MESSED MY CAR UP! REFUSED TO FIX IT! AND MADE ME PAY FOR A TOW TO GET MY CAR OUT!!! WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. COULD NOT MANAGE CHANGE A FUEL FILTER WHEN THEY TOLF ME THEY COULD.... WITHOUT REVERSING THE WIRING ON MY INLINE FUEL PUMP. YELLOW WIRE RO BLACK PRONG AND BLACK WIRE TO YELLOW PRONG AND THEY COULDNT FIGURE OUT WHAT THEY MESSED UP AND MADE ME TOE MY CAR HOME TO FIX IT. DIDNT OFFER TO MAKE IT RIGHT ONCE. IF THE OWNER SEES THIS FEEL FREE TO SEND ME A REPLY ID LOVE TO GIVE YOU NAMES.

Being new to the area this is the first place I got my oil changed. They did a lot of general checks on my car and were very clear with what they were checking and what they saw. I didnt feel like they were pushing any purchases on me and gave me great advise to check out some other specialty mechanics in the area for certain issues. Nice people, went fast, decent price. Ive definitely had cheaper oil changes, but you often get what you pay for.

Good, but not great. The technician was unfriendly and cold. Another technician mansplained how a drain plug gets stripped while talking poorly of other service centers that hire kids. It seemed like a script he was given to build customer loyalty.

Good service! These guys were professional. I appreciated that they have a verification system in place to double check that they have done everything. They do try to upsell, but they are not super pushy about it.

I have been using this location for many years. I have always been very happy with the service, but today, Willie went above and beyond my expectations. I had an issue with mice packing pet food into the air filter and hoses of my 4Runner. He found the issue and cleaned everything out and did it with a smile on his face and a great attitude. Theyre fast and professional. I like not having to drop off my car for half the day.Occasionally I get chided for waiting too long, but I actually had a manager apologize to me that someone did that after I told them through some follow up survey.Do they try to upsell you on stuff you dont need? That ones hard for me to tell. Probably not. Engines need maintenance. Its an inexpensive way to keep your car running well, and theyre upfront about the prices, plus were always getting coupons in the mail every few months.

The best service. Why? They are honest and don’t try to BS anything. I pulled in to just have the fluid levels checked because I don’t like going to my dealership to ask them since I am always hit with a bill. They checked everything and hardly charged me a dime AND threw in a free car wash. Fast, convenient, and trustworthy!!

Quick in and out. Was maybe 15 minutes. Prices explained, did a good job on making sure everything was sealed up good before take off, all were friendly.

Ive taken my cars here for ten years now. They are quick and efficient. Sometimes they get on a sales kick and offer all kinds of extra stuff like windshield wipers, but if you decline they dont push it. I like the free car wash and vacuum, too.

This place really takes care of you. They keep a history on your car. There was a time they did not carry my air filter but when I found one somewhere else, they installed it for me for free.

Ive always had outstanding service at Lube It USA at 29th and Willamette, in Eugene, OR. Greg helped me yesterday with an oil change and transmission fluid flush. He was very professional, friendly and thorough. Greg went above and beyond to make sure my trans. fluid was full and advised me to return tomorrow to check it once more. Communication was bad when I first came in to get my oil changed from the woman. She just stared at me and didnt say a word of what she wanted or needed. But once we got the ball rolling, I got my oil system flushed and my oil changed. It was great.

I stopped by Lube it USA on my way home from work, for an oil change. I was getting the service done when I realized that I didnt have my wallet with me in the car, it was at home in my pants pocket. I explained this to the manager, and they finished the service and let me drive away with a promise to call my credit card number in when I got home.

This lube it USA has been stellar both times I have brought my car in for an oils change. But today they possibly saved my life or at lease saved me from a bad accident. The technician (Willie) noticed that the bolt connecting my steering wheel to the rest of my car was missing a nut and only holding on by a few threads. If I had continued to drive and hit a bump or turned too quickly that bolt would have fallen out and I would have lost control of my car. I really appreciate how much these guys pay attention to the little details when looking at my car. Not many people would have noticed one little bolt missing.

I love this place and everyone that works here. As soon as I bought my car used, I took it here because I thought it would need some fresh oil. Upon my arrival, they checked my oil and told me I could probably get at least another 1000 miles out of this oil when I was ready to spend $75 on an oil change and filter. So they topped off all of my other fluids and sent me on my way free of charge.Of course I returned after those 1000 miles to have them change it again and it is always very fast service and they always make sure all my fluids are topped off and check all my lights for me during the change. They even give you a free drive-through car wash and vacuum coins to use when youre done.This has become my favorite spot for an oil change, so on my next visit, after they changed my oil they said I should get my power steering checked soon. I couldnt do it at the time, and they didnt pressure me to do anything in the slightest.So I came back a week or so later to do so and turns out I also had a coolant leak because of a busted upper radiator hose. They filled up my power steering, checked for leaks, and then told me exactly what I needed to do and what to buy to fix the leak and the guy helping me even told me that he would help me put on the new hose if I came back before closing even though they dont normally do so. I came back and he swapped out the busted hose for the new one, filled me back up with coolant, checked for leaks, cleaned up my entire motor, and still didnt charge me anything at all.The people working here are all exceptionally good people and great at what they do. They are incredibly friendly, the service is super fast, and the prices are good. I would recommend taking your car here to anyone and everyone.

Oil change was great. Free car wash not so great. Lady told me they dont recommend my black car go through since the hard bristles will leave swirl marks. If its that bad and a known issue would it not put bad swirl marks on any vehicle no matter the color?

I don’t know anything about my car and these people always make sure I’m getting what I need and don’t overcharge me. You can tell they understand that you’re on a budget and just give you the info straight.

Omg this place is amazing I just wanted an oil change and one of the guys offered to change my headlight that was out I warned him that it would be very challenging and had got quotes for around $100 bucks before overall the oil change and headlight came out to $100! People working this place are nice, but for some reason every time I go there, they charge me differently. The first time I went there, it was around $30. I just went there today, and they charged me $90. I asked for Just oil change please and result seems to vary.

I came in for an oil change August 7 and the service person convinced me that I needed a transmission flush for my car as this would extend the life of the engine. Then on August 29, my car started jolting and the “engine service soon” light came on. I spoke to serveral mechanics and were amazed that I was recommended this transmission flush because my miles are over 200,000 and I have had no problems with my car shifting prior to this. This service Lube It USA did pretty much damaged my transmission and now I’m incurring major engine costs or a replacement vehicle.....they refuse to offer any compensation whatsoever for their mistake and so I wil never come back.

This place is good but they try to get you to do more services then you go in for. Look for coupons to lower cost.

This place does a good efficient job and they check all your fluids and show you what they should look like and how critical it is to service them. Actually learned a bit from them.

I used to come here to get my oil changed and then a i bought a brand new car. I brought it in for service and after an hour and a half an angry manager came to me and told me, very rudely, that i needed to bring my car to a mechanic next time. Well maybe next time tell me that you can’t do the job in ten minutes before you take it on instead of chewing me out. $115 later i keep smelling burnt rubber when i drive. Very irritated with my service and i will not be returning.

They charge you weird special installation fee without letting you know in advance. This is the first time Im charged this kind of fee with oil changes done on my vehicle at five different locations.
