Beware of the manager Kelsey she ruined my hair doing simple highlights. I told her I wanted my golden blonde color to be put into the root area for highlights.she never showed me any swatches of hair to look at beforehand she just went back and made the mixture. She was busy working on a name change for her divorce and taking cigarette breaks while my hair was being bleached to death. She took a 10 minute cigarette break in the middle of my appointment while bleach was in my hair.she did not ask me any questions during the appointment and was completely uninterested in how the hair was going to come out. The result is a whitish blonde with blue and green tints which is obviously not what I asked for. she made me buy a purple shampoo that she promised would take out all the blue and green tones in the hair as soon as I went home and washed it.please if you are looking to get highlights or dye your hair any color do not go to her she does not care at all. I was so traumatized at the end of my appointment that I just wanted to get home and cry so I paid her and tipped her even though I expressed how unhappy I was about the green and blue tint. She charged me $160 for simple highlights on shoulder length hair. Please do not make the mistake that I made do not go to Kelsey at MasterCuts my hair is ruined completely. When I went back to fix it she was unwilling to help and unwilling to do lowlights on me to help make it a little better. the only thing she would do was put a toner in which did not solve the problem and wont restore my beautiful golden hair.

I ONLY let Ashley cut, color and style my hair! Shes the best. So long as she doesnt cut above the shoulders I give her free range to switch it up!

I love Emily! She saved my daughters hair from die job of hell. She took time the to make it million times better. She even stayed past closing time to make it styled beautiful. My daughters hair went from white roots and orange hair to a gorgeous blond. She is miracle worker. I am telling everyone about her. Emily you are a fantastic hairdresser who deserves a award. Victoria cut my hair and I’m so happy with the results. She listened to what I wanted and explained everything she was doing. I was in and out and didn’t have to pay a ridiculous price for a good cut. She’s amazing I will definitely go again

Great place and prices. Next time I go might seek another person for my hair. She did good just felt a place in the back that was poorly cut. Maybe because I have a curly texture that she was unsure but all in all an good experience. (Hair grows back)😁

I went to get my hair blown out and styled on May 10 2019. The girl was inexperienced. She did not even know how to blow dry my hair with the proper brush . My hair was so straight and had no volume. I told her i did not like it. I was very disappointed, I do not reccomend this place .

I took my grandson into the Salon today, Memorial Day, for a haircut before he went back to Pittsburgh. I went in at 3:00 and there was only one girl working so we went and walked around the Mall; we stopped back at 3:40 at which time there was no customers in there. The girl proceeded to say that she was expecting someone (another customer) to stop back but I could wait until 4:00 for another stylist to show up. We started to wait, but when it was 3:50 and no other customer had shown up and I felt that she could have had my grandsons hair cut in that time--he is 12 and only needed a trim, we left and unfortunately, if Jeff isnt working, I probably wont stop in again.

Usually they’re not bad but this time girl didn’t know what she was doing. Had to go to barber shop to get it fixed. Don’t think I’ll take my chances here again.

I cant figure out how to post a picture on here, but I wish I could because the cut they gave my daughter is AWFUL. She wanted a blunt bob, but some pieces are longer than others and its even crooked. Ill have to take her somewhere else to get it fixed after already paying $20 for a kids cut!

The lady I went to was very rude and rolled her eyes at me as soon as I asked her how I wanted my hair styles, which was only having 2 inches taken off. I got back home and it was completely uneven and very choppy on the bottom and I havent had a chance to go get it cut anywhere else so Im left with a constant ponytail to hide the monstrosity that my hair turned out to be. Guess I got what I paid for.

Very bad experience! The workers dont know what they are doing and very very rude ! I told her to give me gold highlights and she dyed half of my hair orange and charged me 160$ for it!

Cut mine and my daughters hair and they cut my wifes as well. Lady that works on Saturdays very nice and takes her time to make sure you are happy with the haircut.

Friendly staff, and very good at listening and making suggestions for flattering styles.

Favorite place to get my hairs cut

The young lady who cut my hair corrected a multitude of problems from my previous cut in my hometown. She did a really nice, professional job.

Worst cut of my life. I spent 3 hours in a chair getting highlights because the lady doing my hair had to keep asking one of the other workers how to do things.... she then cut my hair and charged me $130 for it. When I got home I realized my hair was uneven on the bottom. I had multiple chunks that were longer than other spots. I will NEVER go here again.
