It was really nice to share my brow journey (have previously been an over-plucker) and feel heard and then my brows were adjusted. I LOVE my new brows and have been converted to a regular customer. Im never disappointed by the service here! I usually go to Kathy or Abby. I have big, bushy, eyebrows and they both do a great job shaping them. I wont go anywhere else!

Thought I miss Kathy, Maddie did a great job and I’ll go to her again! 4 stars because prices up to $15 and no punch card anymore. Then again covid undoubtedly had a part of this so I’ll continue to support them.

Abby is the best. I recommend her to all of my friends and family. No one else I would trust with these brows. Go get your lamination done!

Kathy was super friendly, professional and I didnt even cry for my eyebrow threading (thats rare!). Been happily going here for months (before COVID) and finally made it back.

They are always so clean in here. All the women have their own special techniques to threading your brows. Always on fleek. However one upsetting thing is, they recently went up on their prices, which is a bummer. This place was always full of business when threading was $10 but now they have hiked up their prices to $13 which doesnt make them quite as unique anymore.

I used to be a regular at their sister Location inside valley river mall. However this location on Coburg road is convenient and the wait time is usually shorter. They do more than just eye brows and their attention to detail is always excellent.

Ive had 3 different technicians in the year I have been going to get my eyebrows threaded. All 3 have been really competent. I would recommend their services.

I wish the people there wore name tags. Ive been there 3 times. First time was ok. Second time was perfect and I would love to have that woman do my brows every time. Third time I left with hardly any eyebrows left ( I know they will grow back but its like getting a really bad haircut). I would like to be able to know who the second person I saw was so I can always see her. I asked the girl working and she seemed like she had no idea and said she does just as good. She does not. The manager contacted me and apologized and offered to do my brows herself next time. I will definitely be returning.

First time having my eyebrows/face threaded and I am so happy with the results! Kathy was super friendly, knowledgeable, and relatable. If youve been using tweezers or at home waxing, put them down and go here instead. Your face will thank you.

The name says it all, perfectly threaded eyebrows every time! Plus they have a punch card so you can work towards a freebie.

The technician accidently cut my skin with the thread and it left horrible scabbed over marks on my eyelids, same thing for my mom. Usually this place is good, but I dont think well be back.
