Amazing! I want to give a shout out to Jane, Karmin, and the rest of the crew at Willamette Artisans. I took my wedding ring in to have my mothers diamonds incorporated into my ring to create a heirloom I could leave to my daughter. The result was over the moon. I literally couldnt speak for a moment when Jane showed me the final product, and had to step back and catch my breath. I could not be more satisfied, and want to recommend Artisan Jewelry Design as 5 STAR across the board in both service and craftmanship.

This place has very fair prices and both times Ive had my wedding band and engagement ring resized here the rings came back looking brand new. The work can take some time but I believe its worth it for the quality. Ive also had my rings appraised here. I called a few times while waiting to hear back on the appraisal and each time everyone was so polite and checked on the status of my ring. No one tried to upsell anything to me the four times Ive went in and I was always helped quickly with what I wanted to be helped with. I will definitely be back. My husband and I went in to have our wedding rings worked on, there was some miscommunication about how we wanted them to look but after speaking with Tanya she sorted everything out and made sure that our rings matched what we had originally thought they would look like. Knowing that they will do what it takes to always make things right is an amazing quality. I appreciate their business practice and will definitely be returning for later work.

I cant say enough positive things about Willamette Artisans Jewelry. I lost my wedding ring and needed to replace it. So many options on how to do so. Tanya and her team were so helpful in my decision-making, and I finally settled on having a custom ring made, based on a vintage Art Deco ring for sale there, but using my grandmothers rubies and bits and parts from jewelry I cant wear due to a gold allergy. The final product is a show stopper. I am in awe of the craftsmanship.

The woman who helped us was wonderful, very informative and didnt try to upsell us too hard. They took our old ring and made a beautiful new one that was exactly what we wanted. The only reason its 4 instead of 5 stars is that they pushed back the pick up time 3 or 4 times and we had wait around in the shop for 45 minutes for it to be completed. But we were very happy with the end result.

They redid some of my jewelry as far as size and restyled a piece. Nice work.

Willamette Artisans is amazing to work with! Together we dreamed up and put together a custom design engagement band for my now fiance. Karmin put together a design in CAD and together we edited it to get it just right. It came out better than I could have imagined. All of the little details look incredible. If you want something custom- do not look any further! The service here is incredible!

I rarely write reviews but I have had such a wonderful experience here so far that I couldnt help but to share. I recently was looking for a Jeweler that would repair and appraise a ring that my husband had designed for me. It was a unique brown/red diamond in a pear shape, rose cut, so I wanted to take it somewhere where they were just as excited and valued unique stones as I did. I really didnt know where to take it so I called around to a few other jewelers to get price quotes and just feel out the customer service. With that said, none of the other jewelers were as kind, helpful, or as passionate as the help I received just over the phone at Willamette Artisans. They gave me more information than I even knew to ask for. They were personable, and patient. I didnt feel like I was being rushed off the phone with the bare minimum information. Not to mention they were one of the cheapest quotes in town, with the quickest turn over time. Your jewelry never leaves the store. Which is very reassuring because some other places I called, that was not the case depending on what was being done. So I took it in to WAJD the same day. When I walked it I was greeted with friendly smiles and attended to with courteous detail. The woman I was on the phone with remembered me and even came over to fill in the other gemologist with the details from the phone conversation, and wanted to look at my ring and see it for herself. It was such a great feeling to have everyone just as excited about my unique stone as I am. Even calling to follow up with my ring they were kind, quick, and efficient and will have my ring back to me in less than 2 weeks from the time I dropped it off...and this is during a busy time for them. All the same I am so far beyond pleased with their service and didnt know that it was possible to feel this comfortable leaving my jewelry with someone. I will absolutely be bringing back any of my jewelry service to them.
