This is my favorite place in Eugene so far. Is it the fanciest?..no but the staff is super friendly and actually care. It family owned and family worked. Everytime I leave there Im happy. Thats NEVER happened anywhere else. And better prices too. I almost didnt want to write this review and have my secret little hole in the wall salon exposed for being great.. but if your like me and your tired of wasting money on a salon that doesnt get your nails on point I figure ya deserve ta know. 😉 Girl...just go here. ...call ahead for appointment.

This was my first time visiting Fantasy Nails. It is very reasonably priced and their pedicures are AMAZING! Nothing terribly fancy, but if youre looking for a great massage and soft feet, this is the place to go.Also, while I was there, one of the nail technicians was helping a VERY demanding customer. She was rude, demeaning, and down right awful. She literally said, I cant understand you when you speak, so when I ask you a question, I want you to nod your head yes or no. Thats it. I couldnt believe my ears. She asked for one of her nails to be trimmed, the technician listened carefully, asked good questions, and then cut the nail. She FREAKED OUT! She said she changed her mind, the nail looked awful short and she wanted him to lengthen it. Like, what?? You ASKED for that, in detail. The technician was so graceful and patient, so basically theyre a saint. It ended with the terrible woman walking out and yelling while all the customers in the salon cheered. And I will tell you what, even after that customer left, the nail technician was kind, graceful, and humble.That alone deserves 5 stars.

Had a full set of nails for me and pedicure for me and my daughter-in-law the full set is not very smooth, looks like my middle finger nail has a chunk missing from the tip of the nail.

I have been a customer at Fantasy Nails for a number of years. The staff is well-trained and very courteous. They all do excellent work. The salon is very clean and inviting. They are prompt with appointment times and are pleasant when scheduling. This is the only nail salon I patronize.

They were 15 mins late to my appointment then had confusion about the service I booked and was argumentative so I tried to just get my nails painted and leave but they were completely rude and were rushing my appointment (didnt even take my regular polish completely off before trying to paint over with gel...) so I gave them a $20 and left.

At first I really loved my set despite it being a little different from my usual white tip sets! So, I went back! But this time the set didn’t come out as nice ... also, he drilled to much to the point that the next week my nails already looked like they’ve been on for 2+ weeks.... I went back to get a color change since one of my nails the gel chipped and I loved them! He actually didn’t want to give me my fill but he did after I told him that if they were to fall off in a week I wasn’t coming back.

Absolutely horrible experience. I have been here a few times in the past, as well as referred a few people to this salon. Nail service is not five star, but i have had some relaxing pedicures. Today was not the case. I had a women that Ive never seen before do my pedicure. My left foot is so sore I can barely walk. Instead of taking my gel polish off she picked at my nails and I dont know what she did to the nail bed, but it is incredibly painful.My nail polish looks poorly painted on all toes. I could honestly say it is not salon quality. This was not a good experience and even though Ive had okay experiences in the past, I will never return or refer anyone to this establishment. Incredibly disappointed and truly pained. Spend a little more and get a quality experience. One star at best.

One of the best pedicure experiences I’ve received. I was in town for business and was able to squeeze in some pamper time, which they were graciously able to accommodate. Not only was the actual pedicure perfect, but the service was both kind and professional, and the massage... I would have paid for the massage alone! Thank you. If I lived closer you would be my regularly scheduled self care.

The main women did a really bad job first of all we should her a picture of the nail I wanted and she just did them so bad and we kept telling her that was not like I wanted them and she did not listen but the men did them really good just don’t get them done with the women

They are all amazing and 3 pedicures for 100 bucks is perfect. Great customer service and wonderful massage. There is also a glitter wall that is so sparkly.

I had been using this salon for years up until today. I cannot believe how my daughter was denied a design after her pedicure. We were told that they didnt have time when there was literally no one there but us. I am truly disappointed.

I saw Tam. He was AMAZING. He has soft hands, he gives the best massages-im tender and it wasnt too rough whilst remaining effective. My nails look so beautiful. The color is on point but the shape is the true selling point. Absolute perfection. Will definitely recommend and will be going back every time

I got a manicure and gels done earlier today by Michelle. She was really nice! Yes, she answered the phone a couple times throughout, but when its a small business like theirs, its completely understandable. And each time it happened she waited until she finished applying the polish to the nail she was working on before answering the phone. She took great care with it and I felt completely at ease and pampered.I also noticed that the salon itself was very clean and nicely laid out and out together. I have already gotten a few compliments on my nails today and I will absolutely be going back for more manicures in the future.

