Great experience there today! Was my first time there and the reviews were spot on. The guys were very fast and worked well together. They got me in and out quick. Robert, Stan and Brennan took very good care of me 🥰 I’ll be coming back for all my oil changes.

Impeccable service as per usual from Brittany, Robert and Travis. Professionalism and etiquette seem to be dwindling human characteristics in this day and age, but this team is consistently polite, fast and efficient. My family of four + vehicles only get oil changes from this Valvoline Express location for that reason. Keep up the great work, guys.

Robert, Brennan, and Travis are the best. Their skill level, efficiency, and customer service cannot be overstated. I will continue bringing my car and the rest my family’s cars to them as long as they are here and if they leave this location I will go there too. I cannot recommend them enough. The guys here are so knowledgeable and super friendly! They took my air filter out to show me that I did in fact need a new one. They also topped off my fluids and filled my tires with air. I can’t recommend them enough. They are fantastic every time!

On 9/26/20 I took my 2002 Concorde to the Valvoline Express on West 26th St. I was welcomed by 3 young energetic professionals. They were kind, friendly, knowledgeable & well trained. They answered all my questions. They explained everything they were doing under the hood. They worked as a well oiled machine! Talked with each other as they performed each step of service. This visit was the highest level of customer service I have experienced in quite some time. I highly recommend using this location. Bad, disappointing service. They overfilled my car with oil !! You know, like youre not supposed to do because it can cause serious engine damage? The clues are the black oil drip spots that continue to appear in my driveway. I need to drain oil from my car and clean oil spots from my driveway. Oil changes should prevent engine damage, not cause it!

I really liked how they explain what they are doing and what is recommended. They introduced themselves also.

I went in for a standard oil change, and the guys immediately informed me that my valve cover gasket was leaking - something they couldnt fix at their shop. Rather than hide that fact and charge me for an unnecessary oil change, they recommended a few places in town and charged me zero.I really appreciate the professionalism and honesty. Thank you for that.If I ever need an oil change in Erie again, Ill be heading to Valvoline!

The only place I know of that still lets you drive your car into the bay and stay in the car for your oil change. Great service and quick.

Had a bad experience a few years ago and decided to give it a try again. Brittany and Robert were great. They were fast, friendly, and gave me good advice on how to find an air filter that they didnt carry. Robert took the time to explain the difference in oil to me, and was able to recommend one that was better for someone like me who forgets to get their oil changed on time.

The staff there are always so friendly. Theyre very quick with the oil change and ask if you need anything else checked (wipers, air in the tires, etc.). They introduce themselves which really adds a personal touch and Ive just always had a great experience there. Highly recommend.

First time to visit this location. Pulled up to the door and was directed right in. Greeted by Brittney and Robert. Given the options for my vehicle by Brittney, while Robert got right to work. Service was quick and thorough. Not only was the oil changed, but fluids were topped off and tire pressures checked and corrected. In and out in probably less than fifteen minutes. Both Robert and Brittney were friendly and very efficient. I recommend you visit them and see for yourself.

Robert and Jesse were great! The oil changes they do are so quick, you drive in for maybe 10 mins and then drive right out without ever having to leave your car. They always check the fluids in my car and fill any that are low and they check your tires to make sure they are at the correct pressure, at NO EXTRA CHARGE!! 10/10 would recommend

Was a cool set up inside an old car wash cube. The one on one set up was convenient, so you’re right there knowing what they’re doing. They explained everything that was going on and were very friendly! Definitely recommend!

I have been going to get my oil changed at this location for the last maybe 2 years. Being a mom, I love the convenience of sitting in the car and getting tbe oil changed in under 10 mins. My most recent visit was last week and they have exceeded my expectations. Robert was thorough, made sure I understood what they were checking on my car and was very quick. The techs who got the oil change done were Chad and Brittany. They did a wonderful quick job. I recommend this oil change location and will continue coming back due to great service and convenience of a quick oil change.
