Had WPF snow plow last winter- 2020/2021 and was VERY pleased. I had a shared driveway at the time and he did a great job clearing with multiple cars at times. He also came some instances twice in one day, depending on the amount of snow fall. I was very pleased with his services and have already reached out to schedule my winter 2021/2022 services. We r new in Cleveland. We used WPF cause they had flyer in our mailbox. Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism in customer service.**Poor quality of workI hired WPF early April for weekly lawn mowing and mulch installation.Areas of lawn were dug into as ditch by the lawn mower they used. I understand the lawn might be wet due to rain but you would think an experienced landscaper would know better that you shouldn’t use those heavy sit-on mower when the grass/soil was wet. I didn’t make a complain to them thinking the grass would grow back anyway.**No response when calledI’ve been waiting and calling Nestor the owner regarding the time they would come to install mulch. There was no response from him. I left message for him to call me back even if they can’t do it so I could plan accordingly. Still no response. They didn’t even come back to do the weekly lawn either. No call, no show. Really terrible.

DO NOT USE!They were paid to plow our driveway, and the contractual agreement was that it would be plowed within 6-8 hrs if over an inch collected. We had a huge snowfall and not only did they not come in over 24 hours, but he does not answer his phone.If there is an issue, I completely understand but to not answer any calls is unacceptable.

This is the best business ever 10 out of 10 would pick.Great service.The man that owns it is very nice and helpful.
