Bought a new Kubota 4 wheel drive lawn tractor with blower and 3 bag catcher in back a few years ago. Got home, the bagging system fell off with in 10 minutes, bolts were not tighten up. Called the owner, he said he would give me a gallon of hydraulic fluid when I needed to change it. Went to Eugene Hardware, got the bolts, installed properly. Went in a few years later to get the fluid, dealt with the owner, reminded him of his promise. He remembered. Turned it over to his son, son asked dad how much, said to sell it to me for wholesale, about $12.00. Wow, I didnt say a word for $12.00, paid and left. Now, how can a person not do what they say they are going to do for $12.00. I know the owner has little ethics or integrity. It was a while ago but I think about it when mowing. I understand everyone has their price but $12. I will not be back.
I have bought several machines through Josh over the last 8 years. He has always been honest and straightforward. I usually just research what I want online and then I’ll see if Josh has one in stock. Any deal I’ve made with him over the phone or by emailing was exactly the same when I got there to purchase it. He’s always been great to work with. I will definitely buy from Mid Valley again.
We purchased our Kubota B7610 15 years ago and have used Mid Valley about 15 years ago and have received great service from Mid Valley over the years. Today we heard a bit of an unusual noise from the tractor, called Mid Valley who was able to send out their mobile mechanic. Not only did Jake quickly diagnose the problem he was able to fix it and change all of the necessary fluids while here. Were fans!
Travis helped us with our purchase of great Kubota lawn tractor. He answered all my questions and set us up for it to be delivered to our remote cabin by Lee. Lee was also awesome and gave me lots of great tips on how to operate the mower once we he arrived at our cabin. Mid-Valley Tractor was highly recommended by my friend Don - and was absolutely right. Thanks Travis and Lee.
Eric needs to not deal with customers or get some customer training. Very bad attitude for someone that does nothing but make money off my business. I wont be doing business here anymore including service work, warranty work, and insurance claims.Unless I get a call from the owner explaining Eric no longer works there. When your spend near 100k at a place you expect more professionalism common courtesy! Not a smart mouth and OR argumentative with a customer. Especially when I was right. This is was not one isolated incident either.OWNER IS WHY I DID BUSINESS HERE SHOWED AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY WELL.OWNERS! BE AWARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES
Great customer service. And friendly employees
Worst customer service Ive ever received.I should say there was ZERO & extremely rude customer service .Do not patronize this facility unless you have no other alternative.
The team at Mid-Valley Tractor is amazing. So knowledgeable and focused on getting you what you need. Not more and not less. Good old fashioned customer service in all the best ways. I look forward to doing more business with them!
Great experience. Everything was setup when we got there. A couple signatures and we were done. Thanks Cory!!
Great service. Travis was a great sales man. Answered all my question. The person that helped load and get the tractor inspected was great too.
Boss has koitoi tractor there parts work sweet
Very happy with the tractor repair service I received. JC spent time giving advice on how to take good care of my tractor going forward.
I worked with Travis and he was very patient and worked hard to get me the best price and equipment for my needs. Thanks Travis....
Go see Cory, he is so knowledgeable and helpful, we are so excited to get our new tractor with a package of things we need to maintain our new property. He knew exactly what we needed and gave us a great deal!
Great people and great service.
If your looking for a Polaris this is the best place to find it in oregon.
I cannot speak to the Kubota side of the business as this review is for the Polaris service.Highway robbery is all I can say!!!!!!! I dropped a Predator 90 off to be fully serviced and have any parts replaced that needed to be replaced. This was communicated to the front desk and the mechanic working on the machine. I did receive one phone call after i dropped the unit off to go over the details that we had already went over when I was there and was not really sure why they called. The only additional information provided was a rough quote of what it would cost.Fast forward 3 1/2 weeks....... zero communication from Mid-Valley Tractor. I was actually a little worried thinking something was severely wrong with the quad and it was taking longer than expected to repair. I called and was told we are waiting for parts and said parts should be here soon. I asked if anything had come up and was told nothing beyond what we discussed. The part we were waiting for.....a fuel filter. No additional issues and you are sitting on a machine for 3 1/2 weeks with zero communication to the customer.I was perplexed why a repair as simple as what they did would take so long and told them i would be by to pick up the quad the following day. I look at the invoice and see I was charged 2.5 hours of service to change a battery, change a spark plug, replaced a tie rod and replace a brake cable. 3 1/2 weeks and 2.5 hours of service for something that should have only taken 1 hour.A couple of excuses were thrown out on their part but that is all they were; excuses. The staff member became argumentative when I disagreed with the time to complete service, amount of time they had possession of the quad, and lack of communication. I was told, I challenge you to guy find a better quote. Great response!Zero communication and a ridiculous invoice amount for the little work done. Anyone who does maintenance on these things knows this is ludicrous. I attempted to support a local business and went against my better judgement to just do the maintenance myself.A very lack luster and frustrating experience. Shop around before getting any atv service completed here. If Mid-Valley Tractor is your only option for ATV service. Watch a couple of Youtube videos...... save yourself some time and money and do it yourself.
