We have been trying to cancel our (prepaid) reservation for 6 weeks by phone and by email. We have not received a single response of any kind. Our reservation is now less than 48 hours away and we STILL cant get them to confirm our cancellation. They have stolen our money. $170.00

Very hard to get anyone to return phone calls -- have tried for 5 days, left 5 messages with my phone number and have yet to receive a phone call in return -- wondering if they are still in business?
