The repair man Mitchell, was very knowledgeable about all different appliances and non-appliance related topics and their rate was very reasonable. It’s nice to know that there is still a excellent, small family owned business and repair man out there. I will also be hiring for additional jobs. Would highly recommend

Great service at a great price. Had a refrigerator stop working and I couldnt find anyone to come fix it in time to save my food or at a price that made sense. Luckily I found Pikes Peak Appliance who came out that day and had it back up and running so I didnt have to throw out any of my food. You dont find many companies like this anymore. Ive had them back to fix my washing machine that started leaking and will call them again if needed in the future.

This was the most awful experience I have ever had with a business! They did not complete the work and didnt return my calls. I spent over 14 hours waiting for the technician to arrive at my house. They took $130 and replaced the wrong part then wouldnt return to fix it properly!
