Kristin provides such a warm, welcoming and comfortable environment! I never thought there would come a time in my life that I’d be excited to go see my wax lady but she’s the exception. I will never go to anyone else for my wax needs!

I had a great experience! It was my first time ever being waxed and it went way better than I expected! My girlfriend recommended going to Meta Wax and Kristin was very professional. She made the entire experience very comfortable for me, her shop was very clean and I highly recommend her services. I heard this was the best wax studio in town and I completely agree.

A few months ago I was nervous about my first wax, now its part of my monthly self-care routine. The space is cozy & inviting, and Kristin is amazing. She is caring, knowledgeable, and ensures your comfort is paramount.

My experience with Kristin and her adorable little shop metamorphosis waxing was absolutely stellar. Not only did she do an excellent wax job, but she also made it a meaningful and fun experience for me. Which in the long run goes much further with people then overpriced wax parlor chains that dont care as much about the person as they do your money. Best waxing studio in the Eugene/Springfield area for sure!

She worked on my eyebrows, amazing btw! You get a calm feeling when youre in there with just your two voices and a fair amount of silence. Very peaceful. Wasnt painful, felt more like ASMR, but that was only because she was doing my eyebrows. Not sure how harsh the rest of the waxing experience can be. ;)Not at one point did she ever make me feel bad about myself. Ty!

This place really was a sanctuary. I had my first Brazilian wax and Kristin made me feel so comfortable. This is exactly the kind of place I was looking for. I highly recommend it and will definitely be using her services again. I feel so good! Thank you so much Kristin, you are amazing!

Love this place and Kristin, she does a wonderful job waxing. I typically go for my eyebrows, tint and wax, but I’ve also done bakini wax. Beautiful space and Kristin makes you feel very comfortable. Highly suggest checking it out.
