Amazing people. Subaru car care shop wanted over $500 for parts and repair to something they incorrectly diagnosed after I told them it wasnt the issue. One call and swing thru CAR HELP they had a reasonably priced switch on the way didnt charge me to find correct issue and all in all end of day parts as well was $100. My engine light kept coming on. I had brought my car to another Repair shop and they charged me over a hundred dollars to not fix the issue. George to a look and noticed my ground on my battery was a little loose. Charged me $25.00 to replace the cable clamp and all was good after that. I love a person with common sense to get it right. And they are open on Saturdays. This place rocks!

My husband and I have had our vehicle in a couple of different times for issues, and each time we have received professional and thorough service. Both George and Bruce are very knowledgable and honest. I will trust them with any future repairs!

These guys are amazing! I delt with George, he did a wonderful job, he was honest and didnt try to over charge me. He flushed my transmission fluid and in a couple of days he will change my cv boot. Definitely call this shop!!

These guys are great! I Couldnt get my van to start, I also noticed that my oil was empty so I assumed that I had a siezed up motor. I got it towed to their shop, the mechanic inspected it for a few minutes, he ended up getting it started by pulling on the ignition cable, fired right up. He was very communicative, I had some other minor issues and questions and he was able to give me a lot of good information. In the end, they didnt even charge me since it was a quick and easy job. I highly recommend car help.

I had George replace the timing belt, clutch and have the heads machined on my 2007 Forester. The price was very reasonable and the car ran fantastic when he completed the job. Will definitely be back, but probably not for a while.

My car was clearly at its end but I was not ready give it up for sentimental reasons. Others said it was totaled (engine). Perhaps it was the shaking of the whole car, smoke, inability to gain speed and very loud noises. But Bruce said let me take a look and fixed it. Two years later! Im still driving! Its never stranded me. Although now hope to buy a different car. I will pass this running car onto somebody who needs it more.

From Canada and experienced car trouble here in Eugene. Dinging bells and Engine off now!! warnings. Open Saturdays by appointment only yet I was brought in immediately!Upon arrival, Bruce had already ordered the part that was needed. He checked the car and confirmed his diagnosis. Im not knowledgeable and could have easily been taken advantage of, especially considering I needed to head back to Canada Monday morning.Bruce was respectful, took the time to explain what was going on,and competitively priced. Total cost of parts and labor: $58.00. I feel safe and have peace of mind. Thank you!!!

It might be good for you to post on here that youre not open on Saturdays. Just called, and the person who answered said they arent open and that I would have to wait until Monday. Not impressed.

This place is great!! I live in Drain and my regular mechanic is in Yoncalla. I drive to Eugene every day for work. I had car troubles and had to have my car towed. It turns out it was the alternator. I had it towed to a different place other than Car Help. I was quoted an outrageous price to have my alternator replaced. And was also told I needed several other things done to my car as well. Jeff at Car Help went to the other auto shop and picked my car up for me. He had the alternator replaced in a matter of 2 hours and the price was less than half of what the other guys wanted to charge me!! He also checked out the vehicle and no other repairs needed. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

I got my mini truck back, I will never go. Back to them to have any vehicle fixed there, they took the tow bar off brackets and all, they didnt hook the vacuum lines up in the right place, and it wasnt run good at all, the turn signals, water temperature gauge, tachometer gauges, fuel gauge and heater, dont work now, the radio and speakers out of the doors was removed, they put the radio back in but all the wires were cut, everything work when I brought it in, I blow a head gasket thats all, because they took so long to work on it, the window that they were supposed to put in right away, and never did, the interior seat, doors, all the materials got weather bound, how to put a new seat covers, and cover the door panels, Im really disappointed, they never even took it for a test drive to see how is running if they did they would have fixed it the right way I spent hours rerouting the vacuum lines and I assume they do a tune-up on it when they put in a new engine but they didnt they charged me twice as much he kept coming up with more things to do on it but they wanted to charge me for, its really hard to find a good mechanic,I have some bad news Im going to have to retract everything I said about car help its really sad that I have to do so it is been going on 8 months now I still dont have my mini truck they have all the parts they have the truck every time I call or go down to give me the runaround too busy or not enough men to work on it or something of the sort I paid for it and as I said its been 8 months I just got a call from them the other day and they said they lost the keys to the truck and expected me to do something about it I was the only set of keys I had went by the other day the truck is out in front unlocked the stereo is missing and it still in the same place it was eight months ago please take note Im not the only person that this is happened to I really need my my mini truck the weather is freezing cold and all I have is the motorcycle that is why I brought it down to in JuneI have to go there and find out what theyre going to do about this so I will keep you posted so sad to say but it happens when a business goes south theres no bringing it backIm having some work done on my vehicle and Ive been to in the twenties shops that Ive visited looking to have the work done I miss gentleman has been so helpful so honest so straight up I want everyone this is the place you need to go very inexpensive personal expressive very knowledgeable and very reasonable in price I cant see anything he cant do that needs to be done on a vehicle unless its totaled by an accident or something
