Stay away from this company. I had them come out at my business to fix a hot case. They spent three hours looking at it and then then told me that they are unable to fix the hot case. I eventually just bought a new hot case.Around 2-3 months later, I received a call from Joe, the owner of the company, at around 7 P.M. He asked me how my hot case is doing and I told him that I bought a new hot case. He then told me that there is an unpaid invoice of around $500. I asked him what this invoice was for. He told me that this is for him to send out the guys to fix my hot case.I was shocked at the ridiculousness of this situation. First they are unable to fix my hot case and now they want $500 for NOT fixing my hot case. Also I never received any bill or invoice for this charge and the owner called me at 7 P.M., which is really strange.This company is not qualified to fix appliances and then will be charge you money since they sent guys out to fix the appliance. This would be like a gas station charging you for gas even though your car gas cap did not open and gas station owner tells you that you owe for gas since he sent the guy out to put gas in your car.

I just wanted to say what a great tech Mitch is. It is hard to find someone who is so knowledgeable nowadays. He did a great job!
