We rented this unit in anticipation of a move. Put everything in this unit that we wanted to be packed away safely. Our alarm sounded as if we accessed the unit even though our key card was not used to enter the building. Management said they get so many FALSE alarms that they dont check them. The woman that they believe robbed us entered the building with her key card a few minutes before office hours end at 7:pm. We were told by management that she has limited access to office hours ONLY for a reason unknown to us. (perhaps she is a criminal) She brought two men with her in ski masks and robbed us per the security cameras in the building. They got on top of the units and cut the cage back, used a tool to remove the door, and proceeded to rob us until after 9 pm. We did not know this until 11 days later when Chris went to the unit to get some things and found that the door wasnt locked. This woman still has a key card and access to the building as they cannot GET A HOLD OF HER. We moved out of the unit with 85% of our belongings stolen as the cage was not secured a day later. I have bit my tongue being quiet but if you have any thing of value there, GET IT OUT

Guy name Evan helped me with bringing the truck back in. Lady who checked me out said should would adjust the changes Ive made on my rental but never did. Evan was really polite and handled the situation very well and got my refund back

I tried to reserve a truck here and was told I would receive a confirmation email after the reservation. I never received the email, so I called to check on my reservation and the woman I spoke with said there wasnt one. I decided to go with Penske instead. The day of the move however, I get a text from UHaul confirming my reservation for the wrong time lol - long after the movers would have been sent home. Luckily I was able to straighten things out and wasnt charged anything, but Ive had too many negative experiences with uhaul to do business with them again.

Has anyone else had issues with being charged twice through this Uhaul location??If you get charged twice how long would it take for the money to go back on your card?
