The front desk is very friendly and accommodating if you need to make $$ arrangements. The waiting area is small and there are not enough seats for everyone to sit down. That is why I gave 4 stars, i had to stand up and fill out my paperwork and wait until someone was called for their turn. The staff is very nice and did a great job. I have been taking my kids here since we moved to Euless in 2005. I recommend you/kids going here as well.

This started with a cleaning for my children whom they took very great care of to them noticing they could help me with my dental issues. They were friendly, fast, and did a great job from beginning procedures to the last one. From the manager, to the receptionist, to the dental assistants, to the dentist herself I was made comfortable and they took care of my teeth. My experience her was like no other. I reccomend them to anyone. I had crowns, fillings, and deeper cleanings done and they did an excellent job.

Weve been coming here for roughly three years & I wouldnt want to take my grandson any other place. The entire front desk personnel Selene, Kat & Ty are the absolute greatest. Dr Lin is so good with the kids that they are very relaxed with no fear at all.

Super friendly staff, felt right at home although it was my first visit. I usually dread the extra paperwork and overall process of being a new patient anywhere but Alexis was very accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. I appreciate that they genuinely care about the customer experience!

My kids have been coming to this dentist office for a year or a little more than that now. The staff is wonderful. Its always a quick process too. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Great staff and treatment. As a new patient, I was processed quickly, had my insurance benefits explained clearly, and left knowing that I had received top-notch care.

I called because I was in so much pain & they got me in on the same day! My regular dentist wouldnt be able to see me until the following week so it was very helpful that I was able to be seen right then and there. I dont have any insurance but I was able to apply for Care Credit and got approved for 6,000! I got all my work done and was out of there feeling SO much better. 10/10 recommend. Will be coming here from now on!

What a great office. The office manager to the staff and Dentist. Specifically the office manager. Im sorry, I didnt get his name, but a young gentleman. VERY courteous and professional, knowledgeable of his job and very easy to communicate. My kids have always been with another Dentist for a couple years, but I feel like nothing has changed. It seems that weve only done cleanings but no real work. A little bit of fillings and then she would tell me that my son or my daughter needs to get a tooth pulled, if he or she just works on it a little bit, itll come loose. (the tooth wasnt loose :/ ) anyways... @ Bear Creek I appreciate that the Dentist took his time to let me know the real work that needed to get done and even more so... I appreciate the office manager for explaining my benefits to me and offering payment plans. A lot of stress comes from Financial ability to get dental work done. Which is why a lot of people dont GO b/c most offices will not offer it. And if they do, they dont willingly OFFER. So i really appreciate that Bear Creek was up front and offered a payment plan to alleviate that stress factor. The office manager took very good care of my kids and I. Very informative and so helpful. He even contacted the Orthodontist that we were referred to for an eval appointment and SET up our appointment! I thought that was super neat! So thank you for making my first visit such a great experience. We will DEFINITELY be back. AAAAAND, I got a call the day after from Bear Creek just asking how the visit went! THAT WAS EVEN MORE SUPER DUPER SWEET!!! I loved it. Thank you guys! Thank you to the Euless, Bear Creek office manager. You were super nice. I love this place! It is a very small waiting room, but they have coloring books and video games to pass the time. There is a guy in a bear suit which is cute too. The entire staff (including the bear lol) are super nice and very professional. My absolute favorite part is that at the end of the visit they take your kids picture for a pin and key chain! The dentist even made a balloon animal for my son. As long as we are In Euless, we will come here.

I called yesterday because a crown came off. They got me in today and I was a new patient! The dentist and all personnel were very nice and explained everything. It turned out the crown just needed to be glued back in. It was a blessing to find them.This is my new dental home.

ENTIRE STAFF IS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND PATIENT! We have 4 kids, ranging in age from 16 years to 6 months. Needless to say, weve been to the dentist MANY times. This was our first experience at Bear Creek and we left feeling extremely satisfied with our visit. This is our new family dentistry. 🙂

On a Friday afternoon, driving home from work at 4 pm after a long day, I had an ancient wire retainer, that should’ve come off years ago, suddenly pop off on one side only, leaving a sharp wire hanging out of my mouth. I immediately called several dentists in the area, including the one I had been going to for the last 2 years, and I explained my situation, but no one would see me without an orthodontist referral first. Of course, no one was available until the following Monday or Tuesday, which meant leaving the wire in, hanging out of my mouth, not being able to really eat or drink or talk without difficulty, not to mention discomfort. Bear Creek Family Dentistry took me right in without an appt, did xrays and an exam to make sure my teeth were ok (they found 3 cavities and a missing filling that my other dentist, who I had seen a month earlier, did not find 😳), and went work helping me out of my predicament. They told me prices up front, as they weren’t on my HMO Dental Plan, (reasonable prices), explained what they would do, and talked to me about the other issues I might need to look into without any pressure. They were so kind, efficient, and helpful to get my mishap taken care of quickly.i give them 5 STARS because they were the only ones that were willing to help me fast! I will be changing my dental insurance to a PPO and be back in January to have those cavities filled at Bear Creek Family Dentistry! Great service all the way around! Thank you, Dr. Liu and staff for your kindness and help on a rainy Friday afternoon!

They are not honest staff. I walked in around 11:30 and they put my kids name and said it is going to be about an hour. And they told me will call you when it is ready. I called back after an hour and a haph and she said if you come now will take you right a way. And after I come they let me Waite 45 min and they call my kids to do x ray and let me wait at the room for 50 min. And my kids still doing an x ray for 50 min. There is something not write. My kids came to me after he finish his x ray one of them was bleeding from his mouth while he is doing x ray and the other one feel so dizzy. That is why mom is not alowd to go with there kids. I dont recommend this office.

This place is awesome. I called with severe pain. They got me in within minutes. They were nice, compassionate, fast, affordable and most importantly did a lot of work with zero pain!! I was very nervous and almost in tears before they started.. I left relaxed and pain free!

My experience at Bear Creek has always been great! From front staff to the Drs team in the back. I love getting the button, keychain and balloons. definitely recommend and will be coming back also will be referring my friends and family!

The staff was very friendly and I liked that. The staff got me in and out quickly! My problem is with the website, Under SERVICES WHAT WE DO, they have listed Preventive Dentistry-Prosthodontics- Pediatric Dentistry- Adult Dentistry- Oral Surgery- Dental Implants- Orthodontics- Emergency Dentistry. When I spoke to one of the techs, while they were working on me, I was told they, no, they dont do all but they will make recommendations for specialist dentists. My point in choosing them was they were so diverse in services rendered! Even thought they were nice and professional, I was disappointed by the difference between what their website says and what services they themselves perform in their office were. I dont normally write review, but I felt their website was deceiving.
