Been using Roys Service for decades. Never any problems. Use for my Mom, and some former GFs as well. Never any run around or a mechanic trying to buffalo you into unneeded work. I have no hang-ups at all recommending this business to the public.

I’ve been going here for 3 or 4 years now I am usually very satisfied. Yesterday however I dropped it off to be inspected and told them I was having an issue with it overheating. I was told it passed inspection and just needed the coolant filled. I didn’t even make it home before my car started to overheat, started smoking, and seized up. I tried calling them 5 times and they never answered. Ended up having to get my thermostat changed in a parking lot so I could make it home.

An honest car repair shop? Yes! Roys has been my go-to service shop for several years. Always accommodating and very reasonably priced. Honesty seems to be their policy.

Took our cars there many times. Typically the work was good but they had our car for over a week, 1100 dollars worth of repairs on a car that we found out a week later transmission was completely shot. We were told the car was checked out and should last a while.

Wont trust my precious 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix with anyone else. George has taken care of my vehicles for 15 years and never takes advantage price-wise. And the work is superb.
