We booked the sprinter limo for my birthday wine tasting day and Sunshine was amazing! Our driver, Scott, was kind, professional and made sure every detail was taken care of. The vehicle was clean and Scott even tidied up and refreshed the glassware in between each stop. Booking with Sunshine make the day so fun and carefree. We used this company for a group wine tasting tour in Willamette Valley. They exceed my expectations on how easy they were to do business with. They answered my questions promptly, they were friendly and the drivers were very professional. Highly recommend!

Ive never personally used this service but having worked with many of the drivers in the past while working within the wine industry I cannot say that I have ever had a positive experience with this tour group.Today my partner and I were driving home to Portland, leaving Eugene when their white limo, plates Sun 13, honked at us repeatedly while we and others waited for a police cruiser whose lights and sirens were on to pass us getting onto the interstate. The driver then proceeded to speed up and pass us on the right, all the while swerving dangerously between all three lanes.I understand COVID-19 has put several different stresses on every business within the service industry but reckless behavior is inexcusable. Do better.

Our driver Scott was fantastic!! We rented the party bus for a Jack and Jill party... best damn idea!!! Had no problem with following his guidelines and his delivery was extremely professional! We were a very large, very rowdy and LOUD group and Scott never once complained. He drove us around to several destinations, went out of his way to help us with our messes and took our group photo lol... I will recommend this company and Scott every time, for every event!!

We did a wine tour and the sprinter was so hot and the driver did nothing to fix it. 87 degrees in the van on a 95 degree day. Almost every winery we had to walk out to where the driver was parked and he didn’t pull up to get us. We were dropped at each winery and kind of left to fend for yourself and go in and pay for the wine tastings separate, it wasn’t coordinated with the wineries other than they new a limo was coming at some point. The “gourmet box lunches” were pre wrapped sanwhiches in plastic wrap and checkered paper like from a gas station with Mayo packets. And the side was basically something cooked up at home and put in a large Tupperware container to scoop out of share on your own paper plate. The charcuterie trays we ordered were ritz crackers and pepperoni. Haha. Served out of stacked Tupperware. The radio didn’t work and it was just a below average experience. Nothing gourmet about it. I would of paid someone else to drive us in a mini van for way less money. Not worth the $1000

Sunshine Limo pulled through in a BIG way last night. My 20 year old daughter was traveling from our home in Milwaukee, WI back to her new/school home in Corvallis, OR but encountered some travel hiccups due to a poor Uber driver. It was quickly looking like she was going to be stranded in Eugene with the cheapest hotel rooms being $200+ due to the Olympic Trials taking place. Ride share services were exorbitant before we even started discussing gratuity. I called the # for Sunshine Limo at 7PM PST and was forwarded to an answering machine that I neglected to listen to the entire greeting. I hung up instead as I thought I reached the wrong party. Nearly immediately my phone rang - it was the owner, Cheryl calling me back. I explained my predicament and knew I had a tall order for last minute town car service. She was upfront with the VERY reasonable flat-cost (LESS than Uber/Lyft with gratuity already included) & Cheryl IMMEDIATELY got wheels in motion to assess the fleet currently out for the evening, as well as available drivers. She called back only a few moments later to let me know we were in luck and she could accommodate sending a sedan! She finalized some details and collected my payment by phone. My daughter and I were both so relieved and she couldnt stop sharing how rad her chauffer, Hugh, was! He made all the stress of the previous 4+ hours disappear and she had a relaxing, comfortable & enjoyable experience while having an engaging conversation. Cheryl, Hugh & Sunshine Limo were our life savers last night!!! We will never be able to express all our gratitude for the tall order on such short notice! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

For our office party this year we took the Sunshine Limo Christmas light tour after dinner. It was so much fun! Our driver Aaron was amazing and made sure we had a great experience. We even had a grinch on board who didnt think it was going to be all that much fun. We just did our Christmas Light Limo Tour last night! Scott was our driver, and he was AWESOME! So kind to our kid, who peppered him with conversation and questions all night long! I booked the 20 passenger limo for a wine tasting tour for moms weekend in Corvallis. We had moms and sons (and one dad). Everyone had the best time. The wineries they suggested were fabulous and so friendly. The lunch they catered for us was delicious and enjoyed by all. Overall the help I got in planning this event for so many was so appreciated and we will be back. Also our driver was so friendly and accommodating to our needs. Top Notch company we could not be happier.

We had a very fun experience with Whit as our driver. He picked the nine of us up in Florence, Oregon. We proceeded to Sarver, King Estate and Iris wineries. It was a fabulous day. The limo was clean, beautifully maintained and well stocked. We will definitely request Whit for our next limo adventure!

After having another party bus service cancel on us at the last minute we called Sunshine and they saved our wine tour - and we actually even saved a little money in the process. The tour itself was great, the driver was a lot of fun and they really knew a lot about the wineries around Eugene. Bottom line is Im glad the other bus cancelled, it worked out great for us!

