Marco has been my mechanic for 35 years. Whenever I am out of town and have to use any other mechanic I always go to Marco when I get back to town and have him check the work. Usually he says he could have done the same thing for 30% to 40% less. Marco is a certified mechanic, very good AND he will not replace a part or do something that is not needed. Marco has integrity! I would rate marco a 12 on a scale of 1-10.

I first heard of Marcos from an employee. He told me about this mechanic .When the time came for some car work I asked if we can go there for him to introduce me to him to ask if he could fix my car. Arriving there sequestered among a strip of grey buildings we found his building .We went inside and found a very friendly short man on the phone also assisting customers .I noticed customers coming in with pies and sodas and drinks and plants giving them all to Marcos.It didnt dawn on me until after I picked up my car the first time he worked on the car they were thankful to have this man as a mechanic . Honesty in the car repair service industry is an oxymoron and affordable prices and also customer care with kidness!He gave me a quote for the repair which was unbelievable because I had inquired about estimates from other car repair places.Then when I spoke with him on the phone he told me it was ready. he told me how much and why for the services so when I got there I was already happy that the charges were less than half of what he had quoted. usually its always the other way around. The charges go up beyond the estimate.Then i met him again by the car it wasnt too busy that morning .When time came to pay he said oh no its not that much its going to be this much I couldnt control my smile I couldnt believe the price to repair my car was well under what he said on the phone. I kept asking him are you sure about this? Driving off from the front onto the street I w as thinking hum Ive got to get him something give him something.Since that time Ive been a loyal customer as well as his other customers . its not like im there allot by no means because he does a great job.Its visable by the street, wheelchair friendly, free parking and service with a smile.I highly recommend Marcos auto repair conveniently located right off west 11th in Eugene .
