Service has been spotty, which could be lack of security on my part. Insurance was fair, i received a replacement within 50 hours. However, i wasnt able to set up my phone correctly, although, i followed the online instructions (the replacement phone did not come with instructions or a manual) perfectly, finding a human being to talk to w/o service or a wifi connection was impossible. I had to borrow a neighbors phone to resolve the issue. And i love the phone they sent as a replacement. Another great Samsung model.

My iPhone stopped working suddenly Monday and I immediately went in to get it fixed since a working phone is necessary for my job. The staff was unhelpful I was due for an upgrade zero down and then once were almost done with the process they tell me it will be 70 dollars unless I order online. I decide to go the later route only to have my order canceled twice so to the phone I chose each time being out of stock even tho it says no such thing online. I’m very disappointed in boosts customer service and the fact that multiple times they where dishonest about the price of my phone and service until the very end of the process.
The guy that was helping made me feel unwelcome will not go to this place ever again.

I came into the store on 01-25-19 at around 4 to reactivate my phone and the employee on duty was great. He was extremely helpful, had great customer service skills, was very personable, and had a great attitude. Im horrible with names and I cant remember his, but he was awesome. Start by saying the guy at the store is helpful. This review does not reflect him personally. The people he needs to call however, are not. Boost Mobile has the worst customer service that I have ever seen from any Cell Carrier. My phone was cancelled without my consent (they even said I called them to cancel it, effectively saying I was lying), I lost the month I paid for (this phone is less then 3 weeks old, there is no way it was because of billing), then was told I could start up again but had to pay the same month over again. Will NEVER use or recommend Boost to anyone. They are a terrible company. I started getting calls from telemarketers about 20 minutes after I left the store. The only people with the number were them. I guess me being mad about telemarketer harassment, their petty reps decided to cancel my account on my behalf. Gotta love that right?Went to AT&T they gave me a free month for just thinking about them after all this and I signed up. Boost does not appreciate their customers, and I actually feel bad for anyone that represents them. Do not sign up with them. They may just shut you off and not even bother telling you. I have also not received a telemarketer call yet. I wonder why that is. Do yourself a favor and move on from these scammers. Thanks to Boost, Ive had to give out 2 new numbers (boost then AT&T), I lost $165 bucks to get a phone I cant use making me now have to sell this other one, and I missed a whole weekend of calls and work that really messed up my job. Boost Mobile.....I am not done dealing with you guys. I have a meeting with a rep from corporate to show what happened here. No regrets about that and the person that caused all this for me, needs to lose their job.

After years of service boost has lost a customer. Today i had paid my bill, moments later my phone had fallen out of my pocket and ran over. Making it completely unuseable. Being lower on funds being that i had just paid my bills, my friend gave me a phone and i went in to get my number switched over. The gentleman told me he wouldnt be able to do so and my best bet was to just buy one of the phones they had in the store. Its fine that he wasnt able to get my phone switched over but being low on funds i couldnt just buy a brand new phone so i asked if there was any way i could get a refund on for the card i just paided for today for a months full of service that i was now no longer able to use because i had no working phone attached to my number. His following response and how we were traeted from there on out is why boost will no longer have my buiness. He stated thats like going into McDonalds ordering a sandwhich taking a bite out of a sandwhich and damnding they take the sandwhich back and give you your money. proceeded to act like we were just there to waste his time and this was the manger of the store. Screw that. I went over to metropcs right next door explained to them what happened. For switching my number over im getting a new phome for free and have more data for the same price and they treat me like an actual human being and not like a pos who is just their to waste your time.

Ive been a customer here for over 5 years now and I decided to join my husband and I phone bills in a family plan. Spent $92 and my phone was not on for 2 days. Lost our phone insurance plans and the balance on my husbands account. Horrible customer service.
Went in to get my unlocked phone activated and the girl said she couldn’t but I went to one in Salem and they got it to work.