This place was AMAZING. Ive been to a bunch of nail salons around Eugene and always leave with a small complaint. Not this time. The gentleman that did my nails was so attentive and did a perfect job. The most amazing part was how quickly he worked without seeming rushed and still did amazing. 10/10 I will be coming back here and Im going to start recommending this place to my friends as well.

I tried this local nail salon for the first time and I was very disappointed . The technician drilled my real nails so much they hurt. I was so tense when she was drilling and filing she kept telling me to relax. She was also on several phone calls the entire time and I felt like she didnt care about how it felt she was just trying to hurry. She left me with extremely sore fingers, excess glue under my real nails that burned when she applied it to my nails. Then I noticed I had a crooked nail...the nail Tech told me to flip my hand over so I can get a better view of what it looks like from my angle but it was still noticeably crooked! The overall look of them was pretty besides the crooked nail. I received a lot of compliments on them which I really enjoyed. But I had two nails break in half and they ripped out some of my skin from underneath my nails leaving them really injured. I was terrified to have it happen to the rest of my fingers so I took them off myself at home. My nails were left so thin they hurt. They bend super easy and look like paper now. I will not be going back to Fantasy Nails in Eugene.

When I’m in west Eugene, this is my go to nail salon. I consistently get excellent service every time. Today Michelle did a fabulous fill and gel polish with spring colors. Very happy.

I always have a great experience here. My nails look amazing & I get great compliments. I am willing to drive across town to come here because I get treated so well.

Its clean friendly and well priced and I have rarely ever broken a nail and I work with my hands. I recommend Michelle and her staff if you are looking for a place to have your nails done... I love this nail salon! They do such a great job. Everyone in there is so sweet and nice. They listen and do exactly what you want done. I’m a really really picky person especially when it comes to getting my nails done and honestly this is the only nail salon I go to because I haven’t had a bad experience here where as other salons I leave upset because my nails just weren’t done right. Havent gotten my nails done in 3+ years since moving to Eugene from the Seattle area and was in need of treating myself having done my own basic manicures once in a blue moon since living here. I had a shellac manicure with a basic nude color and I was satisfied with the results! I came in on a Tuesday afternoon and had a woman and man (didnt catch their names) do my nails. Ill probably treat myself again in a couple of months or so with these guys since they are close to home and close to my favorite panaderia!

Very nice staff, got a pedi and a mani. Price was worth all I got, feet and lower leg massage and hand massage. Pedi chairs gave great back massage too. Told hubby, found my new-fav place. You all must tey at least once.

I bought a $63 gift certificate that the owner told me would be the works with the fancy polish and the massage of the feet and hands for my fianceé. 2 days before the wedding she goes in and wants iridescent polish and they give her flat polish, the nails started coming off within 2 days, and the daughter who ended up doing the fingernails made every excuse in the book why she needed to charge more money to do the nails and actually ask for one more dollar. That one more dollar and the poor quality cost them our future business and everybody elses business we know plus possibly whoever reads this hopefully. They are friendly & Im sure they are nice people, but they also need to realize that when they sit there and speak in their native language in front of the general public that cannot understand them, that not only do they seem rude by being secretive, but other people will not trust them and it will hurt their business.

This was the worst pedicure I have ever wasted my time getting. The older gentlemen that did my nails pulled out an over sized toothbrush to scrub the top of my toes and nails twice. He was talking to a friend of his the whole time with long pauses that I just sat there. I thought wait for the massage it will be worth it. He just smeared some lotion around on my legs. Do not go here!

My old nail polish was not fully removed, when I asked for it to be I was told that nail polish was on the skin - so I pushed my cuticle back ever so slightly to show that the polish was, in fact, on the nail - technision was still reluctant to remove it. Then I had gap between my plastic tips and my nails, filled with super glue - making for a poor long term connection to my nail. And then to top it off the paint job makes my fresh nails look like in need of a fill... and I got them done a few hours ago. Very upset. While I was there another customer came in to complain about the same issues I was having.Save yourself from the drama and go else where.

Never go to Fantasy Nails. My mom and I went and both of us had very sloppy jobs done. Unevenly filed nails, a very sloppy paint job, the acrylics were applied all lumpy and uneven, and they didnt do what we wanted at all; just an all over terrible experience.