I can not speak highly enough about Sunshine Limo service.My niece, Monica, is terminally ill. When the staff found out, they turned her standard service we hired them for on her birthday into a full red-carpet, celebrity status event.Monicas driver, Andrew, was exactly what she needed. He treated her like royalty and made her forget she was sick for a day. A gift that can not be thanked enough for. The least I can do is write this review. Sunshine Limo service provides service in Lane County for Make-A-Wish children, which Monica is. We didnt know that at the time we booked the service. Once Sunshine found out, like I said, they went so far above and beyond any expectations.I can not imagine a better service. What ever you are looking for in a limo service, I find it hard to believe you will find a group of people that will do anything and everything to ensure your experience is the best it possibly can be.

AWESOME!! We did a wine tour for my sisters bachelorette party. Sunshine made all of the arrangements, offered advice on etiquette, food, the wineries, etc... I didnt have to worry about anything!! The ladies were able to call ahead and pay w/their credit cards or pay with cash on the day of the event which saved me the hassle of collecting money from a dozen people. We all had a blast and our driver, Andrew, was simply amazing!! I cannot say enough kind words. Looking forward to a Christmas light tour this winter :)

We have used Sunshine Limo on many occasions and have always been very happy with our service. Most recently, we rented a limo for our sons birthday. They arranged a scavenger hunt tour for my son and 8 of his friends, picked everyone up at school, and the kids had a blast. Great way to celebrate a birthday if you have kids and very reasonable price. Well use them again.

We reserved a 21 person vehicle for a corporate event and were wonderfully impressed with the our chauffeur, Whit, who was kind, attentive, and flexible with our ever-evolving schedule. I recommend them to others!

They sent a Party Bus to a Funeral. The driver was confused and embarrassed and left to exchange it for an actual limo, was gone for 45 minutes while we held up the procession. The called and needed another hour to switch vehicles so we asked for them to just send the bus back. It was devastating in a very sensitive time for our family.The worst is they blamed us for the mistake and charged us full price, not even deducting the time they were gone.Apparently they call it a Sprinter. Nobody grieving should know what models of limos are, or know to ask. The limo company should be delicate and capable to handle a funeral if they take the reservation, and ready to send the appropriate limo. They blame us because we didnt have them clarify. I spoke to the owner, Michael G., who said the driver was new and that is why he would have called it a party bus. He couldnt explain why the funeral home, or everyone else, called it a party bus. He claims WE sent the driver away, which is why WE had to pay for him to go drive, but I was right there... the driver was embarrassed and left to go get the other limo on his own. WE did not tell him to leave. But Michael G. still stands that it is completely our fault, regardless of facts.When Michael G. asked what he could do to make it right, I told him a full refund would have been appropriate and that I shouldnt have even had to call to escalate to ask for any type of reimbursement. He said he wouldnt offer anything. I told him that I will make sure to leave the appropriate reviews and he yelled at me claiming I was trying to extort him. Extortion?! I merely let him know that if the end result was us paying full price for a party bus at a funeral that held up a procession (and gone 45 minutes of the two hours we paid) then he deserved a bad review. A horrible review. He should have been embarrassed but his ego is too big to handle such an embarrassing situation like this and he became confrontational. I hung up the phone.Shame on these guys for sending a party bus to a funeral and not even going out of their way to make things right and laying all of the blame on the customer. A disgrace to our community.

Our pre-arranged wine tour (Thanks to Merryn in the office) was just what we wanted. We changed our plans a tad and Dave was very happy to make the changes. A top notch limo company! I’m very disappointed we have gone through this company 5 times now and the last time we rented in December for my sons birthday they sent us a car they don’t even have on their website 😢 I was shocked when I pulled up to my child’s school and it was not the car we paid for! The car they sent is not even on their very own website! When I called the owner replied with “well didn’t they have a good time “ I stated I had the receipt for the car I rented and this is not the one we paid for! He then replied with “ well next time you should go through another comany” I still have the receipt for what we reserved and what they sent us! I am more than happy to provide that receipt! Super bummed this used to be an amazing company! Even waited this long to post in hopes they would make it right. My heart is broken.

Absolute worst limo business in town; I have used many of them. We had a problem with our limo and the owner was unreasonable in his refund amount stating Look its over providing you with a refund is of no benefit to me now. The owner is just a harsh person who doesnt care about his customers. You may use this service and walk away happy but in the unfortunate event that something goes wrong dont expect it to get corrected to a reasonable level. Save yourself the grief and go else where. I cant wait to here is response as he usually responds to all of these to defend himself. If you need to defend yourself via reviews your doing something wrong!

Limo broke down from Eugene to Portland not a problem limo driver did a great job finding us an alternative. But when I called the owner to fix the problem I was met with a non reasonable person who was unwilling to refund a good portion of my cost as I didnt pay to sit on my friends lap as the 2nd limo was much smaller than the original ordered. a quote from the owner during this convo Im not too worried about it cause if it was someone else you would have been in a cab on your own dime were the biggest in town! He offered me $150 off and I expressed my un-happyness with this amount & he said well I will just refund you $100 & save myself $50 then. Another quote during this convo To be honest this was quoted real low anyways we shouldnt have done it at this price. Thats not my problem I used your quote service on your website and paid the price YOU asked me to. Just couldnt have been more unhappy even if I was on a bike!
