I want to start off by saying this was my first and only time going to this salon. I booked an appointment with Tracy for 2:30 on 8/20 and she texted me an hour before my appointment acting as if I was late. I got there at 2:15 and she started by giving me a pedicure which was great and all. Once we got to the manicure she started getting very impatient and rushed me to pick a color. She didnt give me anything close to the picture I showed her.. and she grabbed my arm roughly whenever she needed to switch positions and made rude remarks saying havent you ever gotten your nails done??! You need to relax! So I relax my hands the best I can in the awkward position of the arm rest, and then she says not like that! Youre ruining your nails! If she said all this in a polite way yeah thats fine, but she was being very impatient and rude and rushing me out of there as fast as possible. Overall I wouldnt recommend going to Tracy, she was too rude and very impatient. Maybe because Im young she thinks its okay to talk to me like that, but no. Not okay to treat a customer like that.

I love my pink nails. They took care of my mani and pedi pretty well. Always feel relaxed and enjoy the services here. Highly recommended for Just 4 U!!!

This is one of Escondido hidden treasures. Tracy is the best she has cut my hair for years and I’m always very happy. I even take my 3 daughters with Tracy. I really highly recommend this place.

I didnt want to do this but everyone needs to know. Im also reporting Tracy to the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology because after the service I received today and her refusing to tell me her license #, I do not believe she is licenced to do hair! I asked for a balayage. My hair is now orange for one. Harsh uneven lines. No dark strands btwn to give it the highlight look. The bottom is just orange with no appearance of highlights. My friends are all like woah! Im humiliated. She will only give me a refund of half back (I paid $180). This is the worst hair Ive ever had! Im trying to upload a photo but the photo button isnt working. Its taking me to google maps. Look at my yelp review to see pics. Horrific!

Tracy cut two of my fingers, she is very unprofessional, I don’t think she is capable of doing the work that she does. If you do your manicure here be aware that you might bleed and get hurt.
