What I asked for VS what I got. Not even close. I also wanted almond shaped nails the shape is completely off!

I got a full glow in the dark acrylic stiletto set for $60 and a gel pedicure classic for $45. The lady I had took her time it was super sweet.

Vicky was so thorough and quick with putting on a full set of nails and surprised me with a 4th of July design for the polish. I absolutely love them!! I like them short and she still got a great design on them. Thank you so much. I will be returning.

I was completely blown away by the appearance of this place when I pulled up! This is definitely a hidden gem of Eugene, the best nail salon! Customer service was impeccable and techs were highly skilled. The salon carries and uses NuSkin products, so you’re in for a treat and will be pampered. Absolutely will be back many more times, so excited to have this incredible place nearby!

They over charged me for three of us to have pedicures. When I complained they insisted we got gel color when we were very specific in selecting only regular polish to avoid extra hidden costs. I will never spend a single dine there again nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there. Not only were we over charged but our pedicures were not done at the same time nor did we get the same quality pedicure even though we have appointments in advance. Very rude staff and extreme high prices!

I will never be returning here. i payed 70$ (no tip) for a full set of acrylics just to get cut, nail oil on only 6 of my fingers, and very violent filing. i usually love getting my nails done but i hated it this time. it hasn’t even been a week and the glitter from my nails has all basically fallen off not to mention the terrible application. acrylic powder was not mixed and left the nail two different colors. didn’t put anything on to prep the nail before the acrylic. terrible experience

Tina was great! I came in with little idea of what I wanted and we found a picture of summer marble nails and she did it perfectly. Very helpful and very kind. 10/10Recommend

Went in for a removal/ full set on Saturday. My tech did not fully take off the last set of acrylic before putting the tips and new acrylic down. As she was doing them she made them way to thick and when I asked for her to drill them down she blamed me for the picture i showed her and did not file them down and proceeded to apply gel polish. I then finally get in today (Monday) and asked her to drill down my nails since they are to thick for my liking. She never took off the polish and drilled down the top of nail. The whole time she was blaming me for the picture I brought to her on Saturday. She only drilled down the underneath where the nail extension tip is at. As I was looking you can clearly see my nails are lifting and separating from my natural nail. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! That will cause fungus and bacteria to grow due to moisture being trapped. I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. This place has no idea what they are doing. $70 down the drain now since I have to take them off. I’ve been unsatisfied twice now.

It saddens me to have to post a negative review here b/c I’ve had quite a few good experiences, but unfortunately tonight changed that. I had a scheduled appointment & when I came in I ended up waiting for 40 MINUTES just for them to then let me know they didn’t have time to do my nails & sent me home. Though they apologized, they still had the audacity to make me wait near an hour just to be told they are understaffed. Keep in mind, I had a SCHEDULED appointment that I made hrs earlier… it was a waste of my time & a waste of another woman’s time who they sent home saying the same thing. It wouldn’t of been an issue if they didn’t make me wait so long… extremely disappointing.

I got my nails done for $60 and 3 hours later the polish started to peel. My friends got theirs done and one of them lost a nail, the other wanted a square shape and she gave her oval, the ladies were also very rough with our hands. When they did the designs instead of doing they correctly it looked like they had given up and just put splotches instead of cheetah print and cow print like asked.

I am so disappointed and sad after my service there today! They are definitely going downhill since they first opened…I have been going there since the beginning before they were even Royalty Nails and were Queen Nails! I went in today with a red and yellow ombré that were grown out extremely and the lady that did my nails didn’t file the color fully out so she pretty much just painted over the old color. I kept reminding her what I wanted but she kept saying, “too late”. I asked for a purple cat eye which she didn’t even do right, she completely “forgot” the cat eye part and had a attitude the whole time. While I have been a loyal customer for a long time, unfortunately I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Pedicures, manicures, waxing... Ive tried it all and I am very happy with everything! I was looking for a more relaxed, professional setting. Other places I have been too feel like you are just being run through a sweat shop with all the other clients. Nail Royalty was exactly what I was looking for and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nail shop!

The girl got us in right away and copied the nail art perfectly. Ive never had my nails last more than 2 weeks but my last set lasted over 4 weeks. We will never go anywhere else for our nails now.

First time here and i loved this place! Everyone is so nice. And kayla did a great job on my nails! Very happy! Definitely will be back soon

Great service, clean and beautiful place. I had some gnarly looking feet and Lee (sp?) was amazing. I went with the 2nd pedicure offered and it was the best pedicure Ive ever had. They offer a lot of other services as well.

One of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. I feel like I got more than my money’s worth. The staff was so friendly and professional, I did not feel rushed at all. I will definitely be coming back to try out the facials, waxing and manicures!

