Called the Roseburg store looking for a Keensert or a time sert or a Heli coil to repair threads they did not know what i was talking about. so i said i would call the Eugene store and get someone that was smarter and that would give Andy a part # . called and got in touch with Sara she also had know idea what i was talking about. dont you deal in nuts and bolts i can go down to the local handyman harware and any body there will know

Best place to get fasteners in town (Eugene Fasteners are jerks if you are not a business customer) The staff bent over backwards to get the weird nuts and bolts I needed for my Jeep. They have a lifelong customer in me!
