Chelsey was awesome! Answered all of my questions and just did a great job!Giving four stars because not all the reps are as helpful and honest.

Customer service is terrible at this location. I was talked into upgrading my plan so it was cheaper. Next thing I know my bill is $40 more and the sales rep couldnt explain why. I called 611 and was told the rep left out info and made decisions about my account that has now cost me more. I waited an hour and a half to talk to the manager who never came out

Chelsey and Ray Provided Exceptional service! Not only were they Professional, they were Personable, Knowledgeable, and Engaging! Honestly I wasnt sold on At&t but because of them I feel much better becoming a At&t costumer. 5/7, perfect score! Would recommend!

Great experience! Had five on our plan. Daughters grown and moved. Down to two of us. Perfect plan. Savings. Better data rate. And no pressure to buy new phones! Christian was great!But you could use some new lobby stools. Not great on old backs!

Chelsey did a absolutely fantastic job and helped me with everything and made sure I knew what my payments would be the whole step of the way! It was the best service I have had yet while being with AT&T.

Chelsey is a the best sales rep in the store, she sat with me for over 3 hours trying to fix something that another rep messed up, when the loyalty department we called gave us the run around for over 3 hours and none of their higher up people could fix things. ATT overall sucks and has the worst customer service and management of any company I’ve ever encountered. This review is for her only and she is only reason I did not cancel my business service of over 10 years from ATT.

Very happy with my new phone and experience while buying it. Jordan was wonderful. He listened to our needs and accepted no when we told him certain products or offers arent for our family. He curtailed our experience to our needs without hounding us, all while making us aware of their offers. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I do have to say whoever Christian is, hes overly pushy and kept interrupting our experience by trying to push offers wed already declined.... work on that, Christian. No means no. Also, if youre planning to get the Healthcare discount bring documentation with you. I forgot it and took it in later and its been a bit of a hassle, though its AT&Ts deal not the stores. I provided my badge which only has my first name. After leaving the store I got an email stating they couldnt accept it because it doesnt have my last name on it. Idk what companies put last names on badges... anyway thats what I was told to bring. Now I have to mess with it more to get the discount promised. Even when providing my badge the girl didnt say anything about it nor being valid. Small things to be aware of. I have great service and love my phone!

Jordan was very helpful explaining the different plans and prepaid plans. I appreciate him being so honest. Sorry I didnt make a sale for him but he was awesome!! Thank you again

I bring my phone to them and first they say no problem lets see what we can do. They scan my ID and I am not authorized apparently to use my own account that I was there when it was set up. I have to bring my wife back. She works nights. Ok, I can get her up during the day and bring her by. Jordan and the girl that were helping me said it would be no problem they could help me with the entire process, when my wife comes. So we get there and the girl helping me has attitude from the beginning, when I ask to get added to the account. After she realized that when I said my phone was broken, that I meant a warranty type break that she wouldnt be getting commission off of, she basically told me to go away and deal with the problem myself. I said I was told to come and you guys would help me, by two other employees of this place, and she told me they were both wrong, they couldnt do anything and had nothing to do with warranty claims. Still 5 stars for Jordan but the girl with the long black pointy nails ruined the entire experience.

Manager asked employee to stay late in front of customers AFTER employee told me they could absolutely not stay today due to picking up kids. They stayed to help me with a simple task when manager could have all along. Shameful as I had been waiting to go get my daughter. Employee was commendable, manager...far from it.

I was very surprised how the store was not crowded due to being the Saturday before Christmas. I desperately needs a new phone mine was not performing anymore. Christian Wilson was incredibly helpful and many feel completely comfortable with my new purchase he took a lot of time explaining the new features and I would recommend n this AT&T store to Anyone

Bought a new phone Then had data transfer and activation done which was not done correctly after I picked up the phone it was not workingHad to travel across town for the business went to a different AT&T store there was told they set it up incorrectly had to resolve there within 10 minutes had to purchase (proMod) a New Sim card

I have never had more heart warming service from Richard, Jordan, and Christian. My mother was in the ICU step down unit with Covid we were not able to go see her and they went above and beyond to help us get a IPad in order to communicate with her. Jordan traveled to the only available iPad in Oregon to pick up a IPad for my family. I will never go to another AT&T store.

