Really pretty U-Haul facility! No complaints with this location. I just really appreciate how helpful the GM. She always ensures Im getting the best bang for my buck.

I have been using this particular U-Haul for my storage and moving needs for a number years, and needless to say, they are great! The service is top notch, the location is secure & clean, and the ease of access (user friendliness) is amazing. Absolutely would recommend. 4.5 out of 5 stars!

This UHaul facility is clean, well operated and managed. One of the main reasons is because of an exceptional Manager named Cali. She works very hard to make everything run smoothly and it shows. She knows her stuff and is excellent at customer service. I will use this facility again and will be recommending it to all my friends. Thank you Cali for all your hard work, you are awesome!

They charged us $20 for dropping it off after hours when the representative told us it was free to do that. We won’t be coming back here. Buckle up for extra hidden fees here.

Uhaul is the best! Friendly customer service and the manager Callie is awesome. They always worked with us on our storage unit and made sure we were safe when we moved states. They are the definitely the way to go, you will not be disappointed!

I was in the U-Haul Store located at 150 Oroyan Ave. in Eugene, Or. I was there to price a trailer rental for an upcoming project . The young man that helped me really knew his product and prices . His name is Drew Devlin, he answered every question I had very clearly and thoughtfully. After all was said and done I reserved a trailer there and didnt feel I needed to shop anywhere else for what I needed . I left the store feeling that I got the best customer service, I havent seen that anywhere else in a long time and I was very impressed . I will come back in the future for any other rental needs . I think Drew deserves a pat on the back for going the extra mile to help me with the correct choice for my project . Thank You, Gene Cheek

Best experience ever with a Uhaul location! Brent was extremely helpful and made the moving process as smooth as possible. We truly appreciate his hard work and follow through on whatever was asked of him, often going above and beyond his duties to help. We would completely recommend Brent and his location to anyone needing moving help/supplies.

The folks at this location are super nice and helpful. The lower rating is due to the storage facility policy where the monthly rate is NOT prorated. If you move out 1 day into the next period, you pay the entire month! Who does that!And the overall online billing records are odd/inaccurate. A new order of equipment rental shows up for the day I moved out and canceled my contract, with no date noted other than my move in date.When I paid the prior monthly bill online, there was no confirmation or record of my payment. Very odd accounting system!

Brent Pugh is AWESOME!! He knows what customer service is about!He worked with me far more than I expected to keep my moving costs within my budget. Went above and beyond what was necessary.I would HIGHLY recommend this UHaul location, and will certainly call them first the next time I need anything of this sort.

A great experience all around with this Uhaul. They had my Ubox for months and were always very good with me when I needed assistance. They also delivered on time and treated my stuff with respect and nothing was damaged. Thank you

Quick, organized, friendly and flexible. Even with insurance, gas, and mileage, got a serious moving project done in 4 hours for about $80. Well be back again!

We had to return a tow dolly early because our car had mechanical issues on the way out of town and Brent the manager who helped us was really helpful and super fair. Great experience.

It was fine I guess, truck wreaked of smoke and was old. Dude there was not super friendly.
