Went in for an oil change and they noticed the wrong mileage was recorded on my sticker and I still had miles left before a change was due. So he explained rather than take my money they got me a new sticker and said come back when its due. This team is always fast friendly and honest. Thank you!

We were over six months past the due date of our oil change so we figured it was time to get it changed. We don’t drive too much. The gentleman at Lube it on Coburg actually stopped us from getting the oil changed because it still looked full and relatively clear so he said at the time it wasn’t necessary for the change unless we wanted it but he wanted to save us some money. We So appreciated the honesty and suggestions and know that when it is time for an oil change we will come back to lube it because of that service. Thank you!

These guys are the best, very informative with nothing but love for your vehicle. They DONT push anything on you, but they will inform you on what needs to be done to your vehicle. Got my mustang running smoother than ever in less than an hour, I will 100% be going back to them for all of my cars maintenancing!

Went in for an oil change on our company vans. I was in and out quicky. All the employees were very kind and knowlegable. The pricing was very reasonable as well and I LOVE that they are open on Sundays!

This Jiffy Lube is the best in Eugene. Great price for an oil change and the friendliness of the crew is beyond measure. I got a free car wash and was able to wait in my car while they serviced my vehicle. I have been here three times now and have never had an issue. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

Horrible. Paid for sevices here. Due to an employee error the original payment was given back with change. Fast forward the next day. I wake up to text messages basically accusing a combat Marine Veteran of theft . The owner was such a coward he wouldnt make it right himself. He sent a manager instead. DO NOT USE THIS JIFFY LUBE. Especially as a veteran using a discount. Copies of text messages and video have been forwarded to corporate.

Really quick service, all the employees were super nice and didnt try to upsell me on anything other than my super old and ratty back windshield wiper... which I already knew I needed a new one. Lol it was just nice to not feel like I was getting sold stuff I didnt actually need like other oil change places.

While we waited, they offered the lobby to my boyfriend, our dog and I, so we hung out in there! It was awesome. Most definitely will be returning in the future!

Danny was extremely helpful with my oil change. This is the only place that didn’t try to up sell me. Highly recommend if you don’t want to deal with pushy sales people. Just gave me what I needed/asked for and offered good advice. I will definitely be returning.

I have now been to this Jiffy Lube 3 times. This is the only quick lube place I have ever found that does not try to up sell me. I have also observed how the handle other customers and have not seen them up sell the elderly or young females. I have even experienced the staff turning down unnecessary work. Finally a place I can trust to recommend to my family.

While I was there, they were accused of scratching a woman’s car with their belt buckle. The conclusion was, they were not responsible. While discussing the matter employees were saying inappropriate things while acting unprofessional over the matter. After receiving my truck back, I noticed the ignition didn’t work as it did when I brought it there. The worker even said “is there a trick to starting your truck?” I said no. After a few weeks of thinking it might have been a fluke, it still doesn’t work properly. I called them to see what they could do. They said they didn’t do it. They said “I don’t know how we could mess up an ignition.” So both me and the woman with a scratch on her car are out money. To them, the customer is never right. Things may be going smoothly as of now, but in my opinion the risk is not worth the savings at this place. Plus... they don’t rotate tires which should be done every other oil change people. Don’t go here!

Similar pricing compared to other places, better service though. I have been around to all the different oil change places around town and I like them the best. If I havent been able to make it in in a while they never scold or make me feel bad about it. Plus they vacuum out your car when they finish, love that!!

Did a radiator flush there and now my radiator is overheating when it do that before i went to get a flush they overfilled my resevoir

This was about 8 months ago. The worker who changed the oil in my car thought it was a good idea to soak (exact words of his co worker) my oil filter. He nearly flooded my engine and i had to wait in a nearby parking lot for all the water to pass. I dint get a reminder sticker on when I should change my oil next either. Never going back.

I would not recommend, they did not really care about your car, will push you to buy things. I refused to change my filter and they get grumpy, unplugged a bunch of wires in my car and didnt plug them back in. I came in with the oil change warning and leaving with 3 other engine warnings. If you do not know a lot about car, I would not go here.

This is my go to place for oil changes. Great Customer service. Always quick and painless. The waiting area has a keurig with coffee, hot chocolate and the daily paper.

Wham bam thank you mam. No wash the windows, no check the tires, no vacuum, they put water in the windshield washer without a cleaner or antifreeze. They did check the lights and I heard the tech say one of the rear lights were out. When I receive the paperwork I ask if they had fixed the tail light but of course they didn’t. I guess I’ll have to check to see if they filled the engine oil?? Sorry boys I won’t ever be back!!

Consistently good. I went in with our barely-used second car for a lube, oil, and filter. They looked it up and came in and told me that I was too early and that oil didnt have a shelf life anymore. They easily could have just done the job and taken my money, but they didnt. They have always been courteous, prompt, funny and (most of all) NOT patronizing. I know that I dont know jack about cars, but they have always taken the time to explain things and have never talked down to me (even when I needed to call my car-guy Hubby to ask him about something). HIGHLY Recommend.

Make sure you check your water. Ive been coming for years to get my oil change. They checked all my lights but not all my fluids in my car? 2 days later my car over heats....frustrating service. Being a female and single mother. 😞

Called just to get pricing information and was met with an incredibly unfriendly, condescending response. I asked what a basic oil change would cost and was told $41.95. I instead went to the Jiffy Lube on West 7th, they were really nice and it only cost $19.99. The only difference is they dont top off fluids. Even though it was a further drive, I definitely will go the the Jiffy Lube on west 7th. Id rather drive 5 more minutes and be treated with respect.

They do great work and its quick. Not always consistent about asking for things light checking your lights and stuff.