The Att store on 11th in Eugene. The employee, zavier, and the manager, Christian were terrible with customer service at the 11th street store in Eugene. They sent me out of the store with a product I did not want and it was not protected by a screen protector like I had asked for. They also didnt tell me to turn in my old phone for the promotion. They double charged me for my insurance. Also they sent me out the door while my phone was still trying to be set up with the cords attached.We went to the store the 1st time Got terrible customer service went to 11th street store the 2nd time and got terrible service from the manager we did not want to go back to that store after I got my phone replacement so we went to the Springfield store and worked with Louise and Ezra Got terrible customer service went to 11th street store the 2nd time and got terrible service from the manager we did not want to go back to that store after I got my phone replacement so we went to the Springfield store and worked with Louise and Ezra. This convienant little AT&T store is located on the corner of West 11th & Commerce St far out on the west side of Eugene. The most important detail about this location is that its a corporately owned AT&T shop (#official!), meaning no shadey sales tactics that youll find at those other resellers shops. The staff here is incredibly polite and professional. You can really dig in and pick their brains about different devices and features. Its also very clean and well kept, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. All in all, this location and the other big AT&T across from Valley River Center have always delivered superb customer service and expertise!

The AT&T Corporate store at this location should be your only stop when looking for cell phone support and sales. The Manager, Richard W., is soooooooo good with customers and knows his way around the technology. I watched him deal with a complex billing problem with AT&T On-Line and that divisions customer assistance office; he was disconnected almost half a dozen times and not once did he show any degree of frustration. I highly recommend this store to anyone dealing with cell phones.

The ever so helpful and talented Todd Busbuy helped fix my phone that has been mostly disabled for over a year due to iCloud issues. I was not confident that I would ever be able to use this phone/iCloud account again but thanks to Todd I now can use my phone for more than just texting. I can now call, go on the internet, and access iTunes/iCloud whenever! AND a huge thank you to Xavier for taking care of closing up the shop while Todd continued to help for 15 extra minutes in order to help us get our phone problems fixed and us out the door. THANK YOU AGAIN XAVIER AND TODD!!!!

Richard and Todd were extremely helpful.Richard was beyond patient and guided me through the process of setting up an additional email account, so my main account could be verified. He helped me throughout the entire process until the problem was solved.

Went in to activate a new phone and the guy who helped me not only answered all my quwstions, but made sure I knew how to go through activation, and got me the right charging tools. Great service!

Bought a mobile hotspot with Zavier for work but unfortunately it did not work out for us. However, they were willing to work with us to process the cancellation fee and to get a reimbursement back.

Zavier was a huge help in helping us figure out our problem!

If there were zero stars thats what Id give them. I walked in tonight trying to switch my 3 lines over to them. So I was the 2nd person in line. 2 other customers walked in after me. I waited about an hour just for them to completely ignore me and go on to the 2 customers that arrived after me and didnt even bother to say a word to me about helping me out. I walked out and I will say I will never go back to this store ever. They made me feel worthless. I would say not a good first impression. Specially when the manager of the store was one of those 3 guys with bad customer service. Come to say Im not the type of person who gets bothered easily but these guys just pressed too many of my buttons.

I had a problem with my Call Forwarding not working, so I went to the ATT store at Valley River. I spoke with a guy who told me that my problem was with my phone and had nothing to do with my ATT service. He then sent me on a lark to an Apple store that is shut down. I decided to Google search my problem and I found out that Call Forwarding problems are normally carrier problems. By chance, I was driving past the Commerce St. ATT store on my way back to the coast, so I stopped by the store. I spoke with Matt and a guy with a long beard. In stark contrast to the ill informed individual at Valley River, Matt and the other guy were both sharp and diagnosed and remedied my problem in short order and had me back on the road to the coast.I live where there isnt any cell phone coverage, so it is paramount that my Call Forwarding works. Id like to thank Matt and the other guy(sorry brother, I even looked at your name tag, but I have forgotten your name) again for the excellent customer service.
