I would not purchase any appliance here. I recently purchases a $350.00 refrigerator which was plugged in and running. However after another $50.00 charge to have it delivered to my driveway NOT inside the house. I plugged it in and immediately had trouble was told let it settle. I did and was able to get it to reset but temp was never less than 45 degrees and display was giving a code to replace the damper. I called and texted the business owner my dilemma and that I was aware it was an asis sale but was hopeful he might have the part I needed more reasonably priced than another$100.00. He never even responded at all. In the end the fridge was a $ 600.00 complete waste of time and money and was not fixable for less than another $500.00. From my expierence I learned used appliance dealers that care aboutthe customers satisfaction can utilize numerous ways of tracking the temp on an appliance over time to be sure it is in good condition PRIOR to selling. Not to mention at least returning a phone call or text once a appliance has been purchased. I also felt the lack of professional interaction he and his blue hair assistant had when delivering the appliance was indicative of interactions I have observed in the past with individuals who abuse stimulants. I would take your business elsewhere

Wow, Called and asked them to pick up our old washer and dryer. The man on the phone asked when it would be outside? I said its out there. He said they would try to get it today. Within 20 mins it was gone. Fabulous quick service.

This guy told me 3 times he would come and pick up a washer and never showed. If you actually want something picked up and in a timely manner DO NOT CALL THIS GUY!! Completely unreliable!Thanks for nothing pal.

This person is the worst. This person I talked to laughed in my face when I told him Id do a review. Ive waited 2 1/2 weeks for them to come get my freezer he said hed be here to get in 2 DAYS! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! Even messaged me to say they were way behind and so busy what was my address again? Wow.... Dont bother take it yourself or call the Church on 99.

Sent an email at around 730 in the morning. By 2 it was picked up and gone..Im self employed and understand how getting busy and trying not to spider Web your driving all day so perhaps thats the reason people have negative reviews. I cant say I had that experience at all. Big thank you

Said theyd arrive between 8 and 5 to pick up our dead garage refrigerator. I no sooner got the beast outside the garage at 7:30 when the truck pulled up about 7:45. (I assume if I had not had it out till 8, they would have returned After 8.) Very quick, efficient and friendly...in and out in no more than 5 minutes. Outstanding, would recommend them.

While I appreciate that they picked up my appliances, it was unnecessary for John to be so rude because HE went to the wrong address. He called and said I completely wasted his time because he went to the address and nothing and no one was there and that if they came back hed charge me a $20 removal fee. I had to call him back and let him know that he went to the wrong address, he lied and said my mom texted him the wrong space number, she didnt, I saw her text, and then he came back, by himself I believe, and took my appliances. Based on other reviews, Im not the only one who feels that Johns attitude was rude and unprofessional. But at least he did follow through and take my stuff, and I appreciate that. So if you can deal with the downside of a free service, than I would recommend them, or him?

I text them letting them know I have a washer and dryer that needs to be picked up. They were here a hour later. Would recommend them!

I must say its pretty awesome being able to take your appliances there for free, especially appliances containing refrigerant. Thats about it though. The guy who answers the phone John really needs to learn better business etiquette. A little rude over the phone at times.

E-mailed them and got a quick response, item was picked up the next day. I read that the guy isnt super friendly but I made the pick up super easy by placing the item on the curb first thing in the morning, didnt have any issues.

Awful service - well we actually havent even been lucky enough to get their service! My husband has called them 4 different times spread out within a few weeks. Everytime we have called them they told us they will come out and pick it up, so we leave our fridge out for it to be picked up. We have cameras outside of our house, and on the days they said they would pick this up, they didnt even show up! We are going with a different company at this point, I would NOT reccomend them.

I called and arranged for a pickup in Springfield, I was told theyd be by the next morning and no one showed up. Two days later i called, left a message and got a text saying they couldnt come get it after all.

Had no clue where gateway blvd in Springfield was ticked I couldnt just do it myself. this is a joke buisness

I call a couple of weeks ago, letting them know that I need some appliances picked up. I tell John that I am in Albany and he says that they are not picking up in Albany that month, but call back, and they will do it . I call back now and he says they no longer service Albany, sorry. Really!!! their website advertises that they do. I guess you get what you pay for with a free service.

Rude and difficult.When calling for appliance removal, I spoke to John. He was abrupt and short. I had understood that the appliances needed to be easily retrieved but he refused to listen. The day of the pick up, I stayed in the office before and after my normal office hours to be sure to greet the men. I had the company earlier in the morning, again speaking to John, explaining that I was short handed and requested the men come to the office. He yelled we will not dig the appliances out over the phone which we rude and unnecessary. I told him just to have the men come to the office, said good bye and hung up. The men never showed up. The next day, I called the company again, again getting John, and stated the men didnt show. He stated I was so rude that they decided to skip me. I was shocked. Website says removal in salem and I had a set up only to find out they dont...

I have set two pickup date for appliance removal, both days they have not come for the refrigerator that has been sitting on the sidewalk for the last 5 days. They are not a reliable source for removal.

Called these guys last year and they hauled our dishwasher without a problem. We just put it out front and it was gone the next day! Shocked that some people think they are going to do above and beyond service or spend gas for FREE.

Totally Free Appliance Removal was great! They told me what day they had a route in our area and picked up our old fridge as requested.

Waited and waited for over a week and was then told they couldnt come out to my house because it was too far. I live in the town of Coburg just 6 miles from Costco. Apparently they DONT serve Lane County, only Eugene.

Picked up my dryer OK once, then wouldnt pick up my old microwave. Said I could take it to their drop off place but its way too heavy for me.

Was VERY rude and not professional would never recommend use someone else
