Old Dominion replaced the front windshield on our Tesla Model Y. Their customer service was as good as I have ever received! Note: I work in a customer service industry and have high expectations. They went above and beyond expectations. They repaired a component that was defective from the factory that I didn’t tell them about. They washed and detailed the car… they even topped off the charge. I hope to never need their services again but will absolutely recommend them… and if needed they will be my first call. Finally, my wife loves the Red Rose! Thanks!

My truck was returned in the time predicted, was repaired without issue, and was cleaner inside and out than it has been in many years. All of the staff were friendly and professional, and the rose on the seat upon pick up was an extra special touch. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a great experience with Old Dominion. My car got sideswiped and they were very helpful in working with the other persons insurance so that I didn’t have to do much. They kept me updated the entire time. Enterprise picked me up at the shop and I was able to drop off the car there as well. They were very accommodating and left my car looking like new. I’d always heard Old Dominion is the place to take your car for body and paint work. Two dents in the hood of my Genesis coupe that went to bare metal were the reason for the visit. The professionals at Old Dominion repaired the dents and applied three stage paint flawlessly. Scott kept me updated on progress and any other details throughout. I couldn’t be more impressed with the work done and the customer service at Old Dominion and would positively use them again.

I took my Tacoma in to Old Dominion with a lot of frontal damage to the body and they did an amazing job! They brought it back to looking like new again, youd never even know anything happened. I took my 16’ Volvo Xc-90 to have fixed after I backed into a pole. From the moment I made the appointment to pick up was flawless. They dealt with my insurance, the payments all of it. I was told it was going to be about 4+ weeks in the shop and I got it just over 3 weeks. The work is flawless. The paint match is seamless. Between Loni and Scott I knew what was happening with my car a few times a week. What I thought was going to be a horrid and stressful experience was easier than driving beltline at rush hour.

I just had the cracked windshield on my Model 3 replaced at Old Dominion Collision which is now a full service, Tesla-certified body shop. In every respect it was an ooh-la-la experience and I cant recommend them highly enough. First, the work was done very well and the car was cleaned inside and out and looked far better when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. Additionally, there were so many great touches. Loni and Scott, my points of contact were both exceptional. I was very happy with the car I got to use while mine was being repaired. They worked with insurance (in my case Sherry Schaefers at State Farm who also is great) so that the financial end of things was seamless. The car was ready when promised and I left one happy guy. While I hope to never need a body shop again, if I ever do Id to back to Old Dominion in heartbeat. They care and it really shows.

After getting my car damaged by a truck that backed into my parked car. I needed to assess cost of damages for DMV 72hr accident report. With only 1 day left ai called to get a free estimate.Was told NO...and that I need to have the other drivers insurance give me an estimate. 🙄Really did not trust that as giving me fair value of my car or cost of repairing damages.Went to M&G Collision and was treated well. He took pictures of all sides. Assessed damages and best prices of found used or new parts available, that he could do to repairs and paint job. Approx $2,500 is what DMV says to report...So I filled out form in th he nick of time.On top of that...M&G even pulled out the part of the car that did not let Driverside door open, so I didnt have to crawl in passenger side...while I wait for drivers insurance to admit fault and do the right thing.

They coordinated the replacement and recalibration of the windshield, and they repaired and repainted the hood. Updating my review to 2021:Had to take my car here as they are the only Tesla authorized shop around.Communication seems to be vastly improved, and they are doing a good job setting expectations so far.Previous review from 2018 (1 star)Horrible experience. Inept and uncaring customer service.Promised a two week turn around and got 6 weeks instead.We were not proactively contacted for weeks at a time.We had to contact them for every update and received a bad attitude about the delays.Car was returned damaged and scratched in multiple places that were not an issue previously.One star because that is minimum, and because the original damage was eventually repaired.They also over repaired the damage by submitting to insurance for a repair to an unrelated part of the vehicle without our authorization or any contact. This extended the already excessive delays and possibly could be insurance fraud?

I have checked various reviews of the area collision repair shops. I chose Old Dominion. I own a year-and-a-half old Honda Civic which was in pristine condition before it was rear-ended. The service I received at Old Dominion, from check-in of the vehicle to the final job was exceptional. Most importantly, it was done with meticulous care -- all the seems in perfect alignment; new parts, etc. etc. Some $6,500 worth of repairs was completed four days before the deadline. It is rare nowadays to find such workmanship and such integrity in customer service! Kudos to Old Dominion and their professional team, from the front desk to the pros that repaired my car. It looks absolutely great.

I was referred to Old Dominion from a work friend and was unaware that this company existed. After taking my car their for what I feel was a very big repair, I am more than pleased with their service! Lacey was more than helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. I was truly impressed with how fast they completed the repair and had no expectation of a full detail in my car when I picked it up, but there it was when I pulled in good as new! Again thank you to Old Dominion for making me feel like a priority!

I go in to get an estimate and they first told me they don’t do them they’ll only do repairs. I told the gentleman Scott helping me my concerns, that I was an insurance agent and I know how the claim process was handled. (I got rear ended). The entire time I was told that I don’t have to worry, they work with the other parties company. I let Scott know that they have not yet even accepted liability and I am not having my vehicle worked on until I know they are as I’m not going to be stuck with paying my deductible. Scott was very pushy trying to get my vehicle in today, completely not listening or validating my concerns and was more or less ready to just make the sale on repairing my vehicle. I was highly disappointed and saddened when I found out I send my clients here. Never again will this happen either.

#1 My car was returned to looking like new again. Staff members were helpful, kind, and professional. If need be, I’d return in a heartbeat.#2 Well, I’d written the 1st review and I was rear-ended two months later. Back I went to Old Dominion. I’m glad that I did. This repair required more work than the previous job. Structural damage along with cosmetic had occurred. O.D. got it taken care of, returning my car in pristine condition and in less than the projected timeframe. And, they coordinated with the rental car company so very little was required of me. My car is absolutely beautiful; I am grateful for the terrific service by the technicians and office staff. And, getting a long-stemmed rose made my day.
