Dr. Reeses office staff make me feel like a person, they CARE about. So often in life I have felt less than due to my place in society (lower income level.) I am always treated with respect, understanding, compassion. Regardless of my insurance. Many Thanks to Dr Reese and his staff.

We have been patients of Dr. Reese for 5+ years. We have complex health issues and Dr. Reese is attentive to our needs while we all learn together how best to proceed through our complications. Dr. Reese understands the difficulties we all face and has demonstrated both willingness and the ability to work with us. We are most grateful for this since that has always been a worry for us.

This business/Doctor needs to understand that a 2% tip on a very large food order is offensive!!Obviously not just big Pharma who says screw the local business and little ones who keep our economy running.Maybe they should not receive support from local Eugene citizens.

While going to a doctors office is never an ideal situation, the staff at Dr.Reeses office are always friendly and helpful. Their genuine concern has been greatly appreciated. From the front office staff, billing, and the physician assistants, they are all dedicated employees and should be commended as such.Dr. REESE is a thorough and methodical diagnostician. He patiently explains his conclussios and ask for the patients input and acknowledgement of his findings. His expectations of his patients taking necessary steps and taking responsibility for their health care decisions are not unrealistic. While some may find his demeanor to be too direct, I find his approach to be reassuring.

Recently got into Dr Reese’s office on short notice for an acute issue - as a NEW patient - and I couldn’t be happier with the visit. From check-in w the friendly front office to the thorough examination by Dr. Reese and his willingness to take the time necessary to explain everything in a way that is both easy to understand and well thought out, I came away very, very pleased. He goes above and beyond the typical protocol I’m used to when dealing w flu/illness symptoms which gives me confidence that we’re attacking the issue with the best possible protocol. Ive been contemplating writing this review, but I think its only right so others dont get treated the same. I was really excited about this new doctor and I was sure he was someone who was going to actually listen. My husband and I had back to back appointments. He went first, while I was in there listening. The nurse came in and gave me an option to either A. Do half of my appointment now and half later.B. Reschedule all together, since the Doctor needed to go to lunch . Thrown back a little but still trying to he polite I picked to do half then and half later. Also, I was already there and didnt want to waste my time completely. (It was obvious my time wasnt as important). He asked me a bunch of questions and I had reschedule to come back about a week later. At my second half of my appointment of course they tried to charge me again, but thats not the worst part. I would ask questions here and there to where he responded I thought this was just going to be a physical not answering questions! Ok then, I shut up and let him do his thing. He then proceeded ask me when I was due! I was holding back tears not only in front of him but his nurse, his new PA and a medical student that were all crammed in the room. I procdeed to tell him I wasnt pregnant. Maybe if he read my chart or remembered anything from the week before he would have remembered my concerns about weight loss and other issues that didnt include pregnancy. The medical student in the room had a great and caring manner and I could tell she was trying to make things better. Maybe he could learn a few things from his medical student.
