Will has done some work on my 2002 Toyota before. Excellent work I might add.Wills Auto Repair is now my “Go To” Garage!!!They did a Rack & Pinion R&R and my SUV is driving like it is brand new!!! I got it new in 2002. It is driving superbly thanks to Will and crew!!!

We took are car there that had a bad water pump we drove it there he said he wanted to do a compression test he ran the car tell it was so hot he blew the head gasket then wanted 3,500 to fix it. We told him will just come and get it when we got there they couldn’t find the keys we called two days later to pick it up but they still couldn’t find the keys we went there the following Monday because there closed on the weekend and he said we owed him over three hundred dollars for storage now it’s 1700 and he’s put a lean on the car clearly these people are just scamming us out of are car.

Will took care of my Jetta very quickly and conveniently communicated with me over text making the whole process smooth and painless! He explained my car’s coolant leak issue efficiently, got it taken care of perfectly and paid much less than what was quoted. Payment process was simple and convenient being able to pay with Apple Pay on my phone. If you want a no hassle experience with accurate quotes and zero price gouging Will is the guy for you. I got my clutch replaced for less than half what dealership quoted me and a oil change. He will be my go to for any more mechanical issues I encounter for the foreseeable future. I really appreciated the directness.

This garage is amazing! I have an unfortunate history of being taken advantage of by mechanics and I feel very safe at this garage! I know that if Will and his team say something needs to be done on my car, that it needs to be done. No upselling here, just honest conversations about what you need from your car.

I would not recommend this shop. I was quoted over $600 for parts/installation for a new starter for my Vanagon. Ended up taking it to the VW shop and they did the entire job for $324. Bosch parts. My van was also parked overnight in their parking lot (on a very visible street) and after they did some analysis of the problem, they left the doors unlocked all night. Also, didnt have the time to put the dash back together before I had to tow it to a different shop. Just seemed to be not very conscientious. Wouldnt go there again.

Ive had vehicles for 25 years and Will is the best mechanic Ive dealt with. Hes taken care of 3-4 people Ive sent his way and they are all happy! 💚

Will did excellent work under a tight timeline. He was able to quickly and fully solve a problem I had that a previous mechanic had misdiagnosed and spent several hours trying to work out. His shop is fully contactless right now for COVID safety and he is very good at keeping you informed about the status of repairs and explaining issues.

Will did a great job on both of our cars. His service was timely and very competitively priced. Will performed an amazing job on one of our service vans that has had a history of common repair issues with this particular service van. He gave us replacement options based on the longevity of the warranty on the replacement parts. In addition, Will was very efficient in fixing the vehicle in a timely manor so my guys could be back in the van for service calls by the next day. What I like most about Will is his depth of mechanical knowledge and experience. Will is truly a mechanics mechanic

Will turns away so much work saying, Nah, you can fix that yourself easily with a $10 part. Im not sure how he stays in business. I just know that hes not interested in over-charging you. Honest as the day is long. I recommend highly!

Will is a one man army when it comes to automotive repair, I kid you not!I unknowingly brought him a mystery steering gearbox to work on and it turns out that it was not native to the car i pulled it from. After the trial and error of trying MANY different seals, he was finally able to find a couple matches for the top and bottom of the gearbox. While he was waiting for various seals to arrive to his shop he decided to go above and beyond what i had asked him to do(reseal/lubricant fill) and cleaned up the entire box, inside and out. He re-greased the needle bearings inside, made sure the vent was free of gunk, spit-shined the rust away from the case, and more i am sure.Will is an open book of automotive knowledge and i greatly appreciate the tips he offered to me, a novice.If you are in need of service check out Wills Auto Repair. The owner, Will, is a no-nonsense, helpful and approachable kind of person. He explained the full issue of the timing chain to me instead of simply stating that it needed replacing and giving me a price. He also mentioned other options for my truck. I will definitely be bring other vehicles here as well as recommending this shop to others.

Had a great experience ! Brought in my daughters car, and Will was awesome. He first asked me what I wanted/needed to do with my car, and I’ve never been asked that - just told what I needed. He sends pictures of what’s wrong and of the progress. He explain things in layman’s terms but not like I was naive. Overall good trustworthy place .

Being new to town and not knowing any good shops in the area, a friend of mine recommended Wills Auto so I figured Id give it a shot. I wasnt disappointed; great service, pricing was right where I wanted it to be, and I left with my car in much better shape than when it had arrived! Will is great. If you are tired of being jerked around by dishonest mechanics or mechanics that take advantage of a situation then Wills Auto Repair will be a breath of fresh air. I have taken my older model truck to him and he could have replaced all the brakes on it but instead assured my only the fronts needed it and it was not necessary to spend the time or money on the rears. Go to him for first or if you need a second look he is the man.

Great mechanic! Took my car in with a strange gas tank problem. People told me it was going to be expensive to pull the tank, replace parts, sensors, etc. Will had it repaired the same day without replacing any parts. A mechanic who actually fixes cars not just change parts, who knew they still existed?

I take all my cars to Will. i trust he will tell me if it is a problem, or a simple fix.