They didnt top everything off. But our sales guy was good.
I deliver here often from Kansas. The guys are great and I dont need an appointment like Linn Benton in Tangent. The owner of this store is awesome. I cant wait to deliver here again. Thanks for the kindness. Troy
Josh and Cory both did a great job. Will come back again.
MVT just performed the 50 hour service on my 3901. They came out with their Mobil service vehicle. No need to trailer the unit and go to the dealership, they come to you. Brandon was the service technician that came out. He is “Best in Class” and made sure all my questions were answered.MTV has the best staff and service - bar none. They all sell great tractors!
Fantastic job. Quick repair service. Back on my tractor the next day. Reasonable price. Nice people.
Called Jessie Riley at MVT looking for good used ATV. He didnt have anything at the time to meet my needs. He called me a week or so later when a 2005 4x4 Kodiak that had hardly been ridden came in. He made me an exception deal on it. Its perfect for my needs. Really happy with the ATV and the service I received at Mid-Valley Tractor. Jessie is a great guy.
Better buy a bucket of hydraulic fluid cause my excavator leaks and the “warranty “ is only as good as the dealer. They want 600 bucks to come fix it. The thumb attachment they put on is loose and leaks. Thank you kabota. I will never buy kabota again.
They really go the extra mile
Super helpful getting parts for my old decrepit Kubota.
Super service, fair price
Very nice to deal 6.
Mid valley tractor rocks! did my research on sub compact and compact tractors and then started checking prices. wanted a kubota but might buy a JD or a kyoti if there was a large price difference after several attempts at the new JD dealership I could not get a email quote or a call back from sales. Kyoti dealer in sutherlin did not have the tractor i wanted in stock. told me they were ordering today and i would have to buy it today so they could order it . was told they would call me with price. 3 days later I bought a kubota l3301. Josh went the extra mile on the financing. and the tractor was delivered by very professional man who has been using tractors since he was 8yo. went over the unit front to back.. if you do your homework and compare specs, pricing, KUBOTA WINS!. You also want a awesome dealer who has your back down the road. could not be happier. as a first time tractor buyer they guided me the entire process. family owned and operated. great place great people.
Bought a lot of parts over the years here. we look forward to buying our xp turbo here shortly! great people great place
Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful staff.
Great experience, friendly staff
2015 Polaris Rzr XP1000I am from Washington State but I wanted to come down to Oregon to buy a Rzr to avoid paying sales tax on such a large purchase. Someone had posted about this place and the deal that they were offering on a forum. I used the information to shop around on the phone since I could not shop in person due to my location. When I told all of the other dealers what MVT was selling for they did not believe me. In fact one said that I would find out that they would add a bunch of fees on and I would end up back at his dealership like others have in the past. All of the people that I talked to, both in person and on the phone, really had the sleezy car salesman vibe (not that all car salesmen are sleezy). After giving 5 much closer dealerships the opportunity to make the sale, they all ended with well if they are selling it for that price then you should just go to them. So I did. They did not add on any fees as I had been warned and the price was well worth the 4 hour drive. My savings were far more than the gas money. Not only that but Jessie was great. No pressure to add on a bunch of other accessories or warranties but did give me information when I asked. I was in and out in about an hour. Then the dealership set itself apart even more a couple days later. I managed to break the right rear axle in less than 4 hours of riding this thing. I spoke to them on the phone before leaving the dunes, and on the way back home from Florence I stopped by. In order to help they ripped an axle off another Rzr to replace mine and fixed everything under warranty in less time than it took for my wife and I to eat lunch.I know this is super long, but trust me you want to go there. It is worth the drive even if you live a great distance away. Great family owned business. If you are purchasing something talk to Jessie or Josh.
They are good at cash over the counter sale, but service, and call backs is poor. I have called with questions and was told, well call you right back didnt happen question was, how many amps can 12v outlet support, and other was extended warr question. Going on 3 days and still no answer. then had them look at scrunching sound in rear of 13 rzr 900 they added springs and wanted to charge me $35, (rzr 4 mo old) no pre auth just surprise at pick up which they never called to say its ready. machine was left outside in the wet. Im Looking for dealer that cares about service after the sales. IMHO this is not that dealer. wish the experience could have been better.
Good help. Polaris warranty sucks
Very good service and very helpful.
This is *the* place to go for all things tractor.
Good place to shop for a tractor.
Great prompt service.
Where I go for most of my Kubota parts.
