When I dropped off my weed eater the staff refused to wear a mask. After 2 weeks they still had done nothing and could not give me an estimate of when it would be done. The staff was unpleasant and very unprofessional.

I just called and got greeted by a very nice employee of theres. Ive called 3 or 4 other lawn mower companies and all of them said 2 weeks out on any repairs. It was nice to see that they said to hurry and bring it by before they close so they can work on it over the weekend. Now that is service and we only spoke for a min! Feels good to be appreciated. I am looking forward to doing business Air Tool Maintenance... I AM ON MY WAY!

Rented a u haul from them, got it dirty and then charged cleaning fee when I used it for a couple hours for boxes... Dog hair all over cab etc. Told lady, didnt care, hate this place and its a weird dirty little room that you have to wash hands after any amount of time there as it has not been cleaned in at least 10 years by the looks of it

A few weeks ago, I called Ait Tool Maintenance and asked if they repaired lawn mowers and would they be able to pick up and deliver my machine. The woman who answered, Charlene, said yes they did repair lawn mowers and it would be $10 for the pick up and delivery. I said fine, gave her my address and asked when it would be picked up. In a few days I was told. Finally, after about a week, Dave came by and picked it up (on a Weds) and said he couldnt look at it until the following Mon. or Tues. He gave me no price and left with the mower. I hadnt heard from them by the following Weds, so I called and Dave said its done. I was surprised because the website said it would be looked at and work would not proceed until I knew how much it would cost and what the problem was. He brought it back, I gave him the money ($10 delivery, $7 and change for a spark plug and $38 and change for labor), and went to try it out. After a few pulls, it started. I was testing it by mowing a bit of my lawn, and when I turned around, he was gone. I kept mowing until I had done most of the front yard, then put it in my garage to use over the weekend on the back. That Sat morning, I tried to start the mower again but it failed to start. I left a voice mail expressing my concern, but never got a call back. The following Tues, I called again and said Dave has to come back, it doesnt work. He came by on Weds and said it was fine. When I asked him to start the mower, he had to pull very hard five or six time before it started. I am a disabled retired older woman who bought the Toro first start because I cant pull several times. He argued with me that no mower starts on the first pull and I informed him that, per the signs ON the mower that said it was a first pull. He said none of them do. My neighbor, who has the exact same model, was mowing her yard with her mower and hers starts on the first pull and shes had hers as long as I have had mine. Dave tried to tell me her machine was not the same and I had to make him go across the street to see they were the same.So Dave tried to start it again and he couldnt. So he admitted it wasnt working right but he said, well, Ill take it back and try and it wont cost but itll be at the back of the line.Today, the following Weds, I looked out my window to see that someone has put my lawn mower by my garage. When I tried, after a few pulls it started. I mowed about three strips of the lawn when it stopped working. Now it will not start at all again. They do not care about their customers, they are very slow, and the work sucks. Dave is one of the rudest men Ive ever met, and his work is awful. I will now have to find a capable honorable mechanic to repair my Toro lawn mower. I lost that money, which I cant afford to lose, so this is my only recourse.DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT. THEY LIE AND THE WORK IS SHODDY AND SUB-PAR.
