I have the proof. So me calling you would not have changed that fact. An emergency is an EMERGENCY where you are unavailable. How was I supposed to call in that 9 minute span if my emergency lasted hours????????? Ridiculous . Horrible horrible people here

This was my very first facial! Cascade was clean, peaceful and relaxing. Madison Powell preformed a hydro facial signature treatment with several steps and amazing results. My face feels smooth and clean. The products that were used on my face were from a natural product line and smelled amazing, in fact three people stopped to ask me if that was me and then asked to smell me! They loved the products too! Thank you Madison!

This place is wonderful. Madi always makes me feel comfortable about my skin needs. Ive always really struggled to maintain it, and some places make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. Cascade dermatology is always welcoming, and Madi always does a great job. Ive noticed significant improvements since I started seeing her. I was in Eugene Oregon on vacation last week and received an Absolutely Wonderful Facial at the new Revive Skin Health Salon. Such a TREAT!!!The salon is beautiful and Dena Purich one of the founders of Revive as well as all of the staff were so welcoming and professional. I received a facial from Sara Lester one of their Licensed Aestheticians who carefully and thoroughly explained the entire process ...my skin has never felt so smooth and soft. I will certainly be going back the next time I am in town!!!

Complete money grab. Treatments work while your taking them. The second you stop you will break out again and even worse wasted hundreds of dollars and months just to end up worse.

Not a fan. Had a procedure, which did not last at all and so I asked for a touch up 6 weeks later. When I went in, I was kept waiting for 40 minutes past my appointment time while they dealt with a bunch of mini kardashians. Once I got in, they informed me they wouldnt do touch ups (why did you make the appointment then?) and I left. Never again, I went to Ziba Spa and they have much better hydra facials anyway. Too bad, I spend a lot of $$$$ on personal upkeep but when you are rude.....Im out.

I do not recommend getting a facial here. I got the Revive facial, because I have had some breakouts recently and was hoping to get some treatment and advice. Not only was there no steam or extractions, there was no chest treatment as described on the website. All of my clothes were left on (I am used to taking off clothes and getting into a comfy robe under nice sheets for a facial), and the room was bright and horrible piano music was playing. The aesthetician ended up being friendly, but when I arrived and she brought me back she did not introduce herself or ask me anything about my skin or why I came in. She did not inspect my skin as I am accustomed to happening before beginning a facial, after the first cleanse. During a 10 minute wait while I had the clay mask on it seems she accidentally (?) FaceTimed or speaker-called a male friend of hers. She also asked me if it was dry yet...isn’t that what she’s in charge of? She was nice, but this is an $85 facial. Never again.

Try the Hyrafacial, it’s amazing! Revive is by far my favorite place in town for skin care. Their attention to detail and comfortable environment surpasses any other facility I have been too. That said, it is the Hyrafacial that really steals the show. I had first heard of Hydrafacial when I was in California, and now I know what all the buzz is about. It is by far the best facial I have ever had. The process is gentle and quick yet so effective, my skin has never looked so good in such a short amount of time. So this is by far the best experience I have had at a spa. I recently spent too much money at a spa in Portland and had zero results. There’s nothing worse than spending big money for zero reward right... I stopped by an open house at Revive and got to meet all of the employees and learned about all the services they offer. I booked that night to have a treatment the next day. I had microneedling done yesterday by Marcia and I can see the results already. I went in expecting some pain, but experienced zero pain. She numbed my face up and showed me where my fine lines were and talked me through the entire process. I’m can’t wait to go back and get IPL. Revive has such an awesome group of professionals. I will not waste my dollars anywhere else. Results equals loyalty! Teehee.
