If you are like me, not mechanically inclined but need a place you can trust with your vehicle, this is the place for you! My suv had a strange sound and the check engine light kept coming on. I took it to several other places but none could figure out what it was. I took it to Leah and Tim and they not only figured out what it was, but took care of it right away. They were so nice and went above and beyond! I can’t believe what a pain free experience this was… They patiently explained what was wrong and needed fixing now. They also explained what I’d need in the future so I can plan appropriately. I will never go anywhere else!!!! Leah and Tim, you are the best!!!!! I highly, highly, highly recommend!!!!! Great team and great service at this location. My car was in need of a slew of minor repairs. The mechanics were able to tackle all of them. The car was ready the next day and is running as smooth as butter now. I will be returning here for future maintenance, and I recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for a repair shop to settle on.

Tim is super easy to work with! He took my budget into consideration when pricing out new ball joints on my Ram 3500. The worked on the truck until they got everything right. I would highly recommend it this specific store and Ill use them again!

I went in for an oil change during finals week, where I was so stressed that the oil change required light turning on in my car was the catalyst for a full breakdown and the last thing I wanted to deal with. Some plastic bit had also broken and was dangling under my car and I said if it was possible to fix then please add it onto the service. Imagine my surprise when I came back to pick up my car (quicker than the estimated completion time) and not only had Tim fixed dangly plastic bit for no charge, but he also replaced the broken windshield wiper that I hadnt even mentioned. That level of extra service meant everything to me and turned my whole week around. Even though I dont even live in Erie anymore, Ill bypass three closer locations to go back to this one. Id give 30 stars if I could.

I was in a bind needing a full set of brakes in 3 days. Not only did Brakes Plus plus make it happen, they did it in only one afternoon and for half the cost of what Ford had quoted.They even saw that my wipers were being held on by zip ties and replaced those for me too! I had an appointment to check my brakes. They were friendly and on time. I let them know that I only had an hour and if possible would wait so I could return to work on time. They were efficient, but still got me out of there to make it back before the end of my lunch brake. Also, they gave me an awesome deal that I was definitely not expecting. I will be coming back to them for the rest of my car check ups/issues.

After Discount Tire cross threaded a wheel stud while installing new tires and then could not fix the problem. I was sent to Brakes Plus. The fine folks at Brakes Plus Erie, squeezed me in, fixed the issue, and billed Discount Tire for the trouble. Their staff, especially their manager and the gentleman who worked on my truck, not only fixed the problem but were helpful, friendly, and offered some great advice. I really appreciate their willingness to fix someone elses mistake.

The first time I went in there I wasn’t impressed and went elsewhere for the last several months. Went back today, because of their location, and it’s a completely different operation. Shane was great, communication was better than expected, customer service was awesome, and they did great work.

During a recent (excellent) brake job there was a minor glitch — no ones fault, really — but the owner insisted on going the extra mile to make it perfect. I had a great experience here, would definitely return! They performed a diagnostic and took the time to discuss all of their findings with me (much of them were anticipated already). They were very kind and explained all the issues thoroughly, and were up front about what was urgent and what could wait, which was greatly appreciated in these times .I waited while they serviced my vehicle and also witnessed them interact with other customers while I sat I my little corner. I saw consistent great customer service, great attitudes, and even an older woman was told that they determined she did not need an oil change as she had not been driving much. Reset her reminder and sent her on her way with no charge! Very honest and reliable from my experience!

The employees were so nice and professional! they did my oil change and even informed me about another part on my car that needed to be changed and ordered the part for it to be fixed the next day! I really appreciated that as I’m not a car person so I don’t know when things need to be replaced 😅 I felt like they were only doing to my car what really needed to be done and not trying to rip me off r be shady in anyway. They also offer a shuttle which is great cause I work nearby. This is my new favorite brakes plus!

I had an amazing experience this weekend at Brakes Plus. My car was overheating and I just barely made it to the shop. There is a new manager who jumped right in and took a look at the car right away. He diagnosed the problem which thankfully turned out to be minor and had me on my way again really quickly! After seeing my regular independent service shop, who wanted to charge me over $500 for rear brakes and rotors, I visited this shop who informed me that I did NOT need any work at all, and that my brake pads had almost DOUBLE the thickness reported by the other shop.I have found a new place to get my cars serviced.
