Hey friends, don’t know what changed in this business but my recent laser hair removal therapy was disappointing. It’s been two years since my last series of treatments but not sure I’ll be back.

I came to Brighter Smiles to get my lips injected and Heidi did such an amazing job! Everyone here made me feel comfortable and I was well taken care of. I previously had my lips done at another medspa, and while I was happy with the results, they were no where near as perfect as they were after coming to Brighter Smiles!!I came back a week after my procedure and Heidi made sure I was completely happy and satisfied with my lips (which I absolutely was). I went in last week as a first-timer for lip injections. Heidi and her entire staff were absolutely fantastic! They explained everything, walked me through what to expect, perfect experience customer service wise, and the spa itself is very comforting and warmly warmly. As far as the actual work, I couldnt have asked for more! Im so beyond happy with my results. I also appreciated how quick Heidi works.Im not sure if its Heidis application method, the fact that she has you sleep on your back with an elevated head that night after the service, or the magic little pot of cooling lip ointment in the aftercare bag she gives you, but I had zero pain besides the pinches to my lips from the needle you feel during the service. I have a couple friends that get injections elsewhere, and they told me to expect pretty substantial discomfort the day after the service (like so bad that you swear youll never do it again). I couldnt relate at all because I was completely fine afterwards- even when massaging my lips as instructed the next day.If you havent yet, I HIGHLY suggest you check out their IG page. Nothing but flawless lips! The work speaks for itself. Also, reasonable prices- especially for the level of skill that youre getting. I live almost two hours away, but I would drive double that if I needed to. No joke! Expert care and talent. Best lips in the city! Probably best in the state.

I appreciate the friendliness of all the staff. I was extremely nervous to come in for my procedure but it was such a comfortable and welcoming experience that my nerves quickly eased within minutes of being in the building.

I just went here about a week ago to get my first syringe of lip fillers and my lips are already looking amazing. They were really quick throughout the process and I barely had any bruising afterwards which is quite common. I was very nervous going in there because I had been Botched by a medical assistant at Dr. Lee Daniels office. They refused to acknowledge what they’ve done or even help me get it fixed with out charged me to dissolve it and fix it. Which tells me that they really messed up! They wanted to charge me to redo Their mistake and charge me to dissolve my lips and then charge me for more product to make it better. And then when I called in for a second time they actually transferred me and hung up on me. rest assured you will never get that type of service over at the brighter smiles on Coburg Road. They will bend over backwards to do anything they can to make you look perfect without charging you 500 timesZ. I highly recommend them and send all my referrals that way the greatest blessing of all is getting all of your friends and family done at a fraction of the price that other offices specifically Lee Daniels or Lindy. will charge you! Let me just start off by saying, i love this place! The staff is amazing, great peaceful environment and they do amazing work. Two weeks ago i got lip injections for the first time and i was very scared and worried about what was going to happen and how i was going to look. Well i get there and everyone was able to answer all my questions and very patient with me. It really put me at ease when Heidi explained everything to me and guaranteed i was going to love them. They also put numbing gel on my lips so it wouldn’t be painful when i got the injections, which was also a relief. The procedure was very quick she knew exactly what i wanted and knew what she was doing. I seen my before and after and was completely shocked, i didn’t know that i could have such Beautiful, voluptuous lips! I really really am happy ❤️ It has changed the way i completely look! And i mean that In a great way! After the first appointment you get a free follow up appointment within 2 weeks if there is anything you want her to look at or touch up! I went back in 2 weeks and she did not disappoint, i also got a little Botox before i left that day! If anyone wants lip injections and is debating it you should DO IT! You’ll regret it if you don’t.
