It appears the company has no complaint department or desire to address a grievance. I sent an email to Lanhan Landscaping on 11/21/2020 complaining of a service problem. The office staff said my email would be sent to the owner. I emailed again on 12/01 and 12/ 07. I have yet to hear from anyone to discuss my complaint.
