Ive been with State Farm for over 20 years, but a customer of Seths for only the past 5. Seth has been really great to work with; Ive moved a lot and hes hands-down my favorite agent so far. I have never felt pressured to buy extra coverage, and Seth is always friendly, and really quick to respond and take care of things.Recently I lost my husband and Seth was very compassionate and empathetic in dealing with all the changes that needed to be made to our policies. He also had recommendations for things like life insurance, knowing the new situation that my family is in and wanting to help make things as easy for me and my daughter as possible. He also noticed our driving habits and recommended the Drive Safe & Save program, which has really been a savings! Overall, just a really great guy.

I cannot believe it has taken me so long to find the perfect agent and company. Jacki goes above and beyond. She is so knowledgeable and explains everything so well. Just over a year ago we moved from another agency to Yost Start Farm. I have never felt that insurance agents had me and my families best interest in mind, however my thought process was swayed when I met Mr. Yost. Not only did Seth increase my coverage, he was actually able to save me money. He was able to then turn my savings each year, into a life insurance plan for my wife and I. So I am paying about what I was prior, but have awesome coverage now!State Farm has been great to work with and keeps up on things like available discounts for good drivers. Seth and Jacki are great. Jacki set up my insurance in about 15 minutes and i have no knowledge About anything. She did EVERYTHING and was happy to do it. My insurance went from about 220 for just my car to 115 for my car AND pickup. And when i went to add my pickup i thought itd be a hassle... Took less than 5 minutes and she set up auto pay for me. I didnt have to do anything crazy and my bill was cut in half. This is my 5th or so experience with eith an insurance company and hands down the best Ive ever had. Also, Im not an internet savvy person, im use to having to do things over the phone... She made it very simple over email and when i couldnt figure something out, she was happy to resend an email or anything i needed. Not once did i feel like an inconvenience. Best experience yet.