The expensive pedicure I decided on was so that I would get a longer massage time, but the stone and expensive cream barely added any massage time- like maybe one minute. I’ve gotten a way better and longer massage from Lee doing a normal pedicure. I have gotten pedicures from Lee for years before they got the newer fancy location. I LOVE her. She wasn’t there that day but I figured the business would be able to provide adequate services anyway. I was wrong. Tina usually does my waxing but also was not working that day. Tran did a great job on my brow wax (I am surprised but ecstatic) but my lip wax broke off and is growing back in already. Three days later. My full set of nails is ok, but I’m not super excited about them. The young girls working counter were very kind and helpful. The new location is beautiful and comfortable. The new pedicure chairs are great!! I will come back, for Lee, but I wish I could have given a five star review!!! The service was excellent, but the results were a little disappointing.

The customer service is top notch. It looks so nice and very clean. I got a solar gel set and they are exactly what I described I wanted. They made me feel so special. My new salon.

My daughter called to schedule mother, daughter pedis. I am an amputee. she asked the woman on the phone if they honor discounts for this situation. The woman said she had to ask. My daughter heard both the women laughing in the background. Lady gets back on the phone and said they would take 5.00 off. Very disrespectful establishment. I will make sure to let everyone I know not to spend their money here.

We love Nail Royalty! We have been coming for years and we are never disappointed. The entire staff is so nice and welcoming, plus the services offered are wonderful.

The staff was very kind and the facility was very beautiful and clean. However, I came in with a family member to get a pedicure & the man doing my nails asked if I wanted the deluxe package ($60), I politely said no I’d like the classic because I’m not the one paying today, I didn’t want to have my family member pay so much for me. In return, the man who painted my toes didn’t fully cover my nails. One thin coat & the whole bottoms & sides not painted. The pedicure was not worth $35. The staff was kind, but I believe he was upset I didn’t choose an expensive package so gave me a lesser service. :(I published an image on the photos area to show what my toes looked like after my service. Couldn’t put the picture with my review.

Great products... My nails never lift. Friendly and clean environment.

We show up, our appointment was at 4:00, and one person started to do me and my friends nails at the same time. Nothing was efficient. One guy started to do my nails and then left in the middle to “go home”... leaving my nails soaking in the water. We ended up staying at the salon for 3 hours with rude service. One of the nail techs cut my friends thumb with cuticle clippers then put acetone on it...

Tami did a amazing job on my nails! She was very gentle too!

The lady who did my nails was really rough with my nails and they hurt now I showed her the picture of what I wanted and the shape and she did a different shape and gave up on my design before even half way through and it looks messy and the acrylic application itself is a little bumpy. The lady also decided to go on a phone break in the middle of doing my nails the staff also does not wear or require masks in the building.

I went in for a pedicure which turned out good. But when I got my eye brows waxed I left with two burnt eyelids now I have to schedule a doctors appointment to get burn cream so my eyelids don’t scar

Before I scheduled an appointment I confirmed that they did nail dipping. I looked at the fees and ask the receptionist if there was a charge for removing my existing solid and having new dip done. she said no.I went in for my appointment today and was seated I was telling the technician that I wanted to have the dipping powder. she did not seem to understand what I was saying. she was also critical about my current nails. Asking where they were done. I told her I was very happy with what had been previously done. I had scheduled there because it was closer to home and I wanted to give them a try.She starts drilling the old color off and tells me its $5 to take it off.I was livid. I told her I had ask BEFORE I scheduled if there was a fee and was told no. She ask who told me. I pointed to the Receptionist that was there when I scheduled. the girl came over and said well I didnt know there was a fee.They did not offer to waive the fee this one time. NO apology NOTHING.Needless to say I will not be back.

I love it here, they always make me feel so welcome. This time after my fill I decided to do parafin on my hands. My hands feel wonderful.

Their skills were definitely on point, however I set an appointment to get acrylics for 2pm in advance and didn’t get in until 3pm. Customer service was disappointing and could definitely use some work. The salon was well kept, so were the employees. Time management and scheduling was the only serious problem. Not to mention the nail tech had her mask below her nose 🤦‍♀️, and they didn’t change the drill tip from the last customer or sanitize the station so hopefully I don’t have covid 🤷‍♀️.

Unfortunately I wont be going back after this last time. They rush the nails and usually miss spots. This time she took 2 nails off and instead of replacing them she put acrylic on my actually nail. One was so thick it was uncomfortable. The paint job has bubbles and uneven. I get a good job 1 out of every 3 times I go in. Ill be going elsewhere from now on. If they slowed down and really focused they would come out much better.

This is a beautiful and bigger location. I have enjoyed coming in to the previous location for many years. This particular visit seemed very rushed. I dont know if it was the fact that I asked for the water to be warmer but from that point on I felt like she couldnt get me out of there fast enough. Barely gave me a massage and rushed the callous removal. I will try it again because I want to support small business and these folks are usually much better.

I was laughed at in my face after trying to address a problem with the quality of work after paying over $100 multiple times to go home and have them break doing a simple task like picking up a jar of baby food and to pay extra for gems and designs and have them just fall off is absolutely ridiculous.
