The owner of this place is more knowledgeable than anyone in this town regarding diamond quality and cut. He takes the time to explain exactly what you are paying for and what the differences are. And it is way more complicated than size, cut, Gia etc. What would take you a month to try and learn he can teach you in 1hr. I’m purchased a pendant from another dealer and he was willing to take a look at it with out even purchasing anything from him. Once I understood what I bought from another jeweler and what he had to offer I wish I would have bought from him in the first place. I ended up buying a loose diamond that is of exceptional quality and a great price for a future piece. He sources these diamonds him self in Africa from a community that support ethically sourced diamonds. Do your research shop around and then go to Beaudet. You will see the difference not just in the service but the value of the purchase. Skis is a great company but the overhead makes them have to charge 2ce the amount you will pay at Beaudet! Because of my research and shopping around I know this is the best value in town for diamonds! They have my business for life!

I brought my wifes ring, which used to be her mothers, to have several stones replaced and settings built back up. They did a remarkable job and my wife is extremely pleased the work that was done on this treasured item of hers. Thank you very much.Also, prior to having any work done on my wifes ring, they offered to cut off a ring on my finger that I was unable to take off for decades due to arthritis. This was done at no charge. Cant thank you enough for that.

A few years ago I took several rings to Beaudet asking if the stones could be re purposed into a new ring. Charles helped me design a very unique ring. One of the stones chipped recently. I took it in to be replaced. The repair was more challenging than they anticipated, despite this they still charged, the very reasonable, original price for the repair. Great work and customer service!

Im so impressed with Andrew at Beaudet Jewelry Design!! I took my (20+ year old) gold wedding ring to him and he advised me that i should replace the tips to keep my main emerald secure. He quoted me a reasonable price and I returned a few weeks later to pick it up. Believe me when I say the ring looks more beautiful today than when I first laid eyes on it. Im so impressed and in love with my ring again. Andrew went above and beyond in all aspects - he ordered in a new head reset it and glammed it out to the next level. Beaudet Jewelry is the BEST! Five years ago, I had a very valuable heirloom ring that needed to be sized so that I could wear it as a daily wedding ring. After taking it to two other reputable Eugene jewelers, and having the shank (band) crack again and again, I finally took it to Charles Beaudet. He fixed it properly and I have never had a problem again! Since that time, I have brought many pieces in to be repaired, both simple and elaborate repairs and pieces. I have never been let down, and have always been extremely pleased with the results. Beaudet Jewelry is a lovely establishment with kind, considerate employees who are experts at their craft.

I originally gave this store a 5 star review after working with Andrew. He was great! I went back today, because my ring was still a little big. We were helped by another worker. To get it resized again was going to be double the price it was the first time for half the amount getting taken off, and in a longer time frame than the first time. My ring had also been sized down smaller than initially agreed upon and the markings had been removed. We decided to go elsewhere.

Beaudet does all of their work in the store, unlike other jewelers in town, who will ship your rings to other states to get fixed.I another store quoted me at $1200 to get a new band for my ring, saying that re-sizing it was impossible (stating all of the diamonds would fall out if they tried). Beaudet carefully re-sized my 100+ year old ring perfectly!Id recommend this store over any of the big corporate stores in town!

I am nervous about jewelers. About a year and a half ago, I took my engagement ring -- a ring I love more than any other possession I own -- to a jeweler that ended up damaging it. The jeweler then claimed that what hed done to my ring was necessary to fix it and I couldnt prove that that isnt what my ring looked like in the first place. After he returned the ring to its original state, I noticed so many flaws with it; it was so disappointing and I was nervous to take it anywhere else.Around 3 weeks ago, I noticed that the diamond in my ring was very, very loose. It is a suspended setting, which means there are no prongs holding the diamond in place, just metal. I knew I needed to take it somewhere, so on the recommendation of a friend, I took it to Beaudet Jewelry. I was very nervous to leave it, but they assured me it was in safe hands.After picking up my ring today, I am impressed with their work. My ring looks amazing and the diamond is set back to its original setting. It looks beautiful. They also corrected some errors by the original artist so that the diamond will stop getting wiggly after a few months.I did have an issue with the time it took for my ring. Three weeks is a very long time to wait for something like this (at least in my experience) and I felt like there was a lack of communication regarding the time. (As it turned out, there was a death in the family, which I am deeply sympathetic towards.) However, since the work on my ring was so exceptional, I can really forgive them for the delay!I worked with both Bree (I believe thats how you spell her name!) and Nicole throughout the process and they were friendly and receptive to my stress over my ring. They were incredibly professional and polite. I dont have enough good things to say about Beaudet and I plan to take my ring there in the future (with a better understanding of the time period it might take)!

My mother has been a client here since Charles opened the shop many years ago. When my engagement ring needed to be sized, this was the only place I wanted to bring it to--and I live in Redmond!We are just starting out, putting our money towards a home, certainly not rich and my ring is modest--nothing as valuable as the jewelry they typically work with. But the young man who helped me treated it with just as much respect as a priceless ring (which of course it is to me!), taking time to inspect the setting and test all the diamonds. He put me right at ease and their jeweler was able to size the ring in just a few days so I didnt get stuck in Eugene when a snowstorm would have prevented me driving back over the pass. They even replated my ring at no charge. It looks brand new again. Wonderful value and wonderful customer service! Thank you Beaudet!!

I sent my fiance in to get her ring appraised with great reviews from others but I did not get the same service. They quoted her the price and told her it would take two days on the phone. Then after paying they told her it would take two weeks. It now has been longer than two weeks. This piece needed to be insured as soon as possible after appraisal but we are still waiting on doing so because this company has not put out for us. Very dissapointing.

I took my grandmothers ring to get fixed. All 4 prongs are different height, widths and lengths. One side has a huge chunk of gold missing out of it and the other side looks like someone laid two pieces of gold on top of each other and didnt blend them together.It looks like a Walmart quality job and Im devastated they ruined such an important piece of jewelry.
