I was happy with the experience. I was able to book an appointment within 24 hrs. For an oil change and coolant change they also gave the car an inspection and determined that it could use a new battery which they were able to install that day.

These guys really did a wonderful job after another shop tried to burn me. They are family owned by wonderful people. They really care about people, and take pride in their work and maintaining a good reputation.

We dropped our car off without an appointment (it had to be towed). I called and they were very understanding and cool about it. We had it dropped off on Monday morning and they looked at it by Tuesday afternoon. They didn’t perform any work until we gave them the okay (after estimates). We have used Euro-Asian Auto for about 13 years for four different cars. They have always been accommodating to our schedules and needs.Their mechanics have performed the regular maintenance that was required but also advised us if they saw problems or something that needed attention. Having a loaner car and bicycles available for us when we left our cars was a bonus, allowing us to leave if necessary and come back later. EuroAsian Automotive accepted my car even though I accidentally showed up a week earlier than we had scheduled. My Mini Cooper was diagnosed by Wednesday, parts ordered by Thursday, and back in my driveway by Friday, for $500 below the worst case scenario. Everything was discussed beforehand and they even were able to text when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Everyone I spoke with was patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. 10/10 place for Mini Cooper repairs, hands down.

I came in for a pre-purchase inspection on a used car. Brian was very good natured about getting me in on short notice. Having been told the check would take about an hour I took a seat at a coffee shop across the street and watched as the Euro Asian team went over every inch of the car with meticulous care.In addition to providing me with an in-depth report covering absolutely everything, they took the time to go over it with me, letting me know what things were serious (ultimately nothing) and what it would cost to fix each item on the list (less than I expected)Everyone at Asian was kind, helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. My car wouldn’t start for an unknown. After AAA said the battery was fine, it still would not crank. They recharged the battery and checked the fuel delivery system and it runs fine. They could have sold me a new fuel pump and I would have believed them. On my way for $120 and piece of mind. So worth it.

We have been coming to see George and his awesome staff for 11 years. It is great to be treated as an important part of the business. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Last week, I went in for an oil change. Not only did they change my oil, they looked at my car. They replaced a license plate bulb that had gone out. Good thing because I never would have noticed that. I didn’t have to wait long. The office was clean, had plenty of magazines to read and it didn’t smell strange like offices sometimes do (no matter what kind of office it is). Brian and the woman (I didn’t catch her name), working in the office, we’re nice and had a sense of humor. I’m totally coming back for my next oil change or if my car starts doing something weird.

I havent actually had any work done yet, but Bryan did a great job helping out this car noob with a basic inspection, recommendations for future maintenance, and one silly blunder that I will not repeat. Will definitely be going back once theres something that needs to be fixed!

When dealing with auto mechanics, trust is my #1 issue. I trust Euro-Asian wholeheartedly. And, everyone has a high level of competence. Couldnt be happier.

They attempted to charge me $1300 for a new turbo, and claimed I couldnt provide the part myself. When I stated I knew that it wasnt that expensive, the gentleman rejected my input and stated it would be well over $1000. What a racket. I had someone at Subaru confirm the exact price, and its not over $500. I would avoid this business!
