This is my favorite car wash to use. The employees really make sure your car gets scrubbed and are always super friendly. My car, “Simon”, comes out looking awesome every time. The only time I use a different place is if I am not in Eugene, the bugs are atrocious on the 99.

Fun for my kiddo on a hot day. They have cool flashing lights and free hand dry.

Line went fast. Reasonable price for the works. They even gave me a towelette to wipe down my dash while I went through the wash. Then the take the extra effort and hand dry your vehicle.

My to go spot to to wash my Denali they use debt cards at the power washer. Not the cleanest place but they are never full the drive thru car wash is a different story the wash it urself is always opened

Do a good job of prewashing your car before it heads through the wash system. Dash towel is a nice bonus.

Im done using this place. I pay extra to have to top wash done only to still have dirt and bugs all over. My wheels are still filthy after road trip and they never wipe out the door jam anymore.

Used the self-service part, but it did a great job for less than $5.00. I see why this car wash has lasted for so many years.

This place is well run and organized. My truck comes out clean everytime. Johanna who manages the place is customer oriented and professional and trains her crew well. It can be very busy at times so expect a wait to get in. They hand dry your vehicle at the end of the process so you end up with less water spots or leftover dirt. I recommend it highly.

Sunny out today so had a few cars in front of me, however, the team got us all thru in a very timely manner. Crew worked great together and with friendly smiles on their faces. Definitely recommend using them for your car wash needs. They also have vacuum cleaners and self service washing.

Friendly staff but every. damn. time. I go there the back of my car NEVER gets clean, even though they have staff standing outside to do a prewash. I reckon its still better than getting damp at the self-serve wash in the middle of winter.

Looked at my car this morning and thought it looked a little dirty, so I took it into this wash. Came out and the car was still dirty AND it had chips all over the hood and roof.The woman I spoke with on the phone said there was nothing in their wash that could chip my paint. Well, theres nothing else that could have chipped it, because the only thing I did between checking it out was run it through their wash.

I love this car wash because it has a dryer, so after spraying off the quads.After washing them, i detailed them and blew the cracks out with the hot air dryer, preventing rust to get into hard to reach places, and around electronic components.$2 to start wash and every quarter adds more time$1 to vacuumAnd Dollar Tree is right there for some of the last minute car detailing items, like; Armoral, cleaning wipes, tire shine, shammies, various car scents, paper towels.

Paint scratched, didnt remove dirt and left horrible streaks. Wash your car at home or take it to a professional detailer. This place is terrible.

Great place for clean cars

Clean place, prices are great and the self serve side has nice features plus for 4 dollars can let the car clean. Plus in a convenient location.

The drinks were okay, nothing super special about them. The staff was really friendly at the spot. The fact the have a little bit of outside seating would be nice for dry weather. Not many shops offer any seating like human bean does. The staff also seemed like they all knew the menu really well to ask them questions about. Location is also easy access in the big lot.

Ive been coming here for years and normally this place is great. A big pull is the hand dry. Just paid for the full wash and this skinny younger guy with glasses and curly hair just refused to hand dry at the end. When I asked him if he got anything else he said he only does windows so people can see... Might wanna tell that guy that hand dry means the car, not the windows. Usually they do the whole car and even open my doors and do the door jams when they arent busy. 3 stars because the other guys are great and I had a good experience for a long tim but I wont be coming back if I see that guy working.

Pulled in at 11:30...only 3 cars ahead of me, in and out in 15mins total. With hand-dried windows, no spots on the down and up 👍 Hadnt washed it for 5months easy, crew chief was happy to order extra scrub for bugs on front and got most of it off. Executive wash $4 cheaper than Ive seen. Ill be back with a big thanx !

For the price they do the best job. They even dry your car too. My second favorite car wash is on Coburg, but it costs more and they dont dry. Still a great place. They need to work a little harder getting the back of your rig clean...,.. I wrote the first review about a year ago and then I discovered that one of the owners, a short freckled face ginger, is a real douche bag. I dont go here anymore. I will explain more in my next edit.

I went to Westside Car Wash a few days ago and couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw my car. First of all the back bumper was still dirty. I also noticed scratches all over the hood sides and top of my car. I tried going here because I heard good things but will never take my car here again. Stay away from this place unless you want your car ruined.

You dont deserve to be in business if youre not going to take care loyal customers. Having TONS of scratches after coming out of your car wash that were MOST CERTAINLY NOT THERE BEFORE and then having the audacity to deny the claim saying there is NO WAY its from us is absurd. I took my car here one time due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews, even though I have been skeptical about automatic car washes. I will never, ever again return here and urge anyone that cares about the condition of their car to do the same. After one visit and a professional wash my car had tons of scratches along the hood and sides of the vehicle. The new car paint had looked perfect until I made the mistake of coming here. The wash itself was also underwheliming, with the wheels and wheel well being completely filthy. Stay away.

The whole back of my car was still dirty and around my license plate especially. A little disappointed because I paid for the best one and for seeing the extra time they spent personally washing on other vehicles that had business logos on them. Please treat everyone the same.

My car came out looking better but the quality of the wash was underwhelming. Lots of spots missed and water spots on the side of my vehicle. Good place if you need a quick wash but not a perfect cleaning.

I came away with scratches on my car. Dont think they change their brush water very often. Concerned about getting other peoples grit and grime on my car and getting more scratches. They dont clean wheels very well. One guy doesnt dry car hardly at all. So, I didnt leave tip. They are friendly though.

I get my truck washed once a week at westside car wash. I have never had a problem or a complaint about the service I receive every time!The manager is just amazing and she has great people skills! The whole crew works their tail off to make sure you are satisfied with the quality of their work! Stop by and give them a try!

I took Westside Carwash my absolutely filthy truck with a front end that could only be described as a poster for a Bugpocalypse movie. They did such an amazing job cleaning everything off. My truck looked new! Very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

If you have some kind of window visors or auxillary lighting on your rig I would recomend a different spot. The machines here are some of the most potent in Eugene, Oregon. The folks who dry the car are always nice.

Great car wash. Ask for places to be cleaned or to pay special attention to when they rinse before wash. I.e. beneath back window overhang on SUV etc

A little over a week ago I took my car through the car wash like I’ve done many times and this time (much like another review from about a week ago) my car came out with a bunch of scratches across the top from hood to trunk. I filed a claim with the owner who called me and said “this is gonna be a no” stating that “I looked at the claim and the cameras from your car wash and there’s no way this came from us” as if there’s any way to tell from watching the cameras that there may have been a small pebble in the brushes. Told me I’d have to file with my insurance and that they would tell me the same thing trying to scare me out of filing a claim. Just wait Melissa. DONT GO HERE.

Main wash Tunnel was down, used $13 touchless tunnel and my vehicle was not clean. Dirt patches where the machines missed looked worse than when I arrived.
