After moving to Eugene, I was nervous about having to go to a new waxer and not finding the same level of quality and care I had experienced for about 8 years (especially for a full brazilian wax). I am so thankful I found Frances: she is professional, super friendly (even from the first phone call where she gave me precise directions and instructions), makes you feel comfortable and takes really good care of you.
